Stayed 2 nights

Upon arrival our carbon monoxide detector was beeping as we walked in the door and we heard them all through the hotel! (or smoke detectors) We called that in right away and they said they would send someone to check it out and replace batteries etc. Nobody came so we mentioned again as we left for a function and still nothing when we got back in the evening but nobody is at the desk at night so we called the after hours # and she was there and gave us a battery to replace it ourselves but it didn't stop beeping. The battery was marked 2023 so it was 3 years old but it didn't stop beeping with the new battery so now we are thinking that maybe the room actually has carbon monoxide in it so we called the front desk yet again and she said someone would bring a new one the next morning since maintenance was gone. I said I hope we don't die of carbon monoxide poisoning by then and she said me too and laughed it off?! They could have moved us. It was not full by looking at the parking lot at night. She said they don't rent out that room much so not sure why we were put there. There was a garbage bag outside our room the entire trip from another room. There was a garbage can by the elevator so I assumed we had to dump our own trash as we left. No breakfast anymore. They used to have a very nice breakfast years ago when we stayed there. The bed is like a cot w/a mattress on a platform that my husband kept kicking and about broke his toe. Definitely would not choose this hotel again.

Stayed 1 night

you have to ask for blankets in this hotel, which is kind of crazy. They wouldn’t offer me a rollaway bed because they said it was a “fire hazard.” Hmmm… the floors were stained and dirty, and I was embarrassed because my cousin flew out here from Michigan to stay with me and I really didn’t want him to see that hotel room. We got a noise complaint around 11 pm because the walls are paper thin. I was charged in $19.95 “amenities fee” for what amenities I don’t know because I did not experience any. There’s no cable here. You either have to login through their streaming services or use your own.
