This hotel only for animal to stay it’s very bad condition very big scam don’t waste your money

I paid extra for spa, which has been under a construction for a long time and everybody but Hotels.com seems to know it. Actually spa was the reason, I booked this hotel

Please avoid this gotel at all costs the most disgusting hotel in antalya mould in rooms..rooms not clean disgusting smell noise carnt get no sleep not even worth 1 star avoid better out there

The place is NOTHING like the pictures. Do not book with this hotel. I got to the hotel later in the night and somehow my rooms were still NOT ready. Then they gave me rooms that i did not pay for! Kept saying that they dont have what I paid for avaliable, how?! We get to the rooms and they are still FILTHY and didnt have a shower head. I canceled my stay and left not even an hr after checking in.

We stayed for 1 night as we flew in to Antalya late and didn’t want to pay an extra day at a resort. I don’t know why people are saying it’s so bad in the reviews, Its great for the price if you’re only looking for a short stay. It’s got lovely restaurants and supermarkets within a stones throw too. The staff are very friendly, the key card didn’t work initially but was fixed straight away and apologised so feels stupid to even mention it. You can hear planes coming in overhead but its not as loud as people say it is, it’s bearable and I’m sure a pair of earphones will completely drown it out if you’re fussy. I can’t comment on a prolonged stay but if you’re looking for an overnight stay I have no complaints for the price and I’m always honest on these things.
