Elevator my child and I got stuck in, we made a report, it was like I’m going sumn wrong, only that evening there was a caution tape out of service, no microwave, due to area, I will do take outs, yet I can’t warm it, I had to walk to the gas station to warm my food. I wasn’t happy with my stay, to make it worst, on my second day my key wasn’t working. I like the location, but it needs a lot of work!!!!

Overall not a bad place. Check in was excruciatingly slow. Almost an hour and there were two front desk ppl and only 2 ppl in Front of me. Keys kept not working. AC was super loud and super cold and would just turn on for short periods, so kept waking us up. Maid service vacuumed our hallway at 8am for what seemed like 30 mins. Pool was nice, staff was friendly and it wasn’t too expensive. There is nowhere to walk here either. You’ll need to get delivery, drive or get a ride somewhere for food.

The hotel was at the tries to have a pool and it’s been close. We were unable to use the pool and that’s the reason why we rented this place all other than that everything looks old. The elevator is old . The room was clean.

Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. The hotel is in poor condition with frustrating door locks and, in my case, a torn blackout shade. It was quiet though and free self laundry was nice. Anyone staying here should be aware it is on a highway with nothing but a gas station and a minimart next door. No restaurants or market in walking distance. If you have a car, it's no issue. But if you don't you're going to need to order food delivery.

The pool was shut down. You had to go past hotel to get to it. If you are looking for a cheap place to stay then stay here. Continental breakfast was mini muffins. Front desk help was not friendly. If you want more or if your hotel stay somewhere else.

The place was very dirty, especially the bathroom and the bed. I found cockroaches in the bathroom, and the smell was horrible. I asked to be moved, and they told me it looked like that because it was going to be repaired, but honestly, it was more about dirt than any repairs. I will never go back to that place. I didn’t feel safe with all that filth. 0 out of 10.

There were several issues. My bed had no comforter or blanket, just two sheets. Cell phone service for Verizon is non-existent and I had to have work-related calls call my hotel room. There is no secure Internet to utilize, only a shared wi-fi password for the whole hotel. Finally, the breakfast was a few small muffins. I will not be returning.

I would like to provide some feedback regarding the service at reception. The staff member, Vrinda, did not extend a greeting upon arrival and spoke in a discourteous tone while asking for booking information. Additionally, her demeanor throughout the interaction came across as unwelcoming. I believe additional training in guest relations and hospitality would be beneficial to ensure a more positive experience for future guests.

So once you check into this hotel, you are literally cut off from all communications from the outside world, unless you drive at least a mile away. Additionally, this hotel does not like to refund the security deposits. I’ve stayed here multiple times strictly because of the competitive Price and it took me two weeks to get one deposit back That was almost a month ago, and it’s been almost 2 weeks and I still have not received the security deposit from my most recent stay. I dealt with a woman over the phone there that was rushing me off the phone, she did not want to assist me at all, and was very dismissive and rude. This hotel does not like to refund security deposits back. I do not recommend staying at this hotel, and I will not be back.

I’ve stayed here multiple times this month because of the competitive pricing, and the rooms are decent enough but that’s where the positive reviews end. The area has a horrible lack of signal to where phone calls won’t even go through. The wifi provided is spotty at best. So when you book here you will be cut off from all communications. Additionally they charge a $50 security deposit but they don’t like to reimburse the deposits, as I am still owed two deposits after several days. I was promised by multiple staff members that my deposit was returned and would be deposited, promises were made three days in a row and still nothing pending or received. I reached out today to speak with staff and I spoke with a woman by the name of Linda who was very disrespectful towards me for calling to follow up on promised immediate released funds. She actually stated “Why do I keep calling, I told you already I released your funds what more do I need to say”. I am within my rights to contact a company that owes me money especially after being promised multiple times that my funds were refunded. Today marks the fourth day of expecting my deposits back and still nothing. Bank has been contacted and there’s nothing there. Next steps will include contacting corporate to file a complaint for poor customer service and treatment and for my money. I do not recommend this hotel and I will never come back, they’ve lost my business.

I hated everything about this stay, from the staff to the conditions of the hotel/rooms. I booked two rooms for two nights and I spent the first day only having one room because the second room was not ready and one asked if I can be refunded for the one night for the one room I was told I can cancel, but I will not be getting any money back. There was no compensation for the inconvenience. Check in experience was long. No one was around to help.

The hotel itself was great: friendly staff, clean spacious rooms, welcoming lobby space. They have an outdoor pool area which looked nice, although we didn't take advantage of it. Easy parking and right off Route 4, just before the George Washington Bridge to get into NYC. However, be aware that this location is not at all walkable. Before arriving, we had planned to try taking the bus into NYC and Google Maps directions made it seem like this would be possible and relatively simple. However, what we realized upon arriving is that to get to the bus stop as suggested by Google, you'd have to teleport across a 4 lane highway with a concrete median/fence in the middle (no pedestrian overpass for miles) Obviously no fault of the hotel, but just be aware it's a car-reliant area. No restaurants in the immediate vicinity, you have to drive (but plenty of dining options in Fort Lee, just ~10 min away by car!)

In a cellular deadzone to start off because it’s in a low area kind of ravine (which is flood prone during heavy showers). Both laundry facilities were ‘temporarily closed for service’ even though I checked the rooms were unlocked and units works, they apparently don’t want guests doing laundry. Top it off every outlet in our room was loose to the point I just used the battery pack I packed with us. The beds have sheets for comforters (yes they don’t have blankets on the beds). The pool was closed in July 2025, not sure why and the breakfast may as well not be listed (coffee and mini-muffins), so bring your own food (oh yea, no microwave in room either). It’s about a 30 minute walk to get to the GWB plaza station but be prepared to hike to start your day to get into NY. Uber pickup and drop-off is somewhat convoluted because of the design of the highway with no crossing nearby. This is probably the best you will find for <200$/night this close to NYC so that is a plus and for the age of the property it seemed relatively maintained and clean. We did find a freaking chicken nugget and kids garment left behind from the previous guests in our drawers if that is any indication of the housekeeping I was being generous on the cleaning!!! WiFi was decent for browsing but seems to drop session every hour so keep logging into the captive portal.

This is a nice place and is a very good value for money. The rooms are clean and the parking is free and convenient. Only issue is with breakfast. When they say it is free, one would expect some meaningful breakfast. But it has just one kind of donuts that are plain sugar and low quality one day and small prepacked muffins the other day, besides couple of low quality cereals. I gave the same feedback to the management, which took in a positive sense. They bought this property recently. Hope they will improve.
