Honestly horrific.. I felt disgusting sleeping in this building. It needs to be demoed or deep cleaned from top to bottom. Cockroaches running from room to room.. holes in every wall. Shower door doesn’t even lock. Bathrooms was basically unusable. The bed was clean but I heard something alive in the armor as I was leaving, It needs MAJOR help. As a female solo traveler.. not safe. This was the only thing available in all of SF for a reason. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Dont go. It was nasty and I woke up with a big rash on my body. The sheets had a dark stain. There were old spills on the counter and dust everywhere.

Allowed me to book a room there on Hotels.com only to tell me later that there was no room available. Caused me great stress and inconvenience. And from what I could tell, the place is a dump anyway.
