Rooms very dated and old. TVs don’t work, lights didn’t work properly, door / lock didn’t work properly. Absolutely refused to give us a second room key forcing us to book another room as we couldn’t be attached at the hip for every movement in the building. Would not stay here again

It is directly connected to s big shopping mall and opposite Lalaport. Very convenient location. The service apartment is clean but run down. Both toilet doors are warped and unable to close. The wooden door frames are rotten and carpet stained. No shower gel and room slippers provided, otherwise it's a good stay.
