Be aware that this is a *budget* option, and the location and rooms reflect that! It is an odd spot to get to, down a couple of residential alleys, although we never felt unsafe. The building itself is cute, with a nice rooftop and second level kitchen. We were there in early May and it was a little cooler than other times, which was a godsend because our room (#8) had NO windows and just a fan. (I don’t thin the rooms with windows had screens.) The only light was the overhead, nothing bedside, though there were a decent number of outlets. The bathroom is small, and they put out little packets of shampoo, etc. Hot water was good. Depending on what you’re used to, this could be a step up from a hostel or down from a spendier place. We probably wouldn’t return, but it definitely wasn’t terrible and the people were great, as are most Guatemalans. 🙂

We enjoyed our stay here. A warning that it’s down a dark alley way and a little hard to find, but the staff sent arrival details prior which helped us find it. Gorgeous terrace upstairs, free water and good water pressure in the shower.

This hotel is in a quiet area in the midst of Pana. It's a little challenging to find, but well worth the effort. Close to everything, views from the rooftop, and really clean. The shower has a lot of pressure, and the water is hot!

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is access to a full kitchen too. The room even has an extra blanket for cold nights.. It's close to the main road Calle Santander, just a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops.

This is an excellent find for solo budget travellers. The rooms were very clean and well lit with many charge ports. There is nice attention to detail in the room with hooks in many places, shelves for belongings and alcoves in the bathroom to place your toiletries. The entrance seemed a little dubious at first given that it is an alley way down another alleyway, but it is well lit with many people travelling back and forth and many small locals and residences, it felt safe. I did not use the kitchen but it was clean and seemed to have everything you would need yo cook. They also provide drinking water to re-fill your bottles with. I would stay here again and would recommend it as a grest budget option.

Très bon rapport qualité prix, les chambres sont petites mais propres, la douche chaude, il y a le wi-fi, le personnel très sympathique. Juste pas mal d’humidité vu que les chambres sont petites et il faut prévenir l’accueil le matin si vous voulez la chambre refaite. Un ventilateur est disponible dans chaque chambre. Une très bonne adresse.

Everything you need, nothing you don’t. Great location in terms of walkable proximity to restaurants/markets, yet tucked in the alley so noise was never an issue. Clean bathroom and beds, great for base camp for any adventures around Lake Atitlan

We stayed here for one night. Hotel is located a quick walk to the most busier Santander Street with many shops and restaurant. So it was very convenient. You have to go thru some alies to get to the hotel, but it is super safe. Staff is so friendly and accomodating. They truly make you feel welcome. Room was clean and in good condition. Bathroom was in great shape too and clean, however, if I have to suggest anything is that they replace the shower head. At least in our room it was dirty and some might think disgusting. Still for the rest and their staff I will give this a 5 star review stay.

Tuvimos cambio de habitación en la segunda noche porque la primera no fue la que reservamos. No tenía ventanas, ni siquiera en el baño y era muy caliente. En las dos habitaciones experimenté el mismo tema de poca limpieza. Había cabellos de otras personas en el baño, la ducha y hasta las camas. No olía rico.

staff was good but wifi hardly worked in the room . the wifi kept failing again and again . on notifying they would turn off turn on and it would work for some minutes before failing again . the kitchen is a shared kitchen . unsatisfactory overall .

Loud barking dogs all night right next to room number 1, which is also right by the front desk which isn’t great if loud people are checking out early. The hotel graciously moved me to a quieter room for my second night. Much better when not in room #1.

Very hard to find. You must walk to this hotel - first down an alleyway too small for cars, but big enough for the tuk-tuks, then turn down a smaller alley about 50 yards - no indication you are going in the right direction. Once you enter the hotel, it has a nice open air lobby. Hotel room was clean, but not a single window. Water pressure was excellent with plenty of hot water (the only hot water we had in Guatemala). Location close to most everything once you figure out how to get there.

Very nice hotel and easy to get to and from lake area. A bit hard to find at first getting off shuttle, but well enough known to get directions quickly. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable. Bathrooms not designed for large people! Quite narrow.

The place was a bit hatd to find. I went down the wrong alley. The alley is busy, lots of motorcycles and tuk-tuks pass by so be careful. Our stay was fine for the price I can't complain. Staff is very nice and helpful. Our room was a bit hot and stuffy since we didnt gave aby windows. The fan inside did help though.

This place exceeded my expectations. The person who checked us in was very helpful. Gave us information on the area and exchanged our dollars for quetzales. The room was very very clean and it looked exactly like the pictures. Also noticed that they keep the lobby restroom super clean and smelling good. It is a little difficult to find but is close to everything. Will definitely be staying here again.

Very clean but affordable. Its good price is maybe due to a little bit strange location as it is not on a major road. But the alley to the hotel is very safe and actually very busy with motocycles and tuktuks. At first glance, it is very difficult to figure out how to get there. Google map's walking direction is not correct. But if you contact the hotel (I did it gia WhatsApp.), they will send you very detailed instructions with photos of alleys. Don't worry about the location. It's only 1-2 minutes of walking on a small but safe alley.

We stayed here for one night. Hotel is located a quick walk to the most busier Santander Street with many shops and restaurant. So it was very convenient. You have to go thru some alies to get to the hotel, but it is super safe. Staff is so friendly and accomodating. They truly make you feel welcome. Room was clean and in good condition. Bathroom was in great shape too and clean, however, if I have to suggest anything is that they replace the shower head. At least in our room it was dirty and some might think disgusting. Still for the rest and their staff I will give this a 5 star review stay.

Properly is very nice, small but nice. The staff is very friendly. Only down side is that they have no on site parking and you have to walk quite a bit from the nearest parking, make sure you pack light or have friends or family help with luggage. The hotel pays for the parking though. Good walking distance from the lake and immediate access to shopping.

This hotel is in a quiet area in the midst of Pana. It's a little challenging to find, but well worth the effort. Close to everything, views from the rooftop, and really clean. The shower has a lot of pressure, and the water is hot!

Small, cozy place secluded within the neighborhood only accessible through alleys keeps it away from the busy main street. A little hard to find if arriving at night; the alley has no visible sign. Cannot access it by car and if you drive you have to find parking in your own.

Ordentliche und sehr saubere Unterkunft in Guatemala. Etwas versteckt in einer kleinen Seitenstraße, aber dennoch top Lage in Panajachel. Sehr kleine Zimmer, insbesondere das Bad definitiv unpraktisch mit der Größe. Nachts auf dem Flur sehr laut bzw. wenig Rücksicht auf die umliegenden Zimmer.

Great value considering the price. It's quiet, can't hear Calle Santander. Posada can be tricky to find but the staff give directions so no issues finding the place. Location is located on a callejon (kind of like an alley) but it's totally safe.

This is an excellent find for solo budget travellers. The rooms were very clean and well lit with many charge ports. There is nice attention to detail in the room with hooks in many places, shelves for belongings and alcoves in the bathroom to place your toiletries. The entrance seemed a little dubious at first given that it is an alley way down another alleyway, but it is well lit with many people travelling back and forth and many small locals and residences, it felt safe. I did not use the kitchen but it was clean and seemed to have everything you would need yo cook. They also provide drinking water to re-fill your bottles with. I would stay here again and would recommend it as a grest budget option.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is access to a full kitchen too. The room even has an extra blanket for cold nights.. It's close to the main road Calle Santander, just a 5 minute walk to restaurants and shops.

La habitacion muy comoda, con baño privado muy bonito con agua caliente. Con comedor equipado para todas las habitaciones donde se puede cocinar lo que desees, siempre muy limpio. Un lugar donde se reciclan todos los desechos, plastico, vidrio. Las personas siempre atentas y amables. La ubicacion del sitio es estrategico, vecinos silenciosos.

The hotel is not easy to find but they send pictures to make it easier. It is off calle Santander, so lots of food options. The wifi didnt work in the room. Coffee/tea/water would be quite welcome. Space on the roof to eat and spend time.
