Really good hotel that really could be fantastic with a few touches. USB and or extra sockets in room perhaps a refresh of the rooms. The Spa is extra cost including sauna! I don’t know why but uber can drop you off at the hotel but not pick you up you have to walk to the end of the street!

Although the hotel was clean it is a little dated. We did find a couple of problems, we were allocated a room on the 3rd floor however the elevator was not working throughout our stay leaving us to climb 70 stairs each time we went to our room. One evening we got back to the hotel at 9pm and went to the bar but was told with a grunt that the bar was closed nor could we get a cup of coffee. We were also woken on sunday morning at 08.45 by the cleaner who wanted to clean the room!. After getting that off my chest i must say the room was comfortable including a very easily controllable air conditioning unit.

Hotel lovely however, the bar area was under renovation so we did not have the use of this, which was disappointing. Also, said renovation began early morning and we were on the first floor directly above the work, giving us an early wake up call!

I have stayed at this hotel several times. This was the worst experience since the roo was very small, smelly. The cleanliness was not perfect either. Two years and the service has went down. However the breakfest is still ok, they have added the sparkling wine to the menu as well. The location is still great!

Fint hotell i Gdansk. Kjempestort rom, rent og pent. Gode senger. Stort bad. Vi var heldige og fikk utsikt mot elven. Kan nevne at det er teppegulv på rommet, vet noen ikke er så glad i det. For oss gjorde det ingenting, selv om det var litt flekkete noen steder. Hyggelige Gabriela tok godt imot oss, og vi hadde fått en hyggelig hilsen på rommet.Vi kommer tilbake hit!

Excellent location, however the hotel needs renovation efforts with wallpaper peeling etc. We had 3 rooms, none of the ac's could deliver any cooling, wasn't a big issue in may, but it's going to be rough in the summer. Nice breakfast spread and really nice seating by the river if you managed to get up before the tourist flood hits the waterfront. You pay for the location with all the pros and cons that comes with being in the hotspot zone.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hanza Hotel :) The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the hotel itself had a lovely, old world feel to it. The breakfast was very nice, with a good selection of cereals, yoghurts, different types of bread, and spreads. There was also home made cake every morning. The staff was friendly and glad to be of assistance if we had questions. I had my birthday when we were staying, and they gave me a card and a pressie :) The Spa was great too :)

This was our fifth stay in Hanza hotel and most likely the last one, as the service level has dropped significantly in last couple of years. The buffet breakfast is overpriced and some of the restaurant staff members were just rude with no reason. Cherry on the top? The gentleman looking after the hotel door and lobby was closely watching myself desperately trying to transfer four suitcases from the car to the lift with no intention to help at all. Just watching, staying at some point literally 20 cm from me. On the positive note, this is one of not many hotels recognising VIP status.

Bekvämt mindre hotel med perfekt läge nära floden. Stora rum, sköna sängar och städning varje dag. En gullig tjej i receptionen pratade och förstod engelska. Vi bodde där i 4 nätter och ingen annan i personalen tog ögonkontakt eller hälsade trots att vi kom och gick frekvent under besöket, vilket drar ner betyget något.

Fabulous hotel with an amazing location. Good sized room with gorgeous views of the waterfront. Excellent restaurant and winebar on site with easy access to plenty of other good restaurants and tourist attractions. All staff were extremely friendly. We were pleasantly surprised by the free cake in the restaurant and getting private access to the spa when we booked the sauna. We enjoyed the free bottle of cava for being a VIP Expedia guest and would definitely recommend Hotel Hanza!

Joli hôtel dans la vieille ville. Les chambres sont de taille differente, la mienne plutot petite mais confortable. Personnel souriant, les femmes de chambres sont particulierement attentionnées. L'hôtel dispose d'un excellent restaurant. Buffet de petit dej. très varié avec bon produits. A recommander.
