The apartment was very clean and modern and the owner made sure we had a positive experience. It was also located very close to all the major attractions of Old Town Split so we could walk anywhere. The only drawback was the parking. There is a lot very close to the apartment but it was often full and/or the payment machines were not working. A couple times we had to park much further away. I would not recommend renting a car in Split.

We loved our stay(s) at Apartments Korta in Split. We stayed for two nights before our cycle cruise and two nights after. On our first stay, we were in an apartment on the second floor with a balcony. On our second stay, we were on the 3rd floor with vaulted ceilings and a great view but no balcony. Both units were clean, modern, comfortable, and quiet. The kitchens were well stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. There are multiple grocery stores within a 5-minute walk. Numerous dining and shopping options are nearby. The beds were amazingly comfortable (best sleep on our 4-week trip). The bathroom was large, newly renovated, and spotlessly clean. There were windows on both sides allowing for a lot of light and fresh air. AC worked great and we had plenty of hot water. The apartments are just outside the main tourist area (literally a block away) and it was easy to reach from the cruise dock and bus/train station. The self-check-in instructions were fantastic and easy to follow (with pictures and everything). The staff were very friendly and easy to reach via WhatsApp. We felt safe walking in the neighborhood after dark. A perfect place to stay in Split and I hope that we have the opportunity to stay again in the future. There are a lot of stairs to reach the upper units. If you have mobility issues you may want to request a main floor unit off the courtyard.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It is well situated to tour Split. Staff was very responsive and helpful prior to arrival. The only minor issue is parking, but we did find on-street parking which worked out just fine. The courtyard is a perfect spot for unwinding, and enjoying a morning coffee and croissant. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend the apartment.

The apartments are right by the old town so very convenient for exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful. However, I booked this as it is advertised with having parking but when I got there this was not the case. Luckily I was able to park nearby but it is not right to advertise parking when it is not there. Also, I was on the top floor (no lift, thankfully I pack light) and could hear when the main door was opened throughout the night.

The apartment was great, and in a perfect location close to everything in old town Split. The staff made it easy to check in, helped me figure out parking (which was close by- only 12 Euros for 24 hours). They also went above and beyond in helping my husband arrange flowers and chocolates to be there when my daughters and I arrived. I cannot recommend this lodging and the staff enough!!!

Excellent location. Quiet area but only a couple of minutes walk to old town with its many shops, restaurants and attractions. Is also walkable to the ferry port and RIVA area. Beautifully renovated, spotlessly clean, comfortable and exceptionally well equipped. Lovely courtyard to relax in and also to enjoy the continental breakfast they provide. Staff very friendly and helpful.

The only downside was there is no free parking as stated. There is a pay lot about 500 feet away and it can be full during peak times.

Great location for all of Old Town and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. There is parking near but not at the property and it is very expensive. Otherwise no complaints.

This was super clean property, easy check in information and staff were friendly. You get some croissants for breakfast which is really nice. Location is 5 min walk from all the busy areas. The room was spacious and AC was magnificent. Very clean and modern room. Bed was soooo comfy, melted perfectly into it. 100% recommend to stay here.

I had a wonderful experience staying at these apartments in Split. The room was not very large, but it had absolutely everything we needed – well-equipped, thoughtfully arranged, and very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean, which made a big difference, and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They provided clear and precise instructions for check-in and everything else we needed during our stay. Communication was easy and always pleasant. The building itself is a beautiful historic structure, full of character and charm. The inner courtyard was especially lovely – a peaceful and authentic space that added to the overall experience. Considering the quality of the room, the service, and the unique location, I would say the price-to-value ratio is excellent. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Split!

Just back from a trip to Dubrovnik and Split. By a very long shot, these were the nicest accommodation. Staff were helpful & friendly. The accommodation itself was comfortable, modern & well appointed. It is extremely well located. On the edge of the old town. Very close to plentiful restaurants. Near to the harbour/waterfront, if you so desire. It felt very secure. Coffee & croissants in the morning was certainly a nice touch. Excellent value all round.

Room was nice and of good size. We lived on the top floor and, with heavy bags, we were missing an elevator. Self check in was nice and efficient and we got good instructions from the hotel via WhatsApp before we arrived. A small kitchen where you can make food and a nicely sized fridge with freezer.

Excellent location, very nice room, I was on the ground floor however so no windows and a door that was right up against a pedestrian street - so quite loud - you could hear people pass day and night as if they were in your room. Upper floors might be quieter but I recommend they put a planter with a bush in front of that door because it was really loud.

We stayed in Split at the Apartments Korta for four days. It was my husband and I and our 16 year old son. Upon arrival we were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. Leading up to and during our stay the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. We appreciated having a little kitchenette so that we could make our own little breakfast and snacks when needed. Croissants and coffee were provided out on the back patio every morning which was a lovely touch. Our bed was comfortable and the pull out "cot" that my son slept on was just fine for him. He slept soundly every night and found it to be surprisingly comfortable. We absolutely loved the location. It was just on the fringes of Old Town which was perfect. We had easy access to everything but it was also just far enough away that it was quite peaceful and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again if we have the chance to return to Split.

The location was great for us, and we really appreciated the luggage storage before checkin and after checkout. I’d suggest requesting something other than Apartment 1, which was ground level on the street side, so there was occasional noise. It would also have been nice to have a couch or lounge chairs…Perhaps other units have them.

The apartments were modern and convenient for our stay in Split. The kitchen was great to have, as there is a small market right down the street. The host was super responsive to all our inquiries regarding parking and amenities. We couldn't quite figure out the water heater so the second shower of the night would usually be cold, but that may have been our fault. Otherwise, would definitely recommend Apartments Korta!

This is a great place to stay. I would say the staff could be nicer. The lockbox didn’t work when I arrived I messaged them right away and I was patient I waited for someone- it took about half hour or so, but the lady came and was like why didn’t you try this number etc and I was dumbfounded like - I messaged the number I was given not really up to me to find another number. The lockbox didn’t work when I arrived I messaged them right away and I was patient I waited for someone- it took about half hour or so, but the lady came and was like why didn’t you try this number etc and I was dumbfounded like - I messaged the number I was given not really up to me to find another number. Just back from a trip to Dubrovnik and Split. By a very long shot, these were the nicest accommodation. Staff were helpful & friendly. The accommodation itself was comfortable, modern & well appointed. It is extremely well located. On the edge of the old town. Very close to plentiful restaurants. Near to the harbour/waterfront, if you so desire. It felt very secure. Coffee & croissants in the morning was certainly a nice touch. Excellent value all round.

Great location for all of Old Town and walkable to many restaurants and shops. The apartment had everything we needed and was very spacious. There is parking near but not at the property and it is very expensive. Otherwise no complaints.

We had a wonderful stay in the apartment. It is well situated to tour Split. Staff was very responsive and helpful prior to arrival. The only minor issue is parking, but we did find on-street parking which worked out just fine. The courtyard is a perfect spot for unwinding, and enjoying a morning coffee and croissant. Would definitely stay here again, and recommend the apartment.

Rett nedi gaten er det en dagligvarebutikk, en frokostkafé et apotek og en baker. Så man har alt. Vi har bodd her 8 år på rad nå og vi kommer tilbake.

We stayed in Split at the Apartments Korta for four days. It was my husband and I and our 16 year old son. Upon arrival we were impressed with the cleanliness of the apartment. Leading up to and during our stay the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful. We appreciated having a little kitchenette so that we could make our own little breakfast and snacks when needed. Croissants and coffee were provided out on the back patio every morning which was a lovely touch. Our bed was comfortable and the pull out "cot" that my son slept on was just fine for him. He slept soundly every night and found it to be surprisingly comfortable. We absolutely loved the location. It was just on the fringes of Old Town which was perfect. We had easy access to everything but it was also just far enough away that it was quite peaceful and quiet. We would absolutely stay here again if we have the chance to return to Split.

I stayed here for 2 nights in their single room which is located at the st level juat behind the reception. The room was updated and had a small fridge, TV and large bathroom. There was also morning drip coffee and baked goods at 8am which was great. As much as the room was located at st level the noise wasnt too bad because its not a busy st.

We had a lovely stay in apartment number 3 as a couple on a summer holiday. The room was lovely, the beds were very comfortable, and everything was clean and well maintained. There was a small balcony overlooking the charming shared courtyard. The chairs on the balcony could, however, have been a little more comfortable. The apartment is in a fantastic central location, close to the Riva promenade and the Old City. There is also a supermarket and plenty of restaurants nearby, making it a perfect base for exploring Split on foot. Despite the central location, the property was quiet, and we experienced very little traffic noise. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place to other couples looking for a central and cosy place to stay in Split.

Cleaning staff had to take a picture of my passport with her personal phone, and send it to the manager. This was Not Secure. It would be better if trained staff would be available during the day for check-ins and check-outs.
