My stay was fantastic, the room was clean, love the big screen TV, parking was plentiful and well lit. Staff was very pleasant and spoke to me in the hallways even the cleaning ladies. Breakfast was good just missing the big Texas waffles. Everything was awesome will stay again if ever in the Denton area.

The room got hot overnight , even tho the thermostat was pushed down as far as it would go. The a/c kicked off and would be off for over an hr. The pool is super small! Maybe enough room for 10 people. It was in doors. That was a plus! Breakfast was mediocre at best. The bed was uncomfortable, Kids were prank calling the room. one of my least favorite stays in the area!

The hotel was very nice. Outside seating was great! There was a firepit so we asked to turn it on. The lady could not get it to work. She was so sweet and kept aplogizing. We were like, it's ok. It happens. We also liked that we were able to watch Netflix on the tv at the end of the day. Nice touch! All the employees were super friendly! We will stay again if, in the area. The only disappointment was there was not a waffle maker to make waffles. We had breakfast on Saturday. Our family who was there on Friday said, they made waffles on Friday. It would be nice to have a waffle maker so we could make the waffles. The room was nice and spacious. My neice across the hall had a room with a couch. It was very spacious! Enough room to hang out and visit without being cramped.

When we come back in the afternoon on second night our room was not clean .Nobody came for the whole day to clean and change towels in our room.

They need to change their policy on time of cleaning rooms or go backs. If we were out by 11am, they physically saw you leave the room, they should clean your room-3 days no cleaning. The shower leaked out the floor & we needed towels to clean up mess and the air conditioner only came on at 69 degrees, not 70, 71, 72…only fan came on above 69

The property was very clean on the outside and the main lobby. However, I was assigned a wheelchair accessible room with bugs coming out of the shower drain. I killed two myself, and the water was very lukewarm. The staff was very friendly but my actual room was not up to par.

Overall a good stay, would probably stay again. The room was large and comfy. The shower didn’t have much water pressure and it seemed unusually cold in the bathroom even with the room heat on 75. Breakfast was kind of plain and simple and didn’t offer much of a variety.

This is a very clean well decorated new hotel. It is a year old. However, the walls were paper thin and could hear EVERYTHING in the rooms next to us. One of the rooms next to us said their door was broken and had been there 5 days and they still had not fixed it so the only way they could "close" the door was by slamming it shut they said. I asked if a sign could be put out by the elevators about keeping the noise level down since it was very late at night and was told they didn't have anything like that. I really needed sleep and got maybe 1 hour due to all of the noise. If you can sleep through anything like a hurricane or tornado, then no problems for you!

Newer hotel. It was so CLEAN and nicely decorated. We really enjoyed our stay there. Our room was a good size, the bathroom was very nice, roomy and had plenty of counter space for your basic toiletries. The staff was so friendly and helpful! It seemed like a very quiet area. The location is convenient to I-35. We will definitely stay there again if we go to the area in the future.
