Comfortable and well equipped.Fantastic position, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants

The good - excellent location to beach and Noosa central.The bad -1. Horrible beds with uncomfortable mattresses and even worse sloppy thin pillows.2. The main bathroom had a shower in the bath which required a 60cm step in. This was not only dangerous but was not mentioned as a potential hazard in any literature, especially for older people.3. There were windows from the main bathroom and the lounge into the master bedroom. Therefore no one could switch on a light if the master bedroom had sleeping occupants.4. The apartment seems to have not had a decent clean for quite a while with dust everywhere and gritty floors. 5. We specifically requested the 2 single beds in the second room to be pushed together into a matrimonial bed. On arrival, we had 2 single beds and when I queried this, I was told "we don't do that". There was never any prior communication to inform us.

Yes everything was in good condition.

Very disappointed. The apartment appeared clean when we first arrived, but on day 3 of our 6 day booking, I discovered 3 large live cockroaches in the bathroom and kitchen. I had to chase them around the apartment with a nearly empty tin of Raid generic insect spray. In doing so, I discovered many areas under beds, under kitchen units and in cupboards which were very dirty. I complained to the property manager as my partner was part way through some surgical treatment and had open wounds and was at elevated risk of infection.The property manager was initially slow to respond and said this was a common problem. There were no flyscreens on windows and doors and there was no evidence of active pest control measures in place (no Moretin cockroach spray or traps). I subsequently found a fourth live cockroach. The property manager agreed to refund us for the last 2 unused days if we vacated the property, so we booked ourselves into another property (no cockroaches). The refund should have been AUD 765 but we only received AUD 560.88 after 10 working days. The delayed refund significantly limited our holiday activities. The missing AUD 204.12 was withheld by Vrbo. Totally unfair that the full refund was not paid.

Location was excellent. There was no plug for the spa so we couldn’t use it. Also taps in bathroom need servicing as they were dripping.
