The water in the swimming pool was extremely cold, making it impossible to swim. During my entire 4-night stay, I didn’t see anyone using the pool for the same reason. I reported this issue, but no action was taken. The steam room was also out of service for all 4 nights. We specifically paid a higher room rate because the property advertised a swimming pool and steam room, but neither was usable. I also have children, and the main reason we booked this hotel was because they were excited to swim every evening — but they couldn’t use the pool at all due to the temperature. The lights in the lobby were always off, and it was very dark every time we returned to the hotel in the evening. It didn’t feel inviting or welcoming. As we checked out, we were unexpectedly asked to pay for the water we drank in the room. This charge was never mentioned to us before or during our stay, which was quite disappointing. The rooms are quite small, and overall I feel the hotel is overpriced for what we received. On the positive side, the staff were great, the location is convenient, and housekeeping did a very good job. Breakfast was decent, but it would be better if they added fried eggs as an option.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very close to historic old city, main attractions within walking distance, many options for coffee, dining. Just know, standard rooms are pretty small, which is fine if you are coming for just a short visit. We came for 2 weeks and had to upgrade to a larger room. Also know, all rooms have a very small closet and no drawers to put clothes away (we had to use third bed in our room for that), which is ok for a short stay. Bathrooms were kind of small, but comfy with good hot shower, and water pressure, no problems with plumbing at all. Rooms and hotel are pretty clean, and cleaning ladies were wonderful and very sweet! Breakfast buffet was pretty good, nice coffee machine with all different options, eggs, cereal, salads, cheeses and local cold cuts, fruits, breads and pastries, nuts, deserts, juices. Hotel has a small, basic gym, small pool, sauna, and a steam room that we used. Overall, pleasant stay at the hotel, thank you!

Beautiful hotel with great spa, gym and swimming pool. The staff were all lovely and very helpful. And the location is excellent! Within walking distance of everything you want to see and visit in Istanbul. We loved our stay and will be going back again. Highly recommend for families with children.

Hôtel bien placé et chambres pas chères, mais c’est presque tout. Attention : ils vous donnent une chambre sans clim pour “tester”, et vous disent que toutes les chambres sont pareilles et n’ont pas la clim. Allez à l’accueil et réclamez directement : là, tout remarche comme par magie. 1. C’est gênant quand le gars qui vous a logés et qui vous a dit 5 minutes avant qu’aucune chambre n’a la clim, vous regarde droit dans les yeux et vous reloge dans une chambre avec clim. 2. Ils vous prennent pour des c***. 3. L’hôtel semble vide, donc pourquoi faire ça ? La piscine est petite et froide, mais c’est voulu. Le hammam : ne fonctionne pas Le sauna : OK Le bain turc : bien, mais avec des coupelles cassées. Avantages : emplacement, piscine/bain souvent vide, tranquillité, pas cher Inconvénients : on vous prend pour des courgettes, piscine minuscule, hammam HS, chambres très petites. 3,2/5 J’attendais un peu mieux pour un 4 étoiles Mais vu le prix c’est ok Ah et on me courgette clim pas ok ! The hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was amazing, just a seven minute walk to the mistrial centre on Istanbul. We would definitely stay here again. They even had a free sauna and cold pool for us to use.

The stuff were fantastic however if you’re booking for the pool or the gym be careful it’s more like a paddling pool size swimming pool and the gym is something from back to the future

Nous sommes un couple avec un ado. La Chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes avec valise ,mais le 3 eme lit ,est un vrai lit et non un lit d’appoint.L’hotel est calme et le personnel a l’écoute et toujours prêt à répondre aux attentes des clients Rien a redire sur le Spa et ses équipements Sainte Sophie , la citerne Basilique et la mosquée Bleue sont à 400m ,le grand Bazard a 500m,il n’y a que le Bazard Égyptien qui ce trouve à 20 min à pied ou alors à 10 min en tram Nous étions là pour visiter,donc cette établissement est idéalement placé et nous avons été agréablement surpris par tous ce que j’ai écrit plus haut.

This is a gorgeous hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, lots of restaurants, shops within walking distance… Metro & Tramway within walking distance. Breakfast was awesome… we had a very nice view of the square. Hotel very safe and quiet rooms! Will definitely stay here again!

- Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen! Zimmer: sehr klein, nicht sauber, sehr laut(man hört alles aus anderen zimmern- wasserleitungen sind zu hören) bei Regen: stinkt es im Hotel nach Kanal bzw Abfluss -.- Essen: Schrecklich - keine große Auswahl , Brot sowie Käse und Wurst ausgetrocknet. (Kaffe wie Wasser) Säfte genauso. Lage : ist gut! Personal: ist ganz OK!

3 Personen Zimmer wurde für 4 Personen angeboten. 2 Personen Zimmer mussten 3 Personen übernachten. Klimaanlage war sehr laut. Gesaugt wurde nicht ordentlich, z.b. unter den Betten. Die Kissen waren zu hoch und hart. Toiletten bürste fehlte., Handtuchhalter nicht vorhanden.

I wouldn’t book this place smells like a sewage rooms very old needs updating, also Expedia are useless no help when you want to change as I wasn’t happy with the hotel so raised it due to my wife being pregnant but Expedia said here we will help but did not do anything and hotel stuff didn’t really care. Being a frequent flyer this was the first time I booked with them and will be last time and hands on heart worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Exceptional service, such kind staff and cleaners. You’re very well taken care of. Very clean, excellent and safe location a few min walk from the Mosques and bazaar as well as a main strip with restaurants, shops, salons, Shisha lounges etc. definitely try the Ortaklar restaurant across the road it’s amazing especially the hummus! Breakfast could have more variety, rooms are a little small but cosy, gym is basic, and can get noisy as it’s so central. Overall loved the stay though and the benefits far outweigh the criticism.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Very close to historic old city, main attractions within walking distance, many options for coffee, dining. Just know, standard rooms are pretty small, which is fine if you are coming for just a short visit. We came for 2 weeks and had to upgrade to a larger room. Also know, all rooms have a very small closet and no drawers to put clothes away (we had to use third bed in our room for that), which is ok for a short stay. Bathrooms were kind of small, but comfy with good hot shower, and water pressure, no problems with plumbing at all. Rooms and hotel are pretty clean, and cleaning ladies were wonderful and very sweet! Breakfast buffet was pretty good, nice coffee machine with all different options, eggs, cereal, salads, cheeses and local cold cuts, fruits, breads and pastries, nuts, deserts, juices. They had an issue the first day of our stay, but fixed it right away. Offered us transportation to the airport for the inconvenience. Staff very nice. Best of the hotel is staff and location. Our room was very very small. Worst was breakfast. EXPEDIA, however, sucks.

Das Zimmer ist nur für 2 Personen geeignet und nicht für 4. Es war sehr eng, müssten 2 beistell Bette aufstellen und somit konnte man sich im Zimmer nicht mehr bewegen. Die Zimmertür war somit blockiert, man hätte im Notfall erstmal das Bett weg stellen müssen, um das Zimmwr verlassen zu können.

The hotel was perfect. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The location was amazing, just a seven minute walk to the mistrial centre on Istanbul. We would definitely stay here again. They even had a free sauna and cold pool for us to use.

I wouldn’t book this place smells like a sewage rooms very old needs updating, also Expedia are useless no help when you want to change as I wasn’t happy with the hotel so raised it due to my wife being pregnant but Expedia said here we will help but did not do anything and hotel stuff didn’t really care. Being a frequent flyer this was the first time I booked with them and will be last time and hands on heart worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

Nous sommes un couple avec un ado. La Chambre un peu petite pour 3 personnes avec valise ,mais le 3 eme lit ,est un vrai lit et non un lit d’appoint.L’hotel est calme et le personnel a l’écoute et toujours prêt à répondre aux attentes des clients Rien a redire sur le Spa et ses équipements Sainte Sophie , la citerne Basilique et la mosquée Bleue sont à 400m ,le grand Bazard a 500m,il n’y a que le Bazard Égyptien qui ce trouve à 20 min à pied ou alors à 10 min en tram Nous étions là pour visiter,donc cette établissement est idéalement placé et nous avons été agréablement surpris par tous ce que j’ai écrit plus haut.

Mi si sono trovato bene generalmente dopo tanti alberghi provati in zona come categoria e uno dei migliori la colazione variata c'è un po' di tutto, pulizia della camera e cambio biancheria giornaliera se e necessario l'unica becca la stanza e piccola e senza bidet (il bidè e integrato nel water)al mio avviso e una cosa molto scomoda e poco igienica piuttosto e meglio attaccare un doccino vicino.detto questo la consiglio sicuramente detto questo proverò a scegliere un altra stanza più spaziosa nel prossimo viaggio

This is a gorgeous hotel. Very clean, friendly staff, lots of restaurants, shops within walking distance… Metro & Tramway within walking distance. Breakfast was awesome… we had a very nice view of the square. Hotel very safe and quiet rooms! Will definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay, breakfast was very good and rich, coffee machine, tea etc…staff was professional, hotel close to everything, it was an ideal place to stay. One negative thing is that I booked a room with city view and I got a window facing a wall.

They had an issue the first day of our stay, but fixed it right away. Offered us transportation to the airport for the inconvenience. Staff very nice. Best of the hotel is staff and location. Our room was very very small. Worst was breakfast. EXPEDIA, however, sucks.

- Würde ich nicht weiterempfehlen! Zimmer: sehr klein, nicht sauber, sehr laut(man hört alles aus anderen zimmern- wasserleitungen sind zu hören) bei Regen: stinkt es im Hotel nach Kanal bzw Abfluss -.- Essen: Schrecklich - keine große Auswahl , Brot sowie Käse und Wurst ausgetrocknet. (Kaffe wie Wasser) Säfte genauso. Lage : ist gut! Personal: ist ganz OK!
