Nice and close to the airport, friendly and helpful check in staff, nice room with Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. We didn't try the breakfast so can't comment on that. There is a complimentary shuttle to and from the airport every half hour which is very convenient although it was in quite poor condition inside.

Long wait for hotel shuttle after a 15-hour flight and long wait at passport control. Not good service. Very frustrating. If I had known this was the case I would not have booked, and will not make this mistake again.
