大阪在住者でホカンス目的で滞在しました。立地はターミナル駅からは距離があり、大きな荷物を持って歩くと遠いかもしれないのでタクシーなどで行った方がいいと感じました。マイカーで裏手に立体駐車場を利用しました。 1晩2400円で相場か安いくらいではないでしょうか。フロントは金曜のチェックインで混み合っていました。エレベーターは３つあり、１３階建ですがだいたいすぐに来るイメージです。 13階のツイン部屋に泊まり、当日の予約で金土の一晩、44000円程度でした。１つのベッドが足元でくっついているような初めて見る配置でした。結果的には部屋も広く使うことができ、非常に満足できました。シャワーブースも広めで高めの椅子もあるため利用しやすいです。備え付けのシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディソープはボトルの使い勝手やニオイ、質感含めてやや独特なのであまり好きではありませんが必要十分でした。換気扇の音が少し大きめに感じたので、寝る時には消しました。春で外の気候も良かったため空調を消して寝ましたが、機密性が非常に高いためかタオルも乾かないほど乾燥を感じず室温も上がっている感覚がありました。お水も人数分のペットボトルが支給され、冷蔵庫もあり便利でした。

We really liked the room layout of this hotel. The divider between the toilet/shower area and the bed really helped block any light from the toilet area when either of us was sleeping. The sound proofing was really good, could hardly hear the busy road outside. The bed itself was very comfy and large. We really liked having the sofa as an alternative place to sit rather than just the bed. The shower had really good pressure. The bar is really nice, we had a couple of drinks there during our stay. Everywhere in the hotel was really clean and we liked that only hotel guests can use the lift, made us feel very safe and secure. The laundry facility was really helpful for us as we were in Japan for just under 2 weeks and had clothes to wash during our trip. There are only 2 washer drier machines for the entire hotel so you have to book in advance. Our main regret was just not staying in Osaka for longer so we could enjoy the hotel for a bit longer!

Loved it here so much, the staff were very accommodating and friendly and personable! Close to different lines and beautiful rooms! Only thing was that there are only two laundry machines so you have to reserve a time and it’s a washer/dryer in one, and it did not fully clean /dry out clothes, there is a 2 hour time limit on the washer and we had to go to a laundr-o mat after wasting 2 hours trying to use the ones in the hotel :/ skip the hotel laundry and go to a nearby laundry mat. But that’s the only slightly inconvenient thing, we lived it here so so much!

The young woman staff were very present and pleasant at the desk. Very good open and spoke English. They helped us a lot. She was not Japanese but spoke very well. We likes the gym but the equipment was old and didn’t work well. The downstairs was noisy as was the street but clean and kind helpful people

Perfectly spotless, spacious room at a great price. I was too dumb to realize the AC was not working, but it was my fault. After I complained by the website, they searched me out and fixed it in 10 seconds. I will absolutely stay here again. Also, a big plus is a taxi stand right outside the front door. Never had to wait.

Absolutely loved this hotel! Our room had an amazinf view and plenty of space! We had to seperate toilets and the most wonderful shower/bath setup. The room was very clean, and the hotel staff gave us fresh sheets and towels everyday.

Excellent hotel all the staff are very friendly but we must single out William and his colleague from LA in the bar for their service and the reception staff who sorted everything we needed. The only recommendations Id make would be slightly decreasing the size of the bed in the corner rooms so you can move around it and please add some drawers for traveler's staying more than a few nights!

We stayed in 6th floor deluxe room which was spacious. Good shower unit. The bed is up against the wall which is annoying when theres 2 of you. We were on main road side and (especially on Saturday night) it was very noisy traffic wise. I questioned if its double glazed. The Lunch buffet deal was quite good value.

requested high level floor months before check in but message never got through to check in staff - they (the staff) questioned whether we actuall had requested and had to show the messages to and from the hotel. we had already booked a second stay at the hotel which we would not have used after our experience on the first leg - would not stay here again

We stayed 6 nights at Aloft Osaka Dojima and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our room was neat and tidy with a comfy bed and a great city view. Service from the staff was impeccable. We handed over our luggage for delivery and realised we hadn't let our next hotel know to expect it. The after hours reception staff arranged it all for us without skipping a beat - at 1am! We are so grateful. Will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Osaka.

Great hotel in Osaka! I have to commend Niina at the front desk. I was blown away by her level of customer service. She was truly a breath of fresh air after traveling through Japan for two weeks. Extremely friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Sometimes it’s the people that make your stay special, and Niina did that for me. Great job all around Aloft!

We stayed in a loft suite as a family of three and it was very comfortable and spacious. Good view of skyline and lots of light in the room. Apart from that I felt that the hotel lacks service and warmth. They try hard to be a cool place that offers live music on the lobby but everything feels cold (also literally, air conditioning in lobby/bar is so cold that makes it an uninviting). Bar is only open from 5 to 8 in the evening. Staff seems very friendly but not really service oriented. This was the only hotel of many we stayed in Japan that no one helped us with our luggage, we have forwarded our luggage there and it was tucked away in a corner instead of in the room, I even had to ask about it. One day before leaving we have asked reception to reserve a transportation for the airport, her reply was "needs to be 2 days before, take a uber or 2 taxis". Had to solve it on my own... Never saw that in my life, all other places in Japan were more than happy to find us a transfer. It feels more a nice 3 stars than a real 4 stars. It lacks this little extra that other truly japanese hotels offer.

This hotel offers exceptional service with storing our luggage due to our early arrival. The staff were super helpful and friendly. The 24 hour service on coffee and tea is wonderful plus a welcome drink coupon per person was great. One of the nicest places that we stayed in at the level of service and accommodation. Well done!

I loved this hotel and the staff! Every one was pleasant and the hotel was clean. First time trying Drybar body care. Both hair and body products were great. Convenient laundry room available. Taxi cab stand right out front. Near Osaka station and tons of public’s options.

This was a wonderful and modern property, with a well out room plan that used the space efficiently. It was a 10 min walk from Osaka station, and a short walk to other train lines to explore the city. It was conveniently located near some mini-marts, local restaurants (even a mcdonalds) and there is a bottle shop within walking distance.

I really enjoyed the hotel. It was quite hot in Osaka in July but the entrance to the underground shopping mall was directly outside. A lifesaver! My only negative was related to location. It required quite a bit of walking to get to/from the nearest station that I needed.

Aloft was an amazing location. Walkable to the Umeda station and close to shopping and many restaurants. Great spot. Can be a little loud in the lobby but the rooms were nice and quiet.

Lobby and restaurant employees were great. Rooms do not have drawers, so you have to keep all your cloths in your suitcase. Restaurant closes for activities and you are left without a place to eat and if you buy food outside or delivery you cannot eat at the lobby or bar (security thu us out).

Very hip and trendy styled hotel. Comp drink ticket upon arrival, dining and bar area. They are prepared to welcome guest and show them where everything is. The beds a little too hard for my personal liking, you can hear the cars passing and loud sounds but convenient to get around with the stations being in walkable distance. The buffet isn’t as vegetarian or vegan friendly and food available isn’t warm.

Loved the location and proximately to shopping, and the subway access. Also had excellent customer service from the staff there. Everyone one was extremely helpful. The breakfast was excellent and worth the cost lots of variety hot and cold. Our twin room was great with a nice seating area, fantastic shower and separate toilet area. Nothing negative to say here.
