Unfortunately our trip was cancelled due to the stormy weather in rhodes, the ferry was not running. I did not expect to receive a full refund but i hoped the hotel could help us out somehow either with a change of date or a partial refund. I tried contacting numourous times by phone and messaging through the app. No response from either. I then got in touch with hotels.com who did the same as got no response whatsoever. Its like they dont exist. Dont book here if you would like any help at all because they will ignore you.

The hotel was lovely, but very noisey, especially with the church bells going next door and doors banging all night! Rooms a nice size and clean, breakfast very good and always plenty of it.
