Red Roof Inn Kissimmee, FL

Special thanks to Franji, Ruben, and Isis — they went out of their way to make our stay smooth and comfortable. The hotel was clean, the location was convenient, and the service was genuinely excellent. We’ll definitely be back!”

The rooms were very clean

It is absolutely a no frills hotel, but it is all that I needed. I had two dilemmas. They boasted about access to the gym next door, but they had zero literature and no real info to provide to me verbally. Secondly, they said my room was non-smoking, but upon arriving there was a distinct scent of cigarette and weed smoke. Luck for me, the scents didn't soak into my clothing... and I just opted to take a weekend off from working out. And there was a barking dog in the room next to me that I called the front desk about, but I never saw the gentleman from the front desk (who claimed to be the GM) or anyone else, come up to address it. I will most likely stay elsewhere next time. IF those things don't bother you, then the price was right.

Staff was extremely helpful! Just the room itself. Old, outdated, shower appliances were not secured. Shower rack fell during my shower Saw a roach crawling around the sink area

The woman in the reception was great. However the room smelled funky. The mirror was dirty, the corners were dirty and even though the bed sheets were clean they were covered with stains that had not go away in the washing machine. I laid down on the bed with my clothes on for about 10 minutes and when I got up my body were itching. I went to google and read the reviews on there and found a woman posting pictures of her being completely bitten by bugs from staying at Red Roof so I took my bags (which I had luckily not opened yet), canceled the rest of my night and got another hotel. Did not want to risk anything
