This hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely friendly and caring. They always checked up on me. They have a restaurant as well which was very convenient if I didn’t feel like going out. Room service was exceptional. Hotel is located walking distance from galata tower and a 15 minute walk to Taksim which has lots of shops and restaurants. I will definitely stay here in the future. :)

Die Aussicht aus dem Hotel ist super und tat uns sehr gut in den paar Tagen in der ich mich dort aufgefunden hatte, sie war farbelhaft. Der Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren sehr gut aufgehoben in dem Hotel.Die Lage ist auch sehr super und alles ist von hier erreichbar...Die Sauberkeit bekommt von mir 5 Sterne. Das Früstück was inkl mit dabei war bekommt von mir 5 Sterne Das Abendtessen was man Abendts extra Essen konnte war sehr super und umfangreich...Das Personal bekommt von mir 5 Sterne. Wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder hier her :)

We enjoyed the Aspera Hotel Golden Horn so much we extended our stay. Attila who works in the café at the hotel is an amazing person and he deserves a big raise! He is definitely an asset to this hotel. He is friendly, kind, accommodating, and he makes you feel like a part of the family. I can’t say enough about the staff because they were ALL amazing. I have to give special thanks to Memet and Tahir for their assistance. The reservation manager Gokhan was super nice. Osgur always greeted us with a smile and great conversation. The rooms are stunning and very luxurious. The food was very tasty. The location is close to the Galata tower and the famous Istiklal Street. We found some amazing bargains there. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, I had an amazing time at this hotel and I cannot wait to visit again.

The staff was very nice and very useful helping us to get tours and options in Istanbul. The hotel location very convenient close to the touristic center of the city by taking the tramway. Hotel amenities and breakfast were very good as well and everything for a very good price comparing with the rest of the hotels. I would return to this hotel if I have the opportunity to return to Istanbul.

Alles hat mir gefallen an der Unterkunft. Obwohl die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr nahe waren, hatten wir eine ruhige Unterkunft. Und der Ausblick zum Goldenen Horn war auch bezaubernd. Als Parkmöglichkeit gab es ein öffentliches Parkhaus, welches für ca. 7€ pro Tag benutzen konnte.
Alles hat mir gefallen an der Unterkunft. Obwohl die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Sehenswürdigkeiten sehr nahe waren, hatten wir eine ruhige Unterkunft. Und der Ausblick zum Goldenen Horn war auch bezaubernd. Als Parkmöglichkeit gab es ein öffentliches Parkhaus, welches für ca. 7€ pro Tag benutzen konnte.

Hotel propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé au coeur d'Istanbul. Très pratique pour explorer les pricipaux centres touristiques de la ville à pied ou en métro (l'entrée de la station de métro se trouve juste en face de l'hôtel). Large choix de restauration dans les environs. Personnel très sympathique et serviable. Par contre la chambre simple était un peu petite avec un petit lit et pas de vue seulement un vis à vis sur l'immeuble d'à côté. Tres déçu aussi du petit déjeuner

Sehr schönes sauberes Hotel, welches eine perfekte Öffi Anbindung bietet. Galatatower in 5 Minuten erreichbar sowie Taksimplatz nur 10 Minuten entfernt. Frühstück war durchschnittlich gut und das Personal sehr Zuvorkommend!

Die Rezeption gibt sich soviel Mühe um den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Personal war immer stets freundlich. Das Zimmer war perfekt. Super sauber und der Ausblick wunderschön. Das Hotel ist relativ neu und das merkt man. Selbst die Lobby wird gefühlt alle halbe Std gewischt. Die Lage ist perfekt. In einer min am galataturm. Die große Einkaufstraße 3 min. Zum Meer läuft man ca 20min. Aber der Weg dahin ist auch super schön. Alles im allen perfekter Aufenthalt. Nochmals danke an Herrn Ramazan von der Rezeption und natürlich an den Rest.

Located close to the Galata Tower and metro, easily accessible by taxi as well. Good clean facility, can hear a little bit road noise if on 3rd floor or lower. Rooms are a little small but overall good place to stay. Recommended.

This is a very beautiful, luxurious hotel in a very busy area. The room are spacious, clean and elegant. Great location as it is not far from the famous Istiklal Street and the Galata tower. There are wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially Atilla, Osgur, and the reservation manager, as well as the cleaning staff and breakfast staff. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I loved this hotel so much, I extended my stay.

My friend and I enjoyed our time at this hotel. It is conveniently located near the Subway, Taxis, Walking distance to numerous cafes and restaurants. Overall it is a fancy-style hotel. Luxuriously adorned with beautiful carpets, curtains, etc. There was enough space in the basic double bedroom to spread out a bit. The bathroom had a nice layout for two to get ready. Mini fridge and small desk area with a place for a suitcase too. Slippers and Robe included. I did need to wear my earplugs at night. The windows were not 100% soundproof, and with sirens going on all night, cars constantly honking, and people shouting outside on a Friday night, it was annoying to say the least. But this is no fault of the hotel. The location is ideal for this area, so it comes with booking something like this. I didn't purchase the breakfast as there are such cute cafes within a 10-minute walk that we thoroughly enjoyed. I think if you're in the area and want somewhere nice to stay, you can't go wrong with this hotel. I'd stay here again if in the area.

Nice hotel and staff however it’s positioned on a very busy road junction so if you are given a room on this side it’s extremely noisy throughout the night with the cars beeping. Breakfast is a buffet and was included in our room price but is fairly average, but you can ask for eggs to be cooked fresh which were nice!

The rooms are very clean and the view from our room was amazing! I must say the staff at this hotel were super helpful and informative. I had some wonderful conversations with one of the reception guys whos name was Tako! Such a awesome man!

Die Unterkunft ist super gelegen, direkt an der Haltestelle Şişhane. Sauberkeit ist top, Zimmerreinigung im 4. Stock war sehr gut, danke an diesen Mitarbeiter. Ich war mit meinen 2 Schwestern und meinem Schwager in diesem Hotel. Da mein Schwager ein Deutscher ist, wurde er auch gleich abgestempelt von dem Mitarbeiter namens Tahir. Das ist eine Unverschämtheit. Der Mitarbeiter welcher am Morgen da ist, dessen Name ich leider nicht weiß (schwarze Haare, trägt eine Brille) hat für uns ein Taxi organisiert, wir haben uns mehrmals bei ihm bedankt aber weil wir ihm kein Trinkgeld gegeben haben, wurde behauptet, wir seien ohne uns zu bedanken ins Taxi eingestiegen. The hotel was very clean which was important to me. The staff wasn’t very abreast on their English which was advertised. What I was extremely disappointed in was that my husband and had to cut our visit short a few days due a Visa issue re-entering Turkey from Greece. I was able to enter go to the hotel, pack our bags, check out, return to the airport to go back to the USA. Upon return the hotel refused to provide us our partial refund stating we never checked out. They requested I pay for a drink we used from the minibar so there was a check out process. If something ever happens and you can’t complete your visit beware of this hotel. Completely unforgiving.

The Hotel managers ignore requests in chat and do not reply to messages. We didn't manage to come to this trip, unfortunately,- I wrote to them explaining the situation of emergency I had, asking to refund the money - they just skipped Expedia's Managers' phone calls as well as my messages. It is a very poor experience. Moreover we stayed at the hotel before and I would certainly stay more in the future, but they have very bad loyalty to regular customers.. so I would find a new hotel for staying in for future trips. So when there are no issues - it is OK, but if a customer has some difficulty noone will never help , and even reply to you from Aspera Hotel Golden Horn.please keep this in mind when you book with them Poor service

The property is located in a very convenient area! The metro right in front of the hotel. The rooms are very clean and new! The staff I can’t say enough good things about!! My husband and I stayed at Aspera Golden Horn Hotel for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. From the moment we got there, the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The view of the sea from our room was beautiful and it was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect as the hotel was right next to Galata tower and the metro. There were many cafes and dining options nearby as the hotel is very centrally located. We would definitely recommend this hotel to all our family and friends and would definitely book it again if we were to come back to Istanbul.

Très pratique pour explorer les pricipaux centres touristiques de la ville à pied ou en métro (l'entrée de la station de métro se trouve juste en face de l'hôtel). This is a very beautiful, luxurious hotel in a very busy area. The room are spacious, clean and elegant. Great location as it is not far from the famous Istiklal Street and the Galata tower. There are wonderful restaurants in walking distance. The staff is absolutely amazing, especially Atilla, Osgur, and the reservation manager, as well as the cleaning staff and breakfast staff. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I loved this hotel so much, I extended my stay.

We enjoyed the Aspera Hotel Golden Horn so much we extended our stay. Attila who works in the café at the hotel is an amazing person and he deserves a big raise! He is definitely an asset to this hotel. He is friendly, kind, accommodating, and he makes you feel like a part of the family. I can’t say enough about the staff because they were ALL amazing. I have to give special thanks to Memet and Tahir for their assistance. The reservation manager Gokhan was super nice. Osgur always greeted us with a smile and great conversation. The rooms are stunning and very luxurious. The food was very tasty. The location is close to the Galata tower and the famous Istiklal Street. We found some amazing bargains there. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, I had an amazing time at this hotel and I cannot wait to visit again.

Nice hotel and staff however it’s positioned on a very busy road junction so if you are given a room on this side it’s extremely noisy throughout the night with the cars beeping. Breakfast is a buffet and was included in our room price but is fairly average, but you can ask for eggs to be cooked fresh which were nice!

What a gem of a hotel! The location is central to so many of the sights in Istanbul. The hospitality of the staff from the front desk to the restaurant to the housekeeper was top notch. The room was comfortable and relaxing. The toiletries provided in the bathroom were great quality and exactly what I needed. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The room was in excellent, modern condition with high quality plumbing fixtures and amazing water pressure. The beds and bedding were also first rate. I appreciated the staff allowing us to occupy the room long before the official check-in time after we arrived in Istanbul early in the morning from a night bus ride. Excellent hotel with professional service!

The hotel itself is beautiful, well located, and just a short walk from Galata Tower and the metro. However, the welcome was terrible. We didn’t even receive a simple “welcome.” The room we were given was on the first floor, right in front of the elevator, so it was very noisy because of both the elevator and the constant foot traffic. It also faced the street, which made it even noisier. The air conditioning wasn’t working. Instead of fixing it or offering another room, they simply opened the window, which only made the noise worse. The spa experience was also disappointing. Although spa access was included with our hotel reservation, the lady at the spa told us it was full and that we couldn’t use it because they had other clients. However, as soon as we asked about the paid spa treatments, she suddenly said there were places available. That kind of attitude certainly doesn’t make you want to spend extra money. The worst part was at check-out. The receptionist asked us to wait while they inspected the room before allowing us to leave, even though we had a taxi waiting to take us to the airport and were trying to avoid missing our flight. I would not recommend this hotel. On the other hand, the restaurant staff were extremely kind, friendly, and professional. They were the only positive part of our stay.
