Nice, clean, modern hotel. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was mediocre but handy. Be prepared to walk if parking as parking garage is 700m away on other side of river…but at least they have an option as many don’t!

While the room wasn’t huge the rest of the property and location made up for it. There was laundry downstairs as well as a cafe and bar for food or drinks any time of day. The staff were always very friendly and made our time very enjoyable. We would definitely come back!

Amazing! Staff couldn’t do enough for you, all full of personality and very welcoming…. Great apartment, can plug in my own tv feed (from my iPad), good (compact) gym, nice coffee bar and Tesco express around the corner…. Perfect for a 2 night work stay

Couldn’t recommend this enough! Walkable right into Dublins main city, lots of food options nearby, clean rooms although shower had an odd smell but it might just be a Dublin thing (I smelled it in numerous places outside in the city). Staff is abundant and amazingly helpful. Laundry with washer and dryer!

What an absolutely brilliant hotel! It's only been open a short amount of time, but the service received was outstanding. The staff we met went out of their way to accommodate us - always with great humour. The team are an absolute credit to the Staycity chain. Special thanks to: Vlad, Bruno, Uriel, Milton, Mo, Enrique and Emma. We stayed in a studio apartment that fitted 3 adults comfortably. The amenities in the room were fantastic; great shower, utensils, dishwasher, microwave, power shower, safe, and a hairdryer. The location was also great. Easy to get to from the city link airport bus, and just a 15- 20 minute walk from all the main attractions and temple bar area. In the evenings, we'd get pizza from the bar area, where they also have a range of reasonably priced drinks available, as well as a snack bar to purchase food. There is also a laundry room. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Thank you for a great stay :)

Stayed for a night. Clean and functional room. Nothing fancy but does the job. Clean bathroom. Shower was nice and hot. Parking at Q-city across the river was a bit annoying but they do pay for 40%of the charge. Did not get breakfast but looked like it would be ok to skip it. Wasn’t anything fancy. There are cute cafes around the corner.

Staff was friendly and helpful . The room was super clean and well appointed. Very impressed with housekeeping. The biggest drawback was outside, between their buildings some rough young lads lingered and we felt unsafe to be outside at night.

We stayed for a few days last week. One of the rooms had sheets that were dirty on the bed and the bathroom as not clean. The staff gave us free breakfast to compensate. Outside the hotel between the two buildings there was trash laying out daily.

It was just okay. Nothing great. Room was small. Service people were nice and accommodating. Sheets weren’t that clean. Noticed some soil spots on them. Couldnt get around the bed that great. No spots for drying hair really.

I loved almost everything about staying at this hotel. It was exceptionally quiet despite being within easy walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to see in Dublin. My only reason for giving it four instead of five stars was that the room was quite small and the kitchen was incredibly tiny. There wasn’t much room for anything. It’s hard to imagine staying here with more than two people. Other than this one drawback, we truly enjoyed staying here and I would definitely recommend it!

Beds were two twins pushed together and one of them had a busted box spring, we were only there for one night so didn't complain but told the staff upon check out. Smaller than expected for a place with a kitchenette, can't imagine anyone would want to stay in such a small room for a longer period of time, but the price was reasonable and we were just trying to stay in a different part of Dublin for our second to last night there. Location was nice

The hotel was in a great location & a good spacious room, however, we arrived at 15:05 and were told our room was not ready- we then had to wait 50 minutes for our room to become available. The reception staff were very apologetic & did offer a free drink and late checkout, but paying £280 for one night in a hotel room is extremely expensive, especially when we can’t get in our room when we had plans for the early evening.

This property is in a great location! Easy to walk to all tourist hot spots, bus stops and train station. Front desk staff were all very helpful - directions, fresh towels, etc The room is cozy but has everything you need including mini fridge (with freezer and ice cube tray), toaster, kettle, small stove top (with all pots/pans, dishes, cutlery) and dishwasher. There is even a grocery store steps away! Would definitely stay here again

The hotel is well located. Easy walk to tour bus pick ups, food and all of the popular places to visit in Dublin. You can order food from the restaurant downstairs. The staff were great! The court yard area was very loud. The building access from our room seemed like resident apartments with very messy balcony’s and very noisy people. There was absolutely NO view of anything.

Very busy hotel with not enough staff to process check ins. Our room was available an hour after check-in time, offered complementary breakfast as compensation. Staff we encountered were very pleasant and helpful but there were not enough of them! Rooms mostly clean other than some staining on furniture and musty smell in bathroom.

Very member of the staff was so accommodating and helpful! We had some troubles getting there and missed 2 days due to flight changes but when we did arrive, staycity made sure our room was perfect and we could check right in (at 5am) . The hotel and room were spotless and the laundry facilities were a nice added amenity

My check-in experience was extremely disappointing. When I arrived at the hotel and walked up to the front desk, Jestin and Nacho didn’t greet me at all—not even a simple “hi.” They didn’t even look at me. I stood at the counter for quite a while, yet both of them continued chatting with each other, completely ignoring my presence and leaving me waiting there. It wasn’t until about five minutes later that they finally started the check-in process. For a hotel front desk, this level of service and lack of basic courtesy is really unprofessional. Overall, my first impression of the hotel was severely affected. I genuinely hope the hotel will address this issue and improve the service quality of its staff.

We made a reservation over 6 months before our stay and we checked in at 7:00 am. Came back at 3:00pm to hear that the hotel was over booked and they found rooms for us at a sister hotel next door, but the room accommodations were less then what we originally paid. The staff was helpful and nice. Just truly disappointed that more to recognize our inconvenience was not done. We expected a king room and a second room with two twins; we received two rooms each with one full bed. We pre paid for parking and not even any complimentary breakfast provided.

Our day in Dublin was good. Our checkout was not good. I paid for a late check out and was not honored that late check out after I paid in advance. The hotel manager on the day that we were checking out said that he would credit that back to me since he could not honor it and he did not do that. I will be contacting the hotel directly about this because the fee was expensive. Nacho was Amazing! He was personable and fun to interact with. He definitely had hospitality skills and should be trusted with high end consumers. We lived this place and only had a bad experience at check out when the manager told us he could not honor what i paid for and lied about refunding me.

Although we arrived early, our desk clerk, Nacho, worked to find us two rooms we could enter early. He was very welcoming and ensured we were comfortable. The rooms were immaculate and we really enjoyed ourselves.

This was the perfect place for a longer stay (or for people who prefer to make their own food for dietary or budget reasons). It was awesome to have the amenities of a hotel paired with the conveniences of being home, and the employees we encountered all gave fantastic service. The location was conveniently close to everything we needed without being in the heart of the party area, however it was a bit rough outside with homeless people hanging outside the hotel in the seating areas on the ground floor which was the only downside. I would recommend more security being employed to give a safer atmosphere and keep the outside cleaner (there was frequently garbage and pee outside), or to consider booking a stay with StayCity at one of the other locations in Dublin.

Our room at StayCity was a good size and had everything -- including dishes and silverware, which was awesome. The bed was extremely comfortable and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. The area is quiet yet walking distance to the best shopping, pubs, and attractions. I would definitely stay here again.

Die Unterkunft ist super zentral und man ist wirklich h in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß sowohl im nördlich,also auch im südlichen Teil oder im Stadtkern. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Frühstück ist an und für sich sehr gut,allerdings wartet man sehr lange darauf,dass es aufgefüllt wird,sowohl essen als auch Besteck und Geschirr.

Staycity Dublin is a well staffed but no frills hotel. You get what you expect for the cost you pay. Limited service, limited luxury but clean and practical. TV in room could be better allowing to play apps like YouTube / Nextflix etc. Dinner range is extremely limited. But good staff and look after you to the best of their ability.

Stayed here for a Friday night after seeing some ridiculous prices for nearby hotels. I was so glad that I did, as the price was a third of the other nearby options, the room was super clean, very quiet and very modern with a kitchenette and lovely bathroom. The check in staff were very helpful and super friendly too. I would highly recommend and will definitely stay there again.

These are great wee apartments, 10+ Min walk from Connolly station, great reception staff, food & beverage were either understaffed or not great, 1 girl tried her best in afternoon after mídnight great food service tho & food was delish! Comfy bed, very clean well laid out apartments with all u need, nó issue with outside noise either, will return, thanks

Loved the coffe in the room! Beds are comfortable and the staff is very helpful. We had no view from the room other than to the bins, but on the other hand, we did not stay in the room, we walked around the city. Breakfast was ample and very, very good! Will definitely stay here again when visiting Dublin!
