Everything was good during our stay. Free breakfast, free parking, free access to an adjacent well equipped gym, Oxxo convenience store next to the hotel, good taco restaurant next to hotel and sushi place. The location is good as you can explore downtown and beaches easily (we had a rental car). It was really good based on the price that we paid. Friendly staff.

The staff were great to deal with, breakfast had a good selection. The room were cleaned well and comfortable. The location was hard to get to by bus as the bus stops by Costco and you have to cross a busy road. The pool needs cleaning. The glass around the pool looks like it has never been cleaned. The gate latches need to be fixed.

When we went to check in, the room we were given smelled musty and mildewy. We looked around and the sink had a black stain in it (mold) that clearly could not be removed. There were no windows that opened and it smelled awful. My sister has asthma and there is no way she could stay there. So, we asked for a different room. They found us another room, but it smelled the same. Then they tried a 3rd room, but it also was mildewy and musty. It was clear that it was a problem with the hotel and ventilation, and not just the room. I told them we couldn't stay there, and they said they couldn't give us a refund, that we would have to call Hotels.com to discuss with them. Of course we had already checked in, so we could not cancel at hotels.com. It was 9pm and we needed to find a place to stay so we just left. We found another hotel right down the street that was much more beautiful, and the room did not smell at all. There was clearly ventilation in the room that kept it fresh and smelling nice. I would not recommend this hotel. It had great reviews, so I trusted it but I don't know why people have rated it so high. It was not a good hotel.

close to many shopping and easy drive to beaches and downtown. i would only suggest to update furniture as our room the dresser was falling apart and the pool towels are way to old already need new one also needs furniture updating in breakfast area , we have been coming for years and like our stay but hotel needs to update there furniture, window drapes and pool towels.

The staff was great and very nice. Leslie at the front desk send me plenty of information on things to do while visiting Cabo. We arrived almost two hours before check-in but Leslie made some arrangements to let us in earlier. The complementary breakfast was good. We were able to walk to restaurants near by and had the best view of the arch.

El hotel muy lindo y todo, pero la verdad que la atención del front desk muy mala, habíamos pagado ya las noches vía expedia, y cuando llegamos al escritorio, nos quisieron ver la cara diciendo que no estaban pagados, solo “reservados”, les mostré los cargos en mi tarjeta y fue así que desistieron de decir que no habíamos pagado… revisen esos detalles y listo, fuera de eso el hotel no tiene tema

Breakfast buffet included but it was not that great. Clean and comfortable room. Hotel was close to Cabo San Lucas but hotel is in small shopping center but nothing to shop in this center. Nothing walking distance because its on main road. If you miss the entrance you will add another 7 minutes.

El hotel está en una buena ubicación, hay pocas opciones para comer solo el desayuno bufete que está muy malo, las empleadas son muy amables, la limpieza la hacen a las 4 pm aproximadamente, lo cual fue muy incómodo, porque si regresábamos al hotel la habitación seguía sucia y hasta un día antes de salir nos pusieron shampoo y crema, les falta mejorar esos aspectos.

Breakfast buffet included but it was not that great. Clean and comfortable room. Hotel was close to Cabo San Lucas but hotel is in small shopping center but nothing to shop in this center. Nothing walking distance because its on main road. If you miss the entrance you will add another 7 minutes.

Excelente, quiero resaltar el desayuno tan completo que nos ofrecieron, volvería a hospedarme nuevamente y sin pensarlo, el acceso a un gimnasio completo fue de gran ventaja.

Great hotel but the parking was tough to find and not secure. Food was prettty good. A 10 min drive away from the fun part of Cabo. Beach advertised isn’t accessible

The only complaint is that when we used the shower all the water went all over the flour. Didn’t have enough towels to mop it all up.
