Only housekeeping once every week is insufficient. More amenities needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is good.

This not a 4 star hotel, it was fine, but our linens had a smell to them, the Beth room/shower area was so tiny and our room just didn’t feel very clean. It also seems like the room itself isn’t well maintained, there were chips and stains on the furniture. You can tell it’s been well lived in. I also didn’t really like the location. All the good restaurants and stores were pretty far away, so just keep that in mind.

A pleasant stay at the Staycity Aparthotel in City Quay, Dublin. Excellent service from Nacho and his colleagues. Hopefully we will return for another stay.

There were several homeless drug users residing and defecating in the underpass by the second building was unpleasant and a safety concern. Sounds like this has been an ongoing issue for some time as staff are aware but do not actively deter this behaviour. I would not recommend to female solo travellers and I believe the hotel should have mentioned this on their advert for transparency. Given the price, the hotel generally offered poor value for money.
