Very friendly staff, great location, little things like maintaining the room and bathroom doors would make it even more pleasant. Beds are comfy, bottom ones offer a lot of space.

The room was dirty. Cobwebs had been there for years. Had to clean the room myself. Cockroaches in the room. Bedside table was broken. Beds were NOT queen size and were too small for me. Beachside seating area is broken. Bathroom is too cramped to even sit on the toilet properly. No hot water even though the make it look like they have it. No partial view of ocean or lagoon or anything. Entire description is either a lie or all photos and descriptions are from decades ago when they first opened. Nothing has been repaired since they opened. I would not have stayed here if they had been honest about the disrepair the place has fallen into. It was terrible. But, at least the people working here are nice.
