The breakfast was fantastic and I hadn't even realised it was included in the cost which was extremely reasonable anyway. The washing machine and dryer was a major bonus when travelling and were cheap, quick and easy to use. My only complaint was the bathroom was tiny and not practical There was practically nowhere to put toiletry bags or toiletries. The available space was at the the back of the toilet and that seemed very inappropriate and unhygienic. If there was a better bathroom there would be a 10/10 score.

ツインの部屋は広く掃除も行き届いていて快適でした。朝食は品数が多く御当地のおかずもあり良かったです。ホテル提携の駐車場は少し歩くので覚悟が必要です。チェックインの際にお祭りと重なり駐車場が満車だった時には焦りました。すぐに空きが出て事なきを得ましたが。駐車場を利用する場合は早めのチェックインをお勧めします。フロントの方は親切でした。

Really happy with the hotel given how budget-friendly it is. Clean and spacious room with a view to the streets, 10 minutes walk to the Hiroshima train station, 10 minutes walk to the main shopping area, 20 minutes walk to A-bomb dome. The breakfast is included and with decent quality, the staff is very friendly and helpful, free tea and coffee throughout the day is nice. We will not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

清潔な施設、的確な掃除でとても快適でした。部屋の壁が落ち着いたブルーグレーで、柔らかい光の中で過ごすことができたのも良かったです。フロントはもとより、清掃スタッフや工事の業者の方も感じが良く安心できました。中心部のホテルはお客さんがごった返してきているように感じますがこちらはロビーも比較的空いていてエレベーター渋滞もなく穏やかに過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました！

Unfortunately we didn’t had the stay we were expecting. The pictures were deceiving. The rooms were not in the good shape as advertised on Expedia. It wasn’t very clean (f.e. hair on the floor). The staff of the hotel was professional and very caring with nice service. The location is good, just a 10 min walk from the main station and 5 min to the shopping streets. Still wouldn’t recommend it.

Only real concern was that the bathtub wasn't sealed up against the wall. I'm scared to think of the mold and dirt down there. Otherwise this is a pretty great hotel. One weird (but not that big a deal) is that there was only one regular plug available in the main room

Hotel is an old hotel. We had a triple room and they added a third bed to room so we had no space for stroller and one suitcase. Beds were hard so were pillows and we loved that. They provided slippers, excellent face wash, shampoo, conditioner, pajamas. There is kettle and fridge in room. Downstairs there is free coffee and tea between 15-20 (didnt like). Breakfast is very basic, but they did have bread and jam and milk and cornflakes for the kids. No option to open window, air in the room was awful even though there is AC. Its an OK basic hotel but we wont stay here again and dont recommend it.

Property was pretty much as described. However, the bathroom was very small and not ventilated at all, so the room got very steamed up after using the shower. Beds were reasonably comfortable, and the hotel is in a pretty convenient location adjacent to yagenbori (the red light district). Very close to trams and busses at Kanayamacho. Also, don't lose your keycard. They charge 1000 yen for a replacment.

We enjoyed our stay at the EN Hotel. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Our twin-room on the eighth floor was compact and clean. The view of the river was beautiful. It's a 15 min walk to Hiroshima station and a similar distance to the downtown area. We liked this location.

広島駅から徒歩で15分、ホテル近くに繁華街があり、徒歩圏内で美味しいレストランにアクセスできてとても便利でした。繁華街に近い割にホテルは公園、住宅街に面していて、想像していたよりも夜は静か…に過ごせました。ホテルは清潔に管理されて、ロビーもおしゃれでしたが、客室はリノベーションが中途半端な感じ…とくにユニットバスがオールドスタイルのまま、なので、ロビー同様に更に洗練されたらいいな…と思いました。

1階のホテルのラウンジは雰囲気が良いし、食堂もオシャレ。ホテル前を川が流れているので、散歩にも最適。ただ、朝の食事が定食でいつも内容が同じのため、連泊の時は良く考える必要あり。全館空調のためか、部屋が暑くて過ごしにくい。また、正直、GW中とはいえ、サービス内容を考えると、金額的に高いと感じました。
