I enjoyed staying in this hotel. For the prices, it is excellent, very clean, quiet with good insulation, and very friendly and professional staff. I stay in several of the hotels in the vicinity of Court Square in Long Island City, and I would rate Even Hotel very highly!

Room was extremely clean, and I loved the workout equipment provided. The shower was big with excellent water pressure. I loved this room!

The staffs are friendly, and the location is very convenient for touring. Overall, the environment is safe and clean. The only thing I'd like to complain is the cable (TV) had been out of service for4 days! We not only missed the final of the World Cup (FIFA), but had to rely only mobile phone to keep up with the game. It's a pity that the front desk manager only said, "We're sorry for that"!

I wanted to give this hotel 5 stars because the staff couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Literally. So amazing. However, our room's AC was broken and apparently ours wasn't the only one, they just couldnt get somone out to fix it. Thankfully the fan would turn on everything so often but our room never got below 75.

This hotel is beautifully situated between two major subway stops, each with multiple train lines. And it's only one stop away from Manhattan. A great location! We also enjoyed the vibrant life of Long Island City more than I thought we would. It's lively without being touristy. And the proximity to the East River, with its views of the Manhattan skyline, and the New York City Ferry system was another unexpected plus!
