At one point, several years ago, this was likely a high-end hotel. However, it's dated interior shows (i.e. spa/hot tubs with faded/peeled plastic, acid etched water line private pools, scuffed and uneven wood flooring, limited dining services, broken lamps and dated furniture in the lobby, etc.) and is something I couldn't glean from the photos. Despite this, the hotel staff was very accommodating and professional; they are what makes this hotel shine. I would give this property a 7.9/10.

Stayed 2 nights at a bay suite in the main building. Welcome drink was freshly squeezed Jeju orange juice, full of pulp and refreshing. View overlooks the front of the hotel and towards the water. Master bedroom is on the main floor and 2nd floor is a studio-style room. There's a nice healthy dose of stairs to get to the 2nd floor. Request pool to be heated for day 1 (surcharge) and not for day 2. Water in non-heated pool on day 2 was fine for the kids (with 60 deg air temperature). If no kids, you probably won't use and don't need a room with a pool. Jacuzzi was strong and relaxing (no hot water charge for this). Breakfast at Narnia was tasty (offered 50,000 KRW) coupon with our visit which steered us towards them in the morning. Showers are plenty hot. Pleasant surprise to have complimentary water (8), soda (2), juice (4), sparkling water (2) in the fridge. There are 3 EV chargers on site (Level 1) but should have enough time to top off the car overnight. Overall had a pleasant stay and would stay here again if I were back in Jeju.

The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The room was great with awesome views of the ocean and we really loved the pool and jacuzzi. The beds are a little hard and the sofa bed was ok, just not the standard we are used to. We didn’t eat at the restaurant as it’s a little expensive but there a couple local restaurants nearby that were great. The location of the hotel was fantastic. It is a little out of the way in a smaller fishing village but it was perfect and quiet. Very much different than mainland Korea. And taxis are easy to get and most tourist attractions were all within 40 minutes from the hotel. Overall, I loved it and would stay again and also recommend it to other travelers.

非常に快適でした。スタッフの皆さんは親切で丁寧でとても気持ちの良い対応をして頂きました。部屋のプールにお湯を入れてもらいましたが大浴場のようにあたたかく、ジャグジーとともに長時間楽しみました。2泊3日の滞在中はずっと雨でしたがホテルが快適だったので、楽しく過ごせました。とても気に入ったので、必ずまた行こうと思います。

The property is well-maintained. But there was a weird sound at jacuzzi even it was turned off. Abalone porridge at breakfast was good. One door at 3rd floor was stiff, a bit hard to open and close. Check-in process was not smooth for us, we waited for 5-10 minutes until someone help us, I think it could be better welcoming. There was no room upgrade as Expedia VIP or saying congratulation for our special day that I mentioned in booking. We could borrow the charger for our phones which was helpful. They refill water/coffee capsule which was good. The staffs were friendly overall. Quiet, peaceful and clean property. Location is nice. Recommend for family trip or couple.

Bayhill Villas are the nicest hotel property we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was exceptional - the staff, accommodation, attention to detail. The Honeymoon Villa comes equipped with a private pool and Karaoke room in the villa which was so much fun. The Esthederm spa on-site provided one of the best massages that we’ve had. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Jeju!

The Villas are beautiful and Narnia restaurant had amazing Korean and American breakfasts. The staff was great. Another pro is the facility has free washers and dryers. The area is pretty isolated and restaurants within walking distance are limited. Would highly recommend you have a rental car if u stay here.

Out of all my visits in Jeju, this place was top-notch, great amenities, service, and new complimentary laundry service Outside bath was nice and cozy, floor was elegant with distinct kitchen and quick support Love to come by here again, thank you for making my travel much more memorable

조금 늦은시간에 찿아간숙소였다 ㆍ골목을 돌아들어가는 순간 너무 예쁜 전경이 감동이었고 ㆍ일단 조용하고 청결했으며 직원들의응대나 객실 청결도ㆍ어매니티나객실구조등은 특급호텔보다 훌륭하다고 느꼈으며~조용히 쉬어가는 여행이라면 강추 ! 가성비 측면에서도 강추 !바로 근처에 맛집도 있고 아침 조식도 깔끔했다 ㆍ어린아이가 없어 수영장등에 대한 정보는 잘 몰라서~다만 조금 긴 여행에서 세탁실을 활용할 수 있어 기분도 상쾌했다 ㆍ돌아오는 봄에 또 제주여행을 계획하고 있어서 또 숙박해볼 생각이다

This is a great area to stay on Jeju. The photos of the property look like they were taking when the property was new. The property and surrounding landscaping, however, needs some tender, loving care. Most of the landscaping, which looks like it was designed quite nicely, had a lot of overgrowth and a lot of plants and shrubs need to be cut back, and weeding done. Interior of our villa was in pretty good shape, but some areas needed some repair (tile in bathrooms, some rust on door frame, etc.). The property condition just feels a little bit worn. The glass windows needed to be cleaned, and the bedrooms are small and not a lot of space for our suitcases. The downstairs was quite spacious. The modern living room furniture was not comfortable. Staff was great!! They even went out of their way to pick up some local fried chicken, that would not deliver to the hotel for us.

I would gladly stay here again! The room was clean and very spacious. One of the biggest pluses is the free laundry that's available. Another big plus are the staff, we were greeted very warmly during our check-in. The staff helped us with our bags and brought them to our room before we even finished checking in.

The beds are a little hard and the sofa bed was ok, just not the standard we are used to. We didn’t eat at the restaurant as it’s a little expensive but there a couple local restaurants nearby that were great. The location of the hotel was fantastic. It is a little out of the way in a smaller fishing village but it was perfect and quiet. Very much different than mainland Korea. And taxis are easy to get and most tourist attractions were all within 40 minutes from the hotel. Overall, I loved it and would stay again and also recommend it to other travelers.

This hotel is supposed to be 5 star hotel. But the condition of the suite we stayed did not feel like it was. The stairs going down to the main living area including two of the bedrooms are dangerous, no railings, and inconvenient to drag luggage up and down the stairs. The bathroom door was facing the bed, there was mold smell coming from the bathroom so we had to close the door when we were sleeping, the door makes loud noise. The second bedroom light didn’t work, asked front desk, and they said they purposely keep it off?? No reason given. My husband did not feel good so I asked if there is any delivery food available and the front desk said not sure, let them know if I find anything?? The staff who drive the property drives very aggressively, many times I have seen… I have told there won’t be any notice problems but the last day we stayed, there was a kid jumping all over the place. The location is far from stores, restaurants and any public transportation. The options of the restaurants are very limited. The way to drive to the hotel is very dark so need to be really careful especially at night. We would not stay here next time, for the price we paid, I think we could have had a lot better service from the staff and a better condition place.

We stayed in the Honeymoon Villa since we were on our honeymoon. The room was amazing! Having the jacuzzi tub and private pool was very nice. They have Netflix and Disney on the TVs for when you have downtime from exploring the area. I don't travel abroad ever really and I'm from the US so experiencing the toilets with heated seats and bidet was fantastic. Staff was very nice and accommodating and spoke English well enough for us to get what we needed. I highly recommend staying here!

Our family enjoyed our first trip to Jeju Island and our stay & accommodations at Bayhill made our visit that much more memorable. The Hill Suite was gorgeous and quite spacious for our family of 5. The beds were comfortable and the rooms each had their own bathrooms which made it very convenient. The staff was also very attentive and friendly. 9/10 - have already recommended the resort to our friends.

At one point, several years ago, this was likely a high-end hotel. However, it's dated interior shows (i.e. spa/hot tubs with faded/peeled plastic, acid etched water line private pools, scuffed and uneven wood flooring, limited dining services, broken lamps and dated furniture in the lobby, etc.) and is something I couldn't glean from the photos. Despite this, the hotel staff was very accommodating and professional; they are what makes this hotel shine. I would give this property a 7.9/10.

The general director and staff were incredible. Very professional and accommodating. They went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed our stay and were taken care of during the storm. We would stay there again if we come back to JEJU Island.

I would gladly stay here again! The room was clean and very spacious. One of the biggest pluses is the free laundry that's available. Another big plus are the staff, we were greeted very warmly during our check-in. The staff helped us with our bags and brought them to our room before we even finished checking in.

The property is well-maintained. But there was a weird sound at jacuzzi even it was turned off. Abalone porridge at breakfast was good. One door at 3rd floor was stiff, a bit hard to open and close. There was no room upgrade as Expedia VIP or saying congratulation for our special day that I mentioned in booking. We could borrow the charger for our phones which was helpful. Bayhill Villas are the nicest hotel property we’ve ever stayed at. Everything was exceptional - the staff, accommodation, attention to detail. The Honeymoon Villa comes equipped with a private pool and Karaoke room in the villa which was so much fun. The Esthederm spa on-site provided one of the best massages that we’ve had. We will be staying here again the next time we visit Jeju!

The staff was excellent, very helpful and friendly. The room was great with awesome views of the ocean and we really loved the pool and jacuzzi. The Villas are beautiful and Narnia restaurant had amazing Korean and American breakfasts. The staff was great. Another pro is the facility has free washers and dryers. The area is pretty isolated and restaurants within walking distance are limited. Would highly recommend you have a rental car if u stay here.

Stayed 2 nights at a bay suite in the main building. Welcome drink was freshly squeezed Jeju orange juice, full of pulp and refreshing. View overlooks the front of the hotel and towards the water. Request pool to be heated for day 1 (surcharge) and not for day 2. Water in non-heated pool on day 2 was fine for the kids (with 60 deg air temperature). If no kids, you probably won't use and don't need a room with a pool. Jacuzzi was strong and relaxing (no hot water charge for this). Breakfast at Narnia was tasty (offered 50,000 KRW) coupon with our visit which steered us towards them in the morning. Showers are plenty hot. Pleasant surprise to have complimentary water (8), soda (2), juice (4), sparkling water (2) in the fridge. There are 3 EV chargers on site (Level 1) but should have enough time to top off the car overnight. Overall had a pleasant stay and would stay here again if I were back in Jeju.

Staff here are all very helpful, attentive and provide the best solution that fit customer requirement! Excellent breakfast and dinner option! Only one thing falls below my expectations are the bed and pillows too soft! Apart from that all other things are great!

The property was great and service was good! However the voucher I had for VIP access was restrictive in its usage. I couldn’t use it for room service. The property also doesn’t have room service before 5.30pm, which meant we couldn’t order in breakfast and enjoy the property. That was a shame.

The property is well-maintained. But there was a weird sound at jacuzzi even it was turned off. Abalone porridge at breakfast was good. One door at 3rd floor was stiff, a bit hard to open and close. Check-in process was not smooth for us, we waited for 5-10 minutes until someone help us, I think it could be better welcoming. There was no room upgrade as Expedia VIP or saying congratulation for our special day that I mentioned in booking. We could borrow the charger for our phones which was helpful. They refill water/coffee capsule which was good. The staffs were friendly overall. Quiet, peaceful and clean property. Location is nice. Recommend for family trip or couple.

The Villas are beautiful and Narnia restaurant had amazing Korean and American breakfasts. The staff was great. Another pro is the facility has free washers and dryers. The area is pretty isolated and restaurants within walking distance are limited. Would highly recommend you have a rental car if u stay here.

It’s very quiet & tranquil place with an ocean view but a bit far to other facilities. Nice hotel tough a little tarnished especially hot top which was not maintained properly. Restrooms as well - bidets Hopefully they would maintain well then could be fine. But every staff was very helpful & very nice!
