Friendly staff, comfortable room. Breakfast was good. Our girls enjoyed the waffle maker and making their own waffles! Swimming pool was okay, but the hot tub was not working right. The jets were on, but it was cool water instead of hot! Should be fixed. Who wants to sit in a cold hot tub?

I choose this hotel so that my kids could have a fun weekend using the pool. I was not informed until I had checked in that the pool was out of service. Had i been informed i would have canceled my stay and made other arrangements. I even received an email from the hotel the day before but they never mentioned that the pool would be closed. My kids were absolutely gutted, I understand pools breakdown, what upsets me is the lack of communication. Had it not been for that I would've had a very positive review of this hotel: very clean, quiet, and delicious breakfast.

Overall great stay and convenient for the Avera heart hospital. Room and hot breakfast were great. The breakfast staff was very helpful and kept the breakfast stocked and ready. Only downside, the side entrance and parking lot were not well lit and very slippery as fresh snow covered previous melted ice. Parked right next to the side entrance side walk and slipped twice loading my luggage. Ice melt close to the entrance would have helped avoid a couple falls while my father and I loaded and unloaded the car.

I was specifically looking for a hotel with a hot tub. After checking in we got settled into our room, put on our suits and headed back downstairs only to find out the hot tub was closed. The front desk clerk had not informed us of this at check-in or we would have gone to a different hotel.

Hot tub had debris that looks like excrement. Our room was never cleaned while we were there. The door to the room was so difficult to open that I had to use all of my body weight to get in and out of our unit. Parking lot only had some of the lights in working order. It was a very dark parking lot and not secure at all.

After the pool I wanted to give my daughter a bath, well after looking under the shower mat that was in the bathtub it hadn't been cleaned and the bathtub was pretty nasty underneath, So we decided no bath and she took a shower instead. Also there was NO fan for the bathroom.

The bed was firm, but comfortable... the sofabed was most definitely NOT. The littles ended up just sleeping on the couch without pulling it out. There was mold under the edge of the bath mat and in the shower corners but otherwise, it was clean enough to use. It would be helpful if there was an exhaust fan to help pull moisture out of the air. All of that being said, the staff was super friendly, even with our late check in. If the mold and sofa bed are addressed, this would easily earn a 5 star review from me.

Really enjoyed the location—it was on the quieter side of town. Staff were super friendly and welcoming, the room was nice and clean. My only complaint is that the bed was not comfortable. It was super hard and we woke up with back pain. If you like a super hard mattress, then you'll be just fine!

Our stay was good. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable, and breakfast was good. The only drawback was we were close to an elevator and we could hear people coming and going doors slamming at about 6am

We loved this hotel! My only complaint would be the room door and the bathroom door were very hard to close. The beds were also a little hard but it was clean and worked great for this quick trip!

For the price it was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn't the biggest, but it was very good too. The pool and hot tub were nice too. The only minor complaint I would have is the TV had no Netflix opinion and the guide for the channels all said "no information", so you had to go through channel by channel to find what you wanted. All of the staff was very friendly.

Our front desk clerk on arrival needs some further training. I would use his name, but he did not have a name tag on. His shirt was wrinkled and when we walked thru the doors to the desk he just stared at us. No welcome greeting at all. I finally said hello! He handed us our keys did not say anything further like breakfast details or thanks for being a choice member (most mention this which is nice). We have been given free waters before which he did not offer. Pool appeared to have feces in it. It was 9:30 a m and no one else was in the pool. I told the gal at the desk and she said we will check on it. We have not made that round yet… the pool opens at 7 a m.. should that not already have been cleaned? We have stayed here several times, but this time was a bit disappointing. Chairs by the elevators are stained… need to be cleaned or replaced? At 8:45 on Sat a m there were no donuts, muffins or hard boiled eggs available. Scrambled eggs were almost gone as were the sausages. A bit disappointing.

Destiny deserves a raise, a week plus all inclusive vacation, and all the praise in the world! After a long and exhausting couple weeks, she restored my faith in humanity and was so pleasant even in the middle of the night. Everything is 5 stars except there was a weird smell coming from the drain and a piece of tile that fell off the trim I'm the bathroom. Other than that, AMAZING

Check in took about 40 min, only 2 ahead of me. All had reservations. One employee on the job & she seemed to question the procedure she was doing. She started my registration then took about 7 min phone call & when she got back to mine she started all over again. Next key card would not work …. When we got done and to the room only one card worked. Bathroom floor was so sticky we had to wear shoes in there or feet got sticky. Closet door left open… LOUD squeak when used. Comfortable bed and it was very quiet!

We arrived to check in a little later than we wanted. We wrre greeted by Jabriel. He was excellent and asked if we ever stayed here before. He let us know about the pool, hot tub, gym and all the amenities the hotel had to offer. He was super kind and told us to ask if we need anything. The lobby was clean the entire atmosphere was wonderful. The breakfast was great and our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Wr will stay at this hotel again, had eberything we were looking for including friendly staff :)

It's clean. But terribly understaffed. I think the front desk person has like 20 other jobs. Never there. Also the vending machines take your money and don't work. I waited to tell the front desk person but after standing there for 10 minutes I gave up.

No one at front desk. Call 0 for help—no phone, Rang bell at desk no phone one. Finally a gentleman came up hall. Very nice but it appears he is doing numerous tasks and rarely at desk. Very poor experience. Place is highly understaffed!!!!!!!!

Was happy to be able to book on such a short notice. I specifically asked if someone would be on the desk when I checked out in the morning - at 5:30 am. Was assured there would be. At 5:35 am, no one was around. I did not get a receipt for my payment when I checked in. I figured I could check out and get a statement as well as let the clerk know there were some small issues with the bathroom that needed attention by maintenance. Having been a Desk Clerk & Night Auditor for Quality Inns, I was not impressed with the staff.
Was happy to be able to book on such a short notice. I specifically asked if someone would be on the desk when I checked out in the morning - at 5:30 am. Was assured there would be. At 5:35 am, no one was around. I did not get a receipt for my payment when I checked in. I figured I could check out and get a statement as well as let the clerk know there were some small issues with the bathroom that needed attention by maintenance. Overall great stay and convenient for the Avera heart hospital. Room and hot breakfast were great. The breakfast staff was very helpful and kept the breakfast stocked and ready. Only downside, the side entrance and parking lot were not well lit and very slippery as fresh snow covered previous melted ice. Parked right next to the side entrance side walk and slipped twice loading my luggage. Ice melt close to the entrance would have helped avoid a couple falls while my father and I loaded and unloaded the car.

Room was clean, quiet and everyone was friendly. For our purpose it was very convenient to things we were doing in Sioux Falls. The price for the room was reasonable not outrageous like others in the area. Please keep the price reasonable. We do plan on coming back to Sioux Falls and you are the first we look for our peace of mind. Thanks

Location gave us quick easy access to everything we wanted to do during our stay in Suiox Falls. They had travel guides and a clear easy to read city map with shopping, tourist sites and other information readily available. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant.

Hotel was great check-in staff were extremely friendly. Athena only drawback was, I got there about 40 minutes before the end of breakfast and they were out of about everything.

Our front desk clerk on arrival needs some further training. I would use his name, but he did not have a name tag on. His shirt was wrinkled and when we walked thru the doors to the desk he just stared at us. No welcome greeting at all. I finally said hello! He handed us our keys did not say anything further like breakfast details or thanks for being a choice member (most mention this which is nice). We have been given free waters before which he did not offer. Pool appeared to have feces in it. It was 9:30 a m and no one else was in the pool. I told the gal at the desk and she said we will check on it. We have not made that round yet… the pool opens at 7 a m.. should that not already have been cleaned? We have stayed here several times, but this time was a bit disappointing. Chairs by the elevators are stained… need to be cleaned or replaced? At 8:45 on Sat a m there were no donuts, muffins or hard boiled eggs available. Scrambled eggs were almost gone as were the sausages. A bit disappointing.

We were very happy with our stay. Parking, check-in, and cleanliness were great. I would recommend expanding the breakfast area, because we had a bit of a delay getting everyone through. Increasing the pool temp and room shower water pressure would be great areas of improvement. Overall, happy with our stay.

We have stayed here multiple times. The staff is great. Rooms are clean with very comfortable beds. Breakfast is better than most continental breakfasts, waffles with whipped cream and strawberries, eggs, sausage, pancakes, cereal, muffins, yogurt, and more. This is our go-to hotel in Sioux Falls.

For the price it was excellent. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast wasn't the biggest, but it was very good too. The pool and hot tub were nice too. The only minor complaint I would have is the TV had no Netflix opinion and the guide for the channels all said "no information", so you had to go through channel by channel to find what you wanted. All of the staff was very friendly.

The only complaint we have is about breakfast. We stayed for 5 days and same breakfast for all 5 days. The lady who served weekdays breakfast is very selfish. She only put a few things out at a time and only replenish when they are completely all out or when asked.

Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Good safety information. Convenient location. Free cookies and coffee at check in. Only issue is that free “hot breakfast” is waffles, only waffles. Nothing offered for those who need gluten free diet. Other places have yogurt and some kind of eggs.

We arrive in the evening and we were welcomed in the lobby with a smile. Fresh lemon water was available. The room itself was clean, modern and comfortable. I enjoyed this stay with the exception of breakfast, which I felt was not up to standards (it was well presented and clean though, just lacking tasty options in my opinion)
