Everything was good except the parking. It’s a very tight squeeze. If you have a big vehicle, you will have trouble

The parking was absolutely ridiculous. Extremely tight spaces. Not enough spaces. Door dings everywhere. And, you have to pay for it. And, you are not guaranteed a parking spot. Great hotel, but I will stay somewhere else just because of the parking.

One of the elevators was broken and there wasn't enough parking for the number of cars trying to park in their parking lot. Our room was very nice and spacious. We had the 2 queen suite for our family of 5. Breakfast was great too!

Pros - Hotel was clean, bed was comfy, bathroom very clean. Cons - parking is HORRIBLE! It's like there are 20 very tight spaces for 75 people. The parking was an after thought for sure. Plus it was dark and just scary outside the hotel. The elevator was also an after thought. Ot was like a 2x4 space, could barely fit 4 people with no luggage inside. The hotel room closet was bigger than elevator. Staff was very friendly but will NOT stay here again.

Rooms & hotel were clean & the hot breakfast was good. Parking was very good. Unfortunately the room across the hall partied loudly while we tried to sleep.

the garage elevator and stair access was closed. it was an up hill walk and stairs to get back to the lobby level. coming back from an comedy show across the street, we felt unsafe as a large loud crowd were hovering in the hotel garage and parkinglot. we had to turn around and go back to the street and go the other way around the hotel. Im sorry but the access for an arthritic old lady was very very trying. Not easily accessible

This hotel clearly did not emphasize maintenance. The elevator down to their garage has apparently been non-functional for months now. There is no stair route from the garage that doesn't require someone to open the door for you (your room key won't do it). So you have to park in the tiny crowded outside lot and walk up a steep slope and then up a bunch of stairs to get in. The people were ok to deal with. The breakfast was adequate for the price. The interior looked alright. The location kinda sucked. Lots of homeless people walking around. The nearby restaurants were not family friendly, most being bars and the like. Honestly, not that impressed. Won't return.

The entrance into the hotel is weird. It's a huge area of steps up to the hotel entrance. There is a ramp on the side that is somewhat hidden. I'm sure there have been some that carried their luggage up that huge flight of stairs because they did not see the ramp. The hotel is nice, breakfast was really good. The room was clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only problem with the room was the very small TV. Not more than 35in. Very disappointing. Parking was also $10 a day.

I would say excellent but we had a hard time believing the bathroom had been cleaned since the previous guest because there was a hair tie hanging in the shower. It looked clean, but for the maid to miss something like that was disconcerting. Other than that the staff was extra kind and help helpful. Breakfast was great, parking was convenient.

Beds were just ok, pillows were nice. There was gum stuck to our wall from a previous guest. Overall it was an ok stay. Parking was not very good and you have to pay for parking. Breakfast was typical hotel. We stay in a lot of hotels and this one was ok. Not perfect but not terrible. It suited its purpose.

The place smelled clean and looked clean the second you walked in so that was a nice start. The staff were all very nice and the room was impressively clean. I travel a lot for work and it's been months since I've been in such a spotless room. Breakfast was very nice too. I think the only issue someone might have is with parking as there are only so many spots available. Otherwise I recommend this place highly.

We stay at LaQuinta locations often. This location does not meet the standards we have found at other locations. The hallway carpet was filthy. One elevator was out of service, the other was dirty and slow. We found a roach on the morning of checkout in our room. Most concerning though, was being followed into the lobby by a homeless person who confronted my husband and I while waiting for the elevator. It was 10:45 pm. They did not have the doors locked for keycard access. No one was at the front desk to help us. He aggressively pressured us for money or food. My husband got him to leave. In the morning, I went to the desk to tell the person what happened. He was surprised to hear that one had made it into the lobby. He was not surprised to hear no one was at the desk. He told me they can’t help what the homeless do. I reminded him that it is their responsibility to make sure we are safe inside the hotel, and that it’s unacceptable to not have anyone there for us. I will be contacting corporate.

Wasn’t there much. Our room was clean and comfortable. The entry way and lobby appeared very clean. Staff were friendly.

Check in was fantastic, lady working the desk was sweet and very helpful. She let me know at check in that the wifi wasn’t working. We had 3 rooms and she was able to move one to a room with a pull out couch which helped our nephew and his kids. After we got to the other two rooms, we realized one was next to a room that was loud and she moved us down one room, so we wouldn’t be bothered. Being New Years Eve I know there is a chance of loud people but I appreciate that she was willing/able to accommodate us and not have to deal with possible waking up my kids in the middle of the night. Breakfast in the morning was also good. What I did not like was the air conditioner didn’t seem to work correctly, I turned it on when I got to the room (temp was 72, set it to 65) got my kiddos dressed and ready for bed and temp went to 77. Could never get the air to work so I ended up running the fan all night and it cooled the room down but was loud and annoying trying to sleep. The faucet for the bathroom sink was plumbed wrong, when we turned on cold water it was hot and slightly burned my daughters hands (not bad at all just annoying). My next complaint isn’t necessarily the hotel itself but the smell of weed all night was annoying. I know it is legal in Oklahoma but I personally do not want to have to smell it or have to be around it especially when I’m trying to sleep.

Great location downtown, easy to walk. Staff very friendly. Breakfast just ok. Biggest weakness was poor/inconsistent WiFi.

Orlando at the front desk was great! Room was spacious, bed was fairly comfortable. There were a few things that need upkeep: our bathroom was missing the toilet roll holder, the finial was missing off the floor lamp, the TV remote control was missing the battery cover. Overall good stay and convenient to the BOK Center for the concert we attended. No bar as advertised in the pictures.

This location of this property was ideal for my trip. Unfortunately that was the only positive aspect. The hotel did NOT have heat, which I later learned was a frequent problem at this location. We were offered a space heater but told we could only have it for a short time. We were trying to go to bed. I had a young child with me and we had to go out and get extra blankets ourselves because it was so cold in our room. It got down into the low 50s in our room. When we woke up, there was water all over the room by the window. There were electrical cords in the water from the desk area. The bathtub also dripped the entire stay. When we left, the man at the desk was appalled that we were offered space heaters and said that was not something they did. There was no manager to speak with and no guarantee of when they would be there. We were told they managed multiple sites and did not have a set schedule. While the suite was very spacious, the beds were very uncomfortable. I will not be booking here again and I advise anyone who does to do so with caution.

Wi-Fi was not working and from talking to the front desk people hadn’t been for about a week. Was surprised by the parking charges. There’s a garage that’s really more like a glorified car port in places, not fully enclosed. There are warning signs posted that parts of the garage can flood, doesn’t exude much confidence. Would have been nice to have a program guide with the TV to know what channels and programming are available. Not the worst place to stay but there better at the price paid.

The staff and Hotel were excellent. Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and not very soundproof

The only downside to our stay was that the A/C was not working in our room. It got pretty warm even with fans running. From what I heard, the A/C was out in several rooms.

It was extremely loud. You can hear everything from the rooms around you. The rooms had stone floors so the noise carried. Do not recommend this place!

Their reservation Internet was down when I arrived and the individual who greeted me was exceptionally rude toward me and appeared incompetent to handle an apparent problem with their electronic problem. I provided him my reservation number but he threatened to call the security and have me removed from the property. I would not recommend this facility to anyone!!

My family and I had car trouble while staying here. The staff was very understanding and did what they could to help us. I don’t remember the names of all of the staff but Orlando was fantastic! Thank you again!

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Best Laquinta I've ever stayed in. Clean and updated. Nice free breakfast with eggs, sausage, potatoes plus all the usual bagels, muffins etc. Let us check in early and out late. Excellent! Shout out to Kimberly and Orlando.

Stay was great! Kimberly and Orlando are professional and welcoming. Asked for Maintenance, he was there asap and took care of the issue. Great place. Highly recommend.

Was mostly great. The lady receptionist was not very friendly or helpful.

The stay overall was good. Room was nice, hotel location was convenient. The evening clerk was absolutely horrible! She was extremely rude upon check-in, she had no politeness at all. Later in the afternoon we were out in front as some in our party were smoking and she made it a point to come tell us to watch our language (we weren't being inappropriate) and that we needed to get away from the door smoking (the ashtray was right by the door though)

The stay as amaxing. The front desk staff was amazing. Kimberly the assistant manager was professional and hospitable. The breakfast was delicious. The entire hotel was clean and great plave to stay. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Tulsa.

Customer Service was EXCELLENT. There's nothing like being greeted with a warm welcome and they asked what else was needed to make my stay perfect too. And it was!

Convenient for an event at Cox Business Center.

A quick walk to either BOK or the convention center. Onsite parking, great suite, friendly staff.

We had a good stay - the location was in a sorta sketchy area as we within mins of being there was approached by one of the several drunk homeless men. But we stayed several days and knew where to watch for them they didn’t bother us even during dog walking the rest of the stay. Kimberly was amazing and friendly - kudos to her amazing customer service. The young ladies in the morning and evening with the long braids were also very nice and kind to us.

Great location for BOK events. Short like 8 min walk. Restaurant across street. Staff were helpful and courteous. Check in was quick. Would stay here again.

The room was clean and quiet. There was self-parking on site. It's an easy walk from the hotel to the BOK Center.

The hotel itself is nice. The room is very nice. Very comfortable bed, but as I was parking on the first night while traveling alone, I had people in random cars yelling at me while homeless people were sleeping in the parking lot. I definitely did not feel safe being out there at night. I thought that, it was nice. Everything was walkable, but I definitely wouldn’t be walking around in that area.

The hotel is in a convenient location if you need to be in downtown Tulsa but there were several drawbacks for us. The parking situation was limited and very cramped, making it challenging to find a spot. Our room was on one of the the corners of the hotel and we dealt with loud music with pounding bass and heavy traffic noise that lasted until around 1:00 am. Given these issues, especially the loud noise, I would consider staying elsewhere if I need accommodations in downtown Tulsa again.

Great location for our brief stay in Tulsa during our road trip with easy access on site parking (small charge). Not much shopping/dining options in the immediate vicinity of the hotel but we used it as a base for a couple of days whilst visiting other nearby areas & attractions. We would stay here again if we return to Tulsa.

Hotel is old with very inadequate parking. The front desk staff was very nice. The breakfast was subpar on a scale of one to 10 I would give this place a five. The front desk staff however I would give a 10.

The staff went above and beyond for us. The hotel was clean and beds soft. Breakfast was a pretty basic set up and the coffee good! we would definitely stay again!

Everything was in good condition but it wasn’t great. Of the eight hotels I’ve stayed in this week / same price range around the country / this was the worst experience. Dog rooms inconvenient. No luggage carrier. Morning food sad. Room had more wall than window. Someone else’s alarm went off. Staff was great.

This was our first time here. It was the best experience I’ve had with any other hotel. The staff was amazing! Beyond amazing! They went above and beyond. I highly recommend staying here. Breakfast was amazing. Fresh and clean atmosphere. The area is walkable to convention center and the BOK center. I felt safe. Again, you cannot go wrong. I’m impressed. Shauntra was helpful and went beyond. Ms. Kim and camera were terrific. I’ve never met such wonderful people in my life. Everything was clean. They have coffee all day which makes it even better!!!!

The access to the building was horrible. Elevator out of order in parking garage, the ramp was not a great experience for those with physical challenges, and the stairs and bench outside of the main door were steep and you went through a cloud of cigarette smoke to enter the building if anyone was out there smoking. Food choices were limited for breakfast, a large selection of fruit would be good.The eggs and bacon were ok, the bagels were stale and in general, it was an ok stay. The staff were WONDERFUL and very helpful.
