We needed a room last minute and we're able to get in at Cobblestone. Easy check in. Comfortable room. The bathtub was the bonus!!! It was a deep, long and wide tub! So nice to relax in a hot bath!! The breakfast was....average, at best. The syrup for the waffles was not put out and the waffle iron was set on low so it took extra long to cook. Given how nice the room was, I thought breakfast would be better. Also, the entrance to the parking lot was not handy when coming from the south, west, or north.

Bath towels were not provided. The front desk could not provide them. They needed y to wash some first. This was around 4:00 pm. They were available long after we had to leave for a wedding. Also, the carpet wasn’t very clean. Someone did a sloppy job of vacuuming.

Cobblestone is top notch. Very comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, very pleasant and nice room furniture. Changed after 3 nights prebooked to an accessible room for our last night. Staff was very accommodating and allowed us to do it right across the hall prior to checkout time. One of the best places we’ve stayed. Breakfast was as good or better than any hotel breakfast except in Europe!

Looks like a new hotel. Everything in the room was good and in working conditions. The staff & food horrible. The gal working the breakfast seemed mad. There was no coffee and food was empty. When asked for coffee she got an attitude. After 15-20 coffee is ready and some omelets. When I took a bite from omelet it was still frozen. I had to let her know the food was raw. At this point she was really irritated and pulled the food from the hot trays back to the kitchen. I think it's important to have good customer service in this kind of setting. She definitely does not like her job.

Check in was horribly slow, we showed up at 2:30PM and we did not get into our room until 3:40. We had a Wedding at 430 and barely made it. The manager refused to offer any alternative area for us to change. The Hotel was understaffed and inexperienced. Hopefully with improved management the hotel can turn it around.

We were given the wrong room. When brought to their attention, they acknowledged the mistake, admitted it was on purpose due to them overbooking & offered zero compensation since our original room was more expensive then what we were given. Staff didn’t care & management still has returned emails.

This was a nice surprise! Hadn't been here before but it would definitely be repeated if needed in this area. Helpful staff, nice rooms, awesome morning breakfast with a person keeping things stocked....which is always appreciated but not always the case....so we really appreciate that! Very easy access from main highway!

New hotel. Comfortable beds. Love that the in room fridge also has a freezer. Breakfast was mediocre. Check in took a very long time, and the clerk never explained what was taking so long. We were the only people checking in. It was late so the wait probably felt even longer since we were ready to get to bed. But overall, a nice stay.

Wonderful stay for two nights. Room was very clean and comfortable and the pull out sofa was also really great. Staff were very helpful and responsive and the breakfast was really nice - good options and very fresh. Definitely will stay here every time I need a hotel in Hutchinson!
