大学生です。スタッフの対応、施設設備の手入れ等全て丁寧で感銘を受けました。1つ惜しく感じたのは駐車料金の高さで、宿泊客なのになぜ1泊に3000円も取られるのかが不思議です。なにか取り組みをなさっての事なのでしたら、お伺いしたいほどです。電車で来る遠出客には問題ないかもしれませんが、車で来る地元客からすると無駄なところで残念さを感じました。ただ、改めて景色含めあらゆる点で一流ホテルだと感じました。また使いたいです。

Absolutely incredible hotel. Lobby on the 19th floor will floor to ceiling glass gives you 360 degree views of Osaka. Views from the room are just as incredible. Top of luxury with amazing and friendly staff. Will be staying here again when I come back to Osaka.

Magnificent skyscraper located in Tennoji train Sation with huge mall fir shopping and dining. The views from all locations of the hotel are wonderful. The breakfast has everything you could possibly want to eat. We had dinner at restaurant on 57th floor and it was amazing experience. Reserve a week in advance for Tapenyaki dining, we there for 3 nights and could not get a reservation, very popular dining. We participated in the complimentary meditation class and I highly recommended. We learn a lot about breathing, which we take for granted. We totally loved our stay, the facilities, staff and location are excellent.

Our room had unbeatable views of the city, and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The bar, however, was a little overpriced and the food there wasn’t as tasty. I’d still recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

The hotel is stunning. The room was gorgeous and the service staff was so polite and kind. I would have given it perfect score except for the parking and transportation access We took the taxi from the station to the hotel. There were no help at the place we were dropped off which is at the parking area or taxi area. When we checked out, there was minimal help with getting a taxi to go to the airport with our luggages. We took our luggage down to level 1 and qeued at the taxi line in the streets. Maybe it was a language issue but we did not have any problem with our other hotels in Japan for this trip The dining experience was top notched and the room service was great including the breakfast area. I was disappointed at the glitches but it was a bit annoying as I expect more for this level of Marriott establishment. The service needs a bit more work on that level but everyone was kind and nice, trying their best but I can see that the workflow has some barriers.

I've stayed at Osaka Miyako Marriott each time I stay in Osaka. The hotel has wonderful staff, a good breakfast buffet the room is clean and refrigerator well stocked. I usually use the massage service which they now have gone to call in, or online appointments. Their massage therapists are excellent.

The location is great, easy access from the trains, without needing to set foot on the open streets. There’s even a shopping mall and 14 story department store below, which other comparable hotels cannot match. Beautiful lounge and bars leading to the reception in the sky above Osaka. Very professional but friendly and welcoming staff. I’m sure all do, but our room on floor 55 had fantastic views, was silent, excellent quiet aircon, plenty of space, huge comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and amenities, with a separate top of range automatic toilet with wash and blow dry. The club lounge has no view, but is a great place to escape the hectic city and enjoy lots of treats and drinks. Afternoon tea, cocktails, food and more, it never feels crowded or rushed, just chilled and gives you a reluctance to leave. It’s a shame that the hotel doesn’t have a public bath with views. But having stayed in a number of hotels in this price range in Osaka and beyond, it is definitely my favourite. The staff smile and are genuinely friendly and helpful. I hope to return soon!

This is our fourth (or fifth) time to stay at this hotel, and it is also our first choice when visiting Osaka again after four years. The hotel celebrates its tenth year this year, and the overall feeling is still like a brand new hotel, which is maintained with great care. This time we still chose to stay in our favorite room 3819. It feels like a brand new one, not a bit old. I believe the hotel is very attentive to maintaining the cleanliness of the room. During my stay of 8 days and 7 nights, the room was clean and well-maintained. Even if there are occasional supplies missing, they will make it up immediately if you leave a message. Even though the staff is friendly and courteous, there are some services that have been simplified (like helping with luggage、no tickets to the observation deck included etc.). In general, this hotel is still an excellent choice due to its excellent location, clean facilities, and outstanding service.

We stayed here three nights in September. I travel a lot for work, and this is truly one of the nicest and most well run hotels in the world. Everything is on point. The staff is phenomenal, the rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed… extra comfy beds, best shower ever, and provides an excellent spot from which to explore Osaka. I would stay here again and again and again.

Kintetsu Department Store and many restaurants are in the next building. It is also connected to MIO, a popular shopping centre. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. I am extremely disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I arrived at around 11pm and was shocked to find no staff at all at the lobby on Basement 3. I had to drag my luggage all the way up to Level 19 just to check in. Even after that, no one bothered to offer any help with my luggage or show me to my room. But what made the experience even worse — and honestly frightening — was that the hair dryer in my room was faulty and even sparked fire when I turned it on. I could have been seriously injured. This is a serious safety hazard, and it shows a complete lack of maintenance and quality control. In addition, I tried to contact the hotel via Expedia platform. However, no one replied even after several message and reminder. It sucks. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel that claims to be five stars. The level of service was far below basic expectations, let alone luxury standards. My experience was frustrating, inconvenient, and frankly infuriating. I will definitely not recommend your hotel to anyone, and I hope you seriously review your service standards.

Location makes this a great way stop if you a coming from Kyoto (or elsewhere) and leaving from KIX. Express train to big international airport is basically in the basement. Tennoji station receives lots of trains. But requires a transfer for bullet trains. Easy subway access (3 stops) to fun Dotonburi area. Tremendous views as rooms start on 38th floor. Big western size rooms and nice Japanese bathrooms. Staff communication could improve.

복잡한 도심 한복판이라서 다니기는 힘들지만 객실의 view가 너무 좋았으나 club lounge는 그다지 크기와 값에 비해 음식은 떨어지고 음료역시 부실한편 이다. 그러나 방하나는 완전 만족하고 직원분들도 친절하다. 큰단점은 호텔밖으로 나가려고하면 시간이 많이 걸린다는것! 연결된 백화점등을 이용하기는 편하지만 역시 시간이 많이 걸리는것이 불편하다 한번 나가면 다시 올라가기 힘든상황, 숙소로 들어갈때 미리 다 사서 올라가는것이 꿀 팁

Fantastic location in every sense for dining, shopping, access to Kansai Airport, etc. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient. Concierge service was also excellent in securing and recommending dining options. Would definitely recommend the Osaka Marriott Miyako and will stay here again on our next visit.

The view was very good. Transportation was convenient, so it was easy to get to the airport and downtown, and there was a large shopping mall at the hotel station, so it was convenient.
