We liked everything about the hotel but it's worth calling out a few items specifically: most comfortable beds and pillows anywhere, beautiful lighting all around, super quiet and fast elevators with padding to absorb the sound, genuinely friendly and caring staff staff, a lively hotel bar, a very clean and functional fitness center.

Only issue was finding the entry point n a very busy street. Once that was accomplished our stay was great. Staff is courteous and facilities very clean. Parking was adjacent and easy.

We were pleasantly surprised at every turn with this hotel. The staff at checkin were attentious and helpful even giving us free coffee, water and chocolates. The room was spacious, elegant and functional with a great shower and very strong (and controlable) AC. The inner garden was a joy and the breakfast buffet is worth the price. It is located in the “best” street in Brussels (the one with all luxury stores) but the region is sketchy at night. Great access to trams, subways and taxis.

Our stay started out OK. Friendly staff and check in. We booked bc it was supposed to be pet friendly and had parking. But it is not apparent where to pull up with your car to unload (none of the staff ever advised to us the best place to do this.) The street outside is very full and small. So that was a bit stressful. Hotel never answered my message via Expedia. We added another nights stay only to be slipped a note at 10pm the night before that we’d need to pack up and have our luggage moved the next morning which was very inconvenient as I had an early appointment next day and my elderly father was staying with our dog. The next morning as we came down for the breakfast we had reserved and paid for we were told we could not enter with our frenchie which was confusing bc he came to diner the night before with us. At dinner the manager even came by to pet him and ask how everything was. They brought him a water bowl too. The communication was not great and very conflicting. We cancelled our second night as we had to rush to pack up anyway and went to a 5 star hotel we knew. If you are traveling with a pet. Don’t bother with this place. They are not pet friendly. There was also construction noise next door to my fathers room from 7am-10pm. Half the staff was great. The other half not at all. We won’t be staying again.

The hotel is located in a good street for shopping, breakfast was great. Unfortunately the hotel itself smells very bad both in the entrance and in the hallways and rooms of a strong egg/toilet smell. We had a very noisy room, they changed our room and we turned up to a note and gifts with someone else's name on it, which they came back and took away. They were quite unsupportive around late checkout and they charge the same price for 50cl and 25cl draft beer in the bar. Unfortunately there were also some cleanliness issues. We likely wouldn't return.

Not clean! Was full of dust and bathroom stank of eggs, left a day early and tried to get a night back as a refund (should have got full refund aa not clean) but would not give refund, so won't be coming back!

The room is a bit dated, bath was not constructed with attention to detail (Schaver powerplug upside down, grouts not filled out), Toilett was Not totally clean when arrived, wall between room and Bath seems to have water damage, Nobody asked how the stay was upon checkout. Checkin guy was nice. We had the room next to the elevator, that is always a downturner and was of course quite noisy. Location is great.

Fin innergård i trevlig miljö. Vid ankomst satt vi oss i innergården för att ta en öl. Det tog 15 minuter innan vi själva fick be om att beställa, då hänvisades vi till att vänta 10 minuter till. AC:n på rummet fungerade inte. Det luktade som en bast när vi kom in i rummet och var väldigt varmt. Vi påtalade det för receptionen fyra gånger under tre dagar, men de kunde ändå inte åtgärda det. Det var även stopp i avloppet i duschen.

The King sized bed was very comfortable, higher than our expectations in this type of hotels. But the extra bed was a bit uncomfortable and noisy. It had to be changed after the first night. With respect to the food, we only had breakfasts there, and it was really good, with a big variety of options.

Room was OK but disappointed as was expecting five star comfort. In fact the room appeared like a 3* or 4* Mercure standard with very small beds. Also the room was cold although an engineer fixed it. The main issue was the horrible treatment on checkout by reception. We advised that we did not take breakfast and were not believed. Left waiting while they went to check with the restaurant and came back and still insisted we had it. Finally, the manager intervened. We do not appreciate being treated as liars. Also dinner service was poor (we got tired of waiting and stood up to pay in the end, missing dessert).The location is an an upmarket part of Brussels, however we were warned about walking to the Gare du Midi which indeed is in a quite sleazy area, not so far away.

You’re basically in the high end shopping district, Gucci and Prada are literally across the street. Everything you want to see in Brussels is a 20 minute walk away, location is very convenient.

Hotel moderno situado en la calle más prestigiosa de Bruselas. Si quieres visitar el casco histórico, se encuentra a unos 20 minutos caminando en un agradable paseo. Entrada un poco escondida, al lado de un centro comercial. La recepción se encuentra en el primer piso. Servicio desigual en recepción debido al personal escaso. Habitaciones correctas, modernas y muy limpias. El servicio de habitaciones es muy bueno, para cuando llegas tarde de trabajar y necesitas pedir algo aunque la carta, una vez pasadas las 20.00 h, se reduce bastante. En definitiva, un hotel a tener en cuenta en la capital de Bélgica.

Hotel is brilliant, very clean,lovely fixtures and fittings very comfortable beds. Coffee machine is such a delight 😊. Unfortunately our experience in the hotel restaurant wasnt good !!! They had no children's menu, my partner ordered ribeye steak at £30.00 yet was given a really poor cut...... when we spoke with the waiter he was very rude and dismissive to her comment " saying you dont know good steak you are from England " He then walked off not offering to change it. Thank goodness for the front of house manager coming over and sorting the problem with a fresh steak. The quality of the food served at this restaurant isnt the best, i have eaten better at a wetherspoons.
