The sofa bed was awful and barely useable. No adult could sleep on it and expect to have a restful nights sleep. Someone from your head office should try it out to see how uncomfortable it truly is. This was a room booked for 5 people yet there were only 4 sets of towels in the bathroom. The pool was only open till 6pm. When check-in is at 4pm, this is not a lot of time to use the pool. The Best Western we stayed at the day before had pool hours up to 10pm. We checked in on a Sunday. Only one person was at the desk. Understaffed. Always a line up. I had a question but had to leave with out having it addressed because of the amount of people waiting to be served.

Clean. Comfortable. Close to interstate. Staff friendly. Loved the mirror arrangement in bathroom selection. It allows u to see the back of ur hair for blowdrying and styling. A rare find for that. Pool looked nice but it use it. Did see pool guy cleaning in the morning. So u know they clean it daily. Plenty of parking.

It was terrible, very poor quality, the coffee was horrible, the people in the kitchen had a bad attitude, as did the young man who checked me in. The room smells like cat pee. Outside it smells nice, but when you enter the smell is unbearable.

Odor un tue room, dingy ceiling tiles and stains in the bathroom ceiling. Chipped off paint everywhere, rust n the bathroom fixtures. The absolute worst was a human hair hanging from the shower faucet. Disgusting property. The front desk were not super service oriented. But it wasn’t really the staff so much - the property was dirty. How can this people charge $250 or $300 for such a disgusting place?

Room itself was ok. Liked that the breakfast had paper/compostable plates, cups and bowls. However, the positives end there. I cannot recommend this place because of how terrible it smells. They decided to mist air freshener into the corridors with machines that mist the nasty stuff every 8 ft. Cannot breathe the air in the common and breakfast areas. We can't decide which smells worse - the air freshener or the smells it is trying to mask, which we could still smell. We also saw water or some liquid dripping from the ceiling just outside our room. They had put an ice box to catch it. Needless to say, we won't be returning.

This Comfort Inn has been sold! Condition due to recent sale is lacking. In our room the phone did not initially work, the refrigerator froze bottled water placed in it do to freezer compartment door was missing, tv controller did not work properly, water control knob could not turn on by wife, it was very difficult even for me to pull on! The sad part is even though reported to front desk, no concern was reallt displayed. Most likely due to new owners direction???

I enjoyed the rooms, but got a little frustrated when we had to change rooms because i added a day and upset the room i booked wasnt available when i checked in. I am a diamond member and see no difference than if i booked off the internet. The 2nd room had a broken coffee maker and only two workable outlets. When i spoke to the reception area they said theyd let maintenance know. I hope you train your front desk personnel better in other locations. I have another trip coming up next month, hope its an improvement.

If you’re looking for a normal hotel that has curtains that actually close and don’t let the sun light in at 6:47 in the morning, this is NOT your hotel! Do not stay here. None of their curtains close. The only ones that close, are the sheer white ones. Everyone can see everything through your room! I felt very, very unsafe as a single – solo traveler. Every room is the same. The staff even tried to come in and close the curtains by using a lamp and a chair as a prop.

Great staff, check in was smooth. Room was large, clean and comfortable. However the walls are thin and our neighbor was loud. The hotel called to ask them to be quiet. Breakfast is fine.. but coffee was awful. I think the machine uses instant coffee it’s really bad

Facilities updated, very clean and modern. Ground level, road side: could hear vehicles start and drive away, people talking in adjacent room, service people working @ 6;00 am in the hallway, people dragging furniture across the floor in room above. Noise is the only complaint!

We are very pleased with our stay. The room was large & clean. We were asked which floor we would like to be on, we chose 4 (top). My blow-dryer was broken & maintenance came quickly to replace it. Breakfast was OK. Did like how all bread/pastry items were wrapped. Would have liked a shady outdoor area to sit, but overall, was great!

I would have easily given this hotel a 5 star review. The room was clean and comfortable. Unfortunately, I am currently dealing with outrageous charges that the hotel made to my card after checkout. Not only did i not receive my $100 deposit back, but an additional $167.50 was charged to my card the day we checked out. That's more than I paid for the single night we used the room. The hotel is claiming that it is a smoking charge. This is ridiculous as we traveled with our 3 young children, stayed just one night, and literally only used the room to sleep in. Absolutely no one in the room was smoking. Beware of giving your credit card to this hotel for their "deposit"...

They accused me of smoking weed in the room. Without any explanation I called the general manager Andrea several times no one ever gave me a called back. I asked the person at the front desk what the policy was and how did they confirm no answer.

The fire alarm went off at 4:00am. There was no information from the front desk regarding evacuation. After going down to the front desk I was told they couldn't find any fire and to ignore the alarm. It continued to sound for 3 hours. They also do not accept American Express for security deposit.

The pictures you have on your site wasn’t at all like our room. We asked for an additional office chair and were told they didn’t have one. I asked for any chair and was told they didn’t have one and couldn’t take one out of another room, so I asked to speak to a manager and was told “that is what the manager told me to tell you” and he wouldn’t let me speak to the manager, so I asked if I could use a dining room chair and was told ok, but if I damaged it, I would have to pay for it. I agreed and the maintenance person came up to our room with the chair. He could not speak English. The pool area had a place for pool towels, but they didn’t have any towels in it. The customer below us was smoking on their balcony and yet our door to the balcony said no smoking on the balcony. The coffee and the lemonade were awful. Customer service is not one of their strong points.

We were there to attend a funeral and were assured an early check in. But on arriving we were told that we wouldn’t be able to check in early. We sat in the lobby for more than an hour, checking the desk every 15 min. We met someone from housekeeping that had a list of available rooms and there were many but she couldn’t help us. We finally had to get ready at another venue and were late attending my daughter-in-laws service. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Terrible service!

Our first impression was a bit off-putting as the Comfort Inn signage had been covered over so there was nothing visible to confirm that we were at the right place. When I asked the front desk clerk about it, he seemed to be annoyed by the question. That aside, our room was very clean and comfortable, the laundry facility was clean and convenient, and the breakfast was very nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Difficult to locate this hotel as there were no signs. It was in transition from a Comfort Inn to Tollgate. The lobby was dark so it didn’t look like it was open. Drove around the building and noticed a few cars parked on the sides and back so took a chance and went back to the entrance and went in. Not the most comfortable feeling to experience.

It was a get away to visit The Sand Sculptures in Ft. Myers Beach , We also visited the Naples Zoo & Gardens , Terrific time at all 3 places . Hotel is very clean , walking distance to Cracker Barrel & convenient for our outings !! It was pretty , decorated for Christmas ❤️

Front desk staff was very friendly. Room was clean and smelled nice. Sometimes you get a heavy cleaning chemical smell when you open the door to hotel rooms. This smelled fresh. Beds were clean and tightly made. The Tiki Bar at the pool had very reasonable prices and a good menu. The kitchen in the room had a full size fridge, bowls, plates, pots, pans amd silverware. The pool is next to the Tiki Bar. Small pool bordering the parking lot. Not the best location for the pool but they made the best of the property. Breakfast is included. Eggs, bisquits and gravy, eggs, fruit, pastries, bagels, coffee and juice. The woman working the breakfast area was awesome. She was cleaning and helping people who had no idea how to use a waffle maker. Overall great stay.

Great job on keeping the breakfast buffet clean and well-presented, it was truly top-notch! Just a small suggestion, maybe consider moving the scent diffuser slightly farther away from the buffet. The rooms were nice and clean too!

We enjoyed our stay at the Comfort Inn (Feb.28-Mar. 1 '24). The facility was clean, the wifi was fast and easy and the staff were available and accommodating. The room and bathroom were clean (room decor was a little dated and a little small for 4 people ( 2 Queen bed size room) but the bathroom seemed much newer, extra star for that.) Housekeeping was great. The continental breakfast was hot, fresh, delicious, always full with food and the staff keep the area clean throughout. The pool was clean and open till 5 or 6pm and the pool "TIKI" bar was open serving food and drinks till midnight with reasonable prices. With the exception of a few funky smells in the hallways, I haven't a negative thing to say. For a 2.5/3 star hotel the price was right and I would not only stay there again but I would recommend it to others.
