This hotel appears to host long-term workers and transient families. The elevator smelled like BO/dirty laundry and the carpet in the room was sticky. GROSS! My room allowed for smoking and smelled bad, but I guess the interim apartment aspect allows for it. There was no coffee pot, which is also the mark of an extended stay hotel. - The desk clerk was friendly and funny, but I will never stay here again.

It served our needs. We stayed because we didn’t have power. The bed was very comfortable. It would be a problem for an extended stay because there no utensils, no ice tray in the freezer or ice machine, not even a plastic cup. There was a card saying you could purchase utensils. Long stay inns I have stayed at in the past included pots and pans, dishes, etc. Also, there was a limit on how many devices that could use the Wi-Fi. My wife and I initially logged on with our IPads,then later I tried to log on with my work laptop and it would not allow it, even when I disconnected my IPad.

It smelled awful. Dogs urinating in the only elevator the in entire hotel. No smoking in rooms, but burn holes in carpet. Smell in hallway is horrible with massive stains in carpet. Roaches every night on the floor in the bathroom, on the bedroom walls and floor. The freezer worked but not the fridge. Reported that to the front desk and it took them two days to send someone. The phone they have in each room(which is plugged in) doesn't have a dial tone. If you need the front desk you must come down and if there is no one there you are to use a wall phone and dial 500. There was a massive sink leak in the bathroom that kept the floor super wet. I was told by a manager that they only clean every 2 weeks. This building on the out side looks great. I looked at two rooms and they were horrible. All the interior of the building is old and falling apart!

Staff was very professional and polite. But keys to room took several attempts before working. No phone service between desk and room. No hot water for two day stay. When asked about this was told it would be fixed Monday which would do me no good. Overall I don’t giving negative reviews so I’ll say I which it could’ve been a little better.

I informed the person at the front desk that I would NEVER stay at their hotel ever again. This is a no frills hotel, no luggage carts, no ice machine, no privacy curtains on window, only blinds that can be seen through, not even a lamp in the room, The only lights were 3 can lights in the ceiling. Refrigerator on max only keep items cool but the roaches that came from under the fridge were happy. Upon check out I was told by one of the housekeepers that nobody would be at the front desk until 8:30 and I wanted to check out at 7AM. Room reminded me of a college dorm room. Easily in my top 5 worst hotels I've ever stayed in and I've stayed in hundreds of hotels in over 20 years of business travel.

Just stayed a couple of nights. Room has a kitchen and stove top but nothing to be able to use for cooking or eating or drinking. No coffee maker in room. The floor in our room was very sticky so we were afraid to walk around with our white socks on. No ice maker anywhere on the facility grounds. There is a Starbucks near by or a Dunkin Donuts over the interstate. Some Shops are around. The sports bar in the area has good food and nightly specials. The elevator area smells like ganja 24/7. But the staff was really sweet and we didnt feel like this was a sketchy place.

The staff was extremely nice. The manager went above and beyond to get us a room. However. The room door was broken. You had to lift it to close properly. The toilet leaked. Everywhere smelled like Marijuana. There was fecal matter on the floor by the toilet. The room was not cleaned. Pubic hair on sink. AC did not work correctly. Refrigerator did not keep cold and was all rusted on the side. Spill spots on the floor in front of elevator. Poor water pressure. It had a stove but no pots or pans.

The room wasn't the most cleanliess. The hotel itself seemed like a host hotel for transitional housing. The bathroom had no shower curtain and there were very suspicious characters on the floor I resided on. Just wasn't anything like I anticipated based on the visuals provided.

My stay started out with dirty sheets and mattress cover had blood stains. We went to the Walmart to buy new sheets for the bed and used our own blankets that we travel with. There was about ten dogs staying there at the time we were there if I could have got my money back I would have stayed somewhere else. Dog hair in elevator and felt like fleas was crawling on you so I brought some flea spray and sprayed the elevator and hallway and my room every day I was there I also bought cleaning supplies to clean the room. Shower head was broken and sink faucet handle didn't work properly carpet was dirty and stinky like dogs.

We booked several weeks in advance. The day of our arrival a hotel employee called to tell us they could only provide a smoking room that night. That was the only available room to sleep three people. We accepted the room anyway because it was late to change plans. I explained we would be arriving very late. When we arrived we had to call for a desk attendant to come to the desk. The staff was polite. The room had large cockroaches and we weren’t provided sheets or pillows for the pull out couch.

This place is absolutely filthy and disgusting. The entire place smelled like, mold, cat pee and cigarette smoke. I have never seen such a nasty filthy hotel. The manager did let me switch rooms a couple of times. The first room I was in had such a strong stench it was irritating my throat and sinuses and then I discovered there was actual human feces on the wall and the refrigerator did not work. The second room didn't smell much better and the third room was a bit better but still gross. There were more than a couple of fights while I was there and the fire alarm system went off several times, usually at night and each time the fire department came. The outside lighting went off sometime in the middle of the night, every night, meaning when I had to leave very early for work it was completely pitch black out, making in very scary and dangerous walking to my car.

Check in was suppose to be at 3:00pm. Could not get in until 5:30pm… late for a function because we couldn’t get into our rooms. The lady at the front desk had to come and let us in. Then when we returned at 12:30am we was still stuck waiting for them to come and let us in.

Although the staff were nice, this was a horrible hotel. I saw 2 roaches and one was in the bed. The carpet was stained. It looks like blood spatter on the ceiling. The fire alarm went off 3 times while I was there. I was in a non-smoking room. The rooms around me were non-smoking, yet, the place reaked of cigarettes. People prop the exit doors open so there is no safety. The room above me walked all night with multiple people coming and going. I know people live there, but there should be a limit as to how many people can be in one room. I have stayed in other WoodSpring hotels in other parts of the country and I have never had this bad of an experience.

It was awful. They gave us a room with no pillows, no shower curtain, no tv remote, bathroom lights didn't work and it was filthy. After trying for over an hour to find someone to complain about it, he moved us to another room that had a huge black hair in the bed, tv still didn't work and the bathroom door wouldn't shut. We finally got a refund and left.

The staff was amazing. The room was HORRIBLE. The fridge made lots of noise, the trim between the carpet and tile was coming loose, there was previous holes in the wall and just putty placed not paint.

We checked in kind of late around 9pm and no one was at the front desk. We had to wait about an 1-hr to check in. The room was bar minimum & very basic. There was no coffee pot or ironing board. The toiletries were for a one night stay & I stayed 2-nights. The carpet was filthy & the bedding was very shabby (thin & cheap). Basically if you want a place to lay your head then this is the place for you but if you want a real experience try somewhere else. This place seemed like a boarding house & not a hot.

Hotels.com sucks! I messaged them in real time to say I felt unsafe. They said I will not get a refund. The staff member at the hotel couldn't even pull up my confirmation without me forwarding my confirmation. Which I also have proof of. When I was leaving she asked me why and I said I do not feel safe with all these intoxicated men all over the property watching me and listening to you give me my room.
