No me gustó que se tiene que dejar un depósito en efectivo por si faltara algo al entregar la habitación. La zona no es nada agradable. El hotel es del segundo piso hacia arriba, los primeros pisos son comercios..

stayed a night there was a Quinceanera party going on upstairs so alot of noise ..hard time falling asleep with all the noise ..parking was small since they have stores around the hotel but it was a nice hotel , had some issues but got help with it ....the breakfast was suburb may i say ...there working on a restaurant so got room service ... would stay again but farther away from the upstairs salon. But if you plan on renting salon it would be convenient on renting rooms down stairs at hotel.

Reserved room just to get some sleep to continue on the road... I arrived to shower and sleep around 1am...soon after I hit the bed I started itching and getting rashes on my body... I was so annoyed I couldn't get any sleep ..couldn't wait for daylight to just get out of there... Told the front desk and they said they were fumigating... I not the person to complain but I had to continue on my way on the road feeling sleepy and risking an accident.. I suffered from itchiness all-day until I had an opportunity to take a shower elsewhere... I still have bumps on my skin that still itch.. .. was just a waste of money and still suffering the consequences

*Las toallas del baño estaban sucias y viejas, tanto que hasta me salió un animal de una de ellas. *La puerta del baño era corrediza y se atoraba, me quede encerrado como por 10 o 15 minutos. *La Roku tv no quiso agarrar el internet y por lo tanto no funcionaba Netflix, tuve que ver solo tv por cable. *El colchón estaba viejo y no se sentía cómodo, tanto que me sentaba y sentía que de un lado estaba hundido. *El desayuno muy pobre y no me gusto que tienen los alimentos sin cubrir porque había moscas. Si mejoraran todos estos aspectos podría ser un muy buen Hotel porque las instalaciones están bien, las personas que atienden y en recepción también me atendieron bien; pero si me hospedo en un lugar espero tener una experiencia completa, sobre todo en cuanto a la limpieza y un buen descanso.

El personal es muy amable y accesible, el lugar muy limpio y bien mantenido. Solo que debes estar preparado para pagar $500. Como depósito que después te regresan al salir. Tampoco te regresan el depósito hasta que revisan que el cuarto esté bien y no falte nada. Eso me pareció muy fuera de lugar pero seguro por sus experiencias. El precio es accesible y las camas y ropa de cama son muy cómodas y limpias. Buen desayuno. El área está en una área popular que al llegar por la noche nos causó un poco de desconfianza y miedo to. Pero no hubo incidente alguno. Al llegar a la dirección es difícil el adivinar que el hotel se encuentra en el tercer piso. Tuvimos que dar toda la vuelta al edificio y entrar a los pasillos de comercios en la planta baja hasta que se nos ocurrió entrar al elevador que en el número 3 decía “Hotel”. Tiene todas las amenidades que necesitas para pasar una noche en un ambiente cómodo en el cuarto solo que no tiene ventilación. Pero si los cuartos son amplios y decorados. Limpios y cómodos.

Property is not ethical. I had 2 nights paid through expedia and they charged when I arrived. I would not recommend staying here for this reason, they are unethical and will scam you. La propiedad no es ética. Pagué 2 noches a través de Expedia y me cobraron el precio completo por las 2 noches que estuve allí. Pensé que era una tarifa de resort, pero en realidad era el precio completo. Así que nos cobraron dos veces y nos dijeron que lo resolviéramos con Expedia. No recomendaría quedarse aquí por este motivo, no son éticos y lo estafarán.

Room condition good butoff the beaten path. Breakfast was basic and not repeatable. Few restaurant options and no shopping centers near. Staff was helpful. Nuevo Laredo really doesn't have Uber although the app functions it also was offline. Didi app is only option or have to pay cash and negotiate with taxis. If I stay there again stay in known brand hotels.

I wouldn't really call it a hotel, it is one floor in another building. Clean, friendly staff, but no windows and terrible area.

Que precioso hotel; súper limpio, cómodo, excelente atención. El único detalle es, que en la aplicación dice a 8 minutos del CAS en auto, y realmente son como 15 minutos (o sea que caminando está como a 1 hora), solo para tenerlo bien en cuenta. Vale totalmente la pena reservar ahí, solo que si hacer mención de que NO está cerca para los trámites de visa. No es mala opinión, solo es un comentario muy útil; para el visitante (más cuando somos de muy lejos y no conocemos la ciudad). Las personas en recepción son súper amables y con ellos puedes pedir un “Didi” y los transporta mucho más económico que un taxi del aeropuerto.

Mi estancia fue de una semana, es seguro y tranquilo no trngo queja alguna, cuando salia y regresaba ya estaba limpia mi habitacion, no tuve queja alguna , esta cerca de muchos lugares del aeropuerto del consulado

I thought it was a really nice place. The breakfast was great too. The room was clean and the television was exceptional for the area compared to other pricier hotels. Great value and nice place to stay. I'll be returning.

The property was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. I loved that it didn't have a bad smell. We have always stayed at the ones on Paseo Colon and around there and they have a smell like mildew, mold this one did not. Loved the decorations in the hallways. Will definetely stay here again even thought is out of our way.
