I liked my stay because of the included breakfast, ease of check in and check out and especially because it offers electric vehicle charging. I didn’t like that they clearly don’t vacuum under the beds because under one I found a tissue and a soda can and under the other I found a travel sized deodorant. Do NOT want to know what else there was that wasn’t noticeable to the eye! Also the noise from the other room doors opening and closing all night was loud.

Stayed here overnight for an event and it was easy to find, parking was good and dining options were plentiful within 15 minutes. 24/7 coffee/tea/cocoa was nice and the breakfast was good.

Very comfortable hotel with a good breakfast. Was concerned when I could see the airport tower and highway so near but it was wonderfully quiet. The pool looked good but we didn’t try it. Gym was well appointed. Overall a great place to stay overnight.

The AC worked well.There are signs of wear and tear but not problematic. Breakfast was average with sausage, muffins,toast, waffles, juices, eggs, coffee and tea. Plenty of parking. ,check in check out easy. Clean environment. Friendly owner/manager staff. Easy access off highway and near shopping and variety of eateries.

Great value for price. I’ll come back in future. Stayed 3 nights with partner while visiting family. The shower was excellent and bathroom large which is plus: shower head was adjustable with multiple settings, gets hot, and had good pressure. Bedding was comfortable. Parking was easy. Breakfast was convenient. Coffee and shops around the corner in short drive. Only 4 out of 5 stars would be the coffee and some noise in hallways but quiet hours were adhered to so no issue at night. Also little gym was nice when we used it one morning.

A quiet location near the airport (never heard a flight all night). Friendly and helpful staff. Nice morning breakfast. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. Outdoor pool that was cared for and checked in the am by staff. Clean and quiet room.

We booked this location because it had j1772 AC Electric vehicle chargers, however we found they were not working and staff didn't have a way to get them working. The results were a delay in our trip and approx $30 to charge elsewhere.

The entire place was dirty. There was cereal in the stairwell. When we got here our room had hair in the bathroom. There was blood on my pillowcase. The doors and doorhandles have not been clean and during flu and Covid season. This is really necessity.

There was mold and mildew in the shower and shower curtain. There were stains on the bed headboard. The carpet on one side of the bed reeked of urine. The room and hotel just felt dirty and dingy. My room also stunk of cigarette smoke. I've stayed at Best Westerns in the past and this experience will make me steer clear of Best Westerns in the future. I was here only for 1 night to celebrate my high school.best friend's birthday. So I toughed it out as i had to be at the restaurant ahortly after checking in.

the room was dirty. bathroom was dirty - soap/spit scum in the sink, dirty toilet seat, dirty floor. The shower was gross. Everything felt like it needed a need clean. There were also BUGS all over the bathroom. Literally crawling on the ceiling, in the shower, on the sink/vanity, toilet, and all over the floor in the bathroom. The room was better. Although we looked under the bed before leaving and found a used floss pick and a straw wrapper. Neither from us.

I wanted to like this hotel a lot - when we walked in (very late at night) the staff was very friendly, and the hotel looked new and clean. The hot breakfast in the morning was also good with eggs, sausage, pancakes and other breakfast foods. Unfortunately, our room was not clean. There was trash on the floor and the sheets were dirty - crusty dirty in large patches, not just stained. It was easy to see that the sheets hadn't been changed (just made with the old dirty sheets) and the room didn't get cleaned the way it should have. This was a huge disappointment - especially when arriving exhausted late at night.

Yes, we were unfortunately not very happy with the room. There are blood stains all over the pillowcase and they were blood stains all over the top cover. We went to the receptionist and asked if they could please be changed. She of course, did accommodate the pillowcase but not the bedspread.

The parking lot was okay. Checking in was a long process. Even though the whole building was smoke free you could still smell smoke on and off throughout the time. The room I stayed in was nice and clean. The shower head was not that great. The lobby and the hallways had some wear and tear. The Wi-Fi there was completely unusable. The breakfast was rather pathetic.

Very comfortable and clean hotel. The king size bed was very comfortable, the room good sized, and the TV a great size. The FREE breakfast was great - can’t beat a BW pancake machine. Very convenient to the highway yet situated on a quiet lot off of the main room.

Rooms were a decent size but not the cleanest. The room is also not sound proof and you can hear all other doors being closed within the hallway. Breakfast was great and the location is pretty good to town. Overall would stay here again for a quick weekend trip.

When we went to check in they did not have any King beds left, like we had reserved. they weren't going to do anything about it at first, but I kept pressing nicely that that is what I reserved and paid for. The hotel is mostly filled with workers, so in the end (after a while of back and forth) she moved a worker to another room and we got their King room.

I had a last-minute stay in West Lebanon due to weather, and the hotel was perfect. It was very close to many restaurants and shops to get the items I needed. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The space was clean and comfortable. The only thing I thought needed improvement was the breakfast. It lacked a variety of offerings and was a bit disappointing.

The stay itself was fine. We were there for a quick overnight. Imagine our surprise when we were charged $100 for damage for a small chip on furniture that we definitely did not do! There's no way we damaged the furniture and a small chip does not cost $100 to fix! The manager was extremely rude about the situation.

Our bedsheets did not seem clean. By the time we noticed this, it was late at night and we just went to sleep. However, more importantly, someone was in our room without our knowledge/permission! Our room was not serviced by housekeeping (we were told that it is not part of the service unless requested) and yet our door was cracked open when we returned from being away all day. I had double checked that it was firmly closed when we left in the morning but that is not how we found it at the end of the day. It doesn't appear that anything was taken though (our valuables were with us).

Clean and modern place, breakfast included though the processed egg and sausage offerings were tasteless; main problem was the desk clerk refused to help me get a cab. Cabs are difficult to get in this area, and he just said "we\'re a hotel; we don\'t do cabs." I\'ve NEVER had even a cheap motel say that before.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Perfectly adequate hotel overall. The lighting was this dim cold blue LED in the room which was depressing. The water pressure was really low, as is typical in hotels. The bed was comfy. Free breakfast was pretty basic. Free parking was right outside and it was conveniently located close to the airport, several major shopping strips malls, highways and restaurants. A 20 min drive to Dartmouth.

Perfect location for easy access to all West Lebanon shops as well as White River. Also, very convenient to Dartmouth Medical Center. Easy on and off of interstate 89 and connect to 91. Clean, warm, and inviting. We will be back!

Comfortable stay in Lebanon. We were at the Best Western for a week. Enjoyed the daily breakfast (although a little variation in the hot items would be better) the gym and the great location near the airport and shopping and dining in west Lebanon. The staff (although short staffed) were always helpful. Would return.

This hotel is conviently located. All of the shops/restaurants are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. Only 15 minutes to my appointment at Dartmouth Medical Center tomorrow.

The price was a bit too high (though everywhere in the area was bloated price wise!) The bed was comfortable, nice towels, clean bathroom, but breakfast was below average with Blah eggs, small choice of breads, instant oatmeal with very few toppings, not enough tea choices.
