Nice little motel. Convenient location. Very clean. Snacks & GREAT coffee in the office! Nothing fancy, but very helpful staff when we had an issue. We also left a charger behind, and they notified us within hours and are mailing it to us! We'd definitely stay again if in the area.

This property was fantastic! Our room was extremely clean and the staff was incredible! In the office there were snacks, coffee, water, and even homemade blueberry bread the day we checked out! When we needed extra shampoo, they were on it right away. They are also dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us! Though our stay was short, I could not recommend this location enough. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in was easy . The women was very pleasant and helpful . Room had everything we needed . Microwave, fridge and beds were comfortable . They even had extra blankets which in the closet if needed and a nice table and chair set . Best part was the parking is right outside your door and if you have a dog it’s perfect . I would definitely stay here again .

Nice little motel. Our stay here was really pleasant! They called us with easy check-in instructions since no one was at the front desk, and everything went smoothly. Parking was free and convenient, and the room was spotless with clean bed covers and nice furniture. The area was very quiet, and our room was well-lit and even included a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. While there was no breakfast, they did have snacks, coffee, and tea available in the cozy lobby. The shower pressure was great, towels were fluffy, and they even provided a small black towel for makeup—such a thoughtful touch! Really nice staff both housekeeper and front desk lady. Only small issue: the bed moved a bit, as the frame felt slightly loose. Not a walkable area for grabbing food

for a no frills hotel/motel, this place was very good. They have obviously put some $$ into this hotel recently as every room was freshly painted and new flooring. Pets are allowed on first floor units and it's conveniently located on a main road in the Lake Winnipesaukee area. Rooms are small but perfect for a short stay.

The room was small but it was clean, quiet, safe and cozy! TV was great, was Roku and I was able to stream Xfinity(Comcast) and get all my stations! Entry was easy, the last 4 #’rs of my cell phone! There were lots of free snacks .. Reeses, Cheezits and more at the check in! Parking was great! Loved that I could see my car just outside my window! Overall I would definitely recommend this cute motel in Moultonborough!

We stayed at the Moultonborough Inn for a few days in early December, when we were in the area photographing a wedding. This motel was an affordable option for us, and only 15 minutes from where the wedding was taking place. I can't say enough about our stay. The lobby was warm and welcoming. It was decorated nicely for the holiday, and soft Christmas music was playing. The owner Donna was sitting behind the desk, and she too was warm and welcoming. We chatted a bit about the property, and after a quick check-in, she mentioned that there would be tea/coffee, oatmeal cups and homemade pumpkin bread available in the morning. Perfect! Our room was on the 2nd floor (there is no elevator), and was immaculately clean, modern looking and comfortable. Donna really put a lot of thought into the room not only with decor, but with providing simple instructions (for ceiling fan operation, TV operation, etc). There was a microwave, refrigerator, table for two, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, etc. Anything you could need or want, was there! The hot water was plentiful. Noise in the inn was minimal. We would HIGHLY recommend this motel, and look forward to visiting again someday soon!

Everything looked new and in good shape. Very clean. This is not a high end establishment but for the level of the hotel, I was impressed how clean and updated it is. We needed local place to stay one night while visiting our son that wasn’t expensive and this was perfect.

The shower wasn't working in the room the day of check in. They informed me beforehand and instead of changing rooms, they gave me the room next to mine as well! Which turned out to be perfect because I had a friend come up for one night during bike week. So I took the room with the shower and my friend got to sleep in their own room instead of sleeping in mine.

Beds were great, everything is new. Kitchenette is convenient. Convenience store right next door. I messaged that stairs are a problem and they called and emailed that we would be on the first floor. Not much room in the bathroom, only sink is part of kitchenette, but there is counter space for toiletries there.

The Inn was very clean. I found the room too cramped, two full beds took up most of the room. Just a table and two chairs to sit. The microwave and refrigerator with a freezer was great. The fact there was no sink in the bathroom was strange. I had an issue with using the only sink for doing dishes and washing up and brushing my teeth. Checking in and out was very pleasant.

Very basic nothing fancy, it was clean and convenient close to Wiers Beach and other Whit Montains attractions and the price was right. It’s an older style motel that has had recent interior upgrades. Only two small double beds in our room, but they were comfortable. Kind of noisy, no insulation between rooms so you could hear your neighbors and people walking upstairs. They also rent out to “extended stay” renters, so apartment dwellers are there too. Close to Dunkn Donuts, right next door to gas station and a great local pub and breakfast place right down the street. So if you are looking for basic, good price and convenience this place is very good. If you are looking for luxury and amenities this is probably not for you. We never saw the staff as we checked in after 4:00 and the hotel emails you a key code for your room, which was fine. We would probably stay here again because anything else in the area was 3 times the price. We went in June for bike week, no availability in the area other than this hotel, but all we did was sleep & shower there so it was perfect for us.

The staff here saved us during a snowstorm when we were not able to get home. They were all so incredibly kind and accommodating, and made us feel so much better during a hectic time. The room was perfect. The beds were cozy, room had a delightful kitchenette, everything was clean and it had everything you could ask for, for a lovely stay. Also loved and appreciated the drinks and snacks in the office. ☺️ Thank you Terri (not sure of spelling) and the young woman working the desk. You two are amazing. Highly recommend staying here! A cozy and very welcoming Inn. We will definitely be back if we have the chance!

The Moultonbourgh Inn had been recently renovated (paint, flooring, cabinets, etc). The exterior was also renovated. My wife and I (plus small dog) were comfortable. The main drawbacks are: no bathroom sink, the sink in the kitchenette was next to the bathroom and had a mirror over it. Also, there were no robe or towel hooks in the bathroom. We improvised by using clothes hangers from the wardrobe. One other thing that surprised me is that there no overnight onsite staff.
The Moultonbourgh Inn had been recently renovated (paint, flooring, cabinets, etc). The exterior was also renovated. My wife and I (plus small dog) were comfortable. The main drawbacks are: no bathroom sink, the sink in the kitchenette was next to the bathroom and had a mirror over it. Also, there were no robe or towel hooks in the bathroom. We improvised by using clothes hangers from the wardrobe. One other thing that surprised me is that there no overnight onsite staff.

Beds were great, everything is new. Kitchenette is convenient. Convenience store right next door. I messaged that stairs are a problem and they called and emailed that we would be on the first floor. Not much room in the bathroom, only sink is part of kitchenette, but there is counter space for toiletries there.

The room was very small with small table and two chairs; the kitchen was tiny but we could heat the takeout and eat in the room. There were apples and granola bars at the reception. The inn had good location for hiking and swimming in the lake. We enjoyed the stay.

for a no frills hotel/motel, this place was very good. They have obviously put some $$ into this hotel recently as every room was freshly painted and new flooring. Pets are allowed on first floor units and it's conveniently located on a main road in the Lake Winnipesaukee area. Rooms are small but perfect for a short stay.

Very basic nothing fancy, it was clean and convenient close to Wiers Beach and other Whit Montains attractions and the price was right. It’s an older style motel that has had recent interior upgrades. Only two small double beds in our room, but they were comfortable. Kind of noisy, no insulation between rooms so you could hear your neighbors and people walking upstairs. They also rent out to “extended stay” renters, so apartment dwellers are there too. Close to Dunkn Donuts, right next door to gas station and a great local pub and breakfast place right down the street. So if you are looking for basic, good price and convenience this place is very good. If you are looking for luxury and amenities this is probably not for you. We never saw the staff as we checked in after 4:00 and the hotel emails you a key code for your room, which was fine. We would probably stay here again because anything else in the area was 3 times the price. We went in June for bike week, no availability in the area other than this hotel, but all we did was sleep & shower there so it was perfect for us.

This property was fantastic! Our room was extremely clean and the staff was incredible! In the office there were snacks, coffee, water, and even homemade blueberry bread the day we checked out! When we needed extra shampoo, they were on it right away. They are also dog friendly, which was a huge plus for us! Though our stay was short, I could not recommend this location enough. Would definitely stay here again.

The price was right. The person at the front desk was very warm and welcoming. When I asked about where to eat she told me of the of the best choices and gave me a printed list. The room was clean and comfortable and the bed slept well. The fan in the bathroom was extremely loud but that was a very minor thing.

Much to our surprise this was a great stay, room looked newly renovated with comfortable bed. Lobby amenities although limited were free and had a good selection of snacks. Local restaurants were fun and had a good selection of food. Would highly recommend this for all of the above and it was affordable

Nice little motel. Our stay here was really pleasant! They called us with easy check-in instructions since no one was at the front desk, and everything went smoothly. Parking was free and convenient, and the room was spotless with clean bed covers and nice furniture. The area was very quiet, and our room was well-lit and even included a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. While there was no breakfast, they did have snacks, coffee, and tea available in the cozy lobby. The shower pressure was great, towels were fluffy, and they even provided a small black towel for makeup—such a thoughtful touch! Really nice staff both housekeeper and front desk lady. The room was small but it was clean, quiet, safe and cozy! TV was great, was Roku and I was able to stream Xfinity(Comcast) and get all my stations! Entry was easy, the last 4 #’rs of my cell phone! There were lots of free snacks .. Reeses, Cheezits and more at the check in! Parking was great! Loved that I could see my car just outside my window! Overall I would definitely recommend this cute motel in Moultonborough!

We stayed at the Moultonborough Inn for a few days in early December, when we were in the area photographing a wedding. This motel was an affordable option for us, and only 15 minutes from where the wedding was taking place. I can't say enough about our stay. The lobby was warm and welcoming. It was decorated nicely for the holiday, and soft Christmas music was playing. The owner Donna was sitting behind the desk, and she too was warm and welcoming. We chatted a bit about the property, and after a quick check-in, she mentioned that there would be tea/coffee, oatmeal cups and homemade pumpkin bread available in the morning. Perfect! Our room was on the 2nd floor (there is no elevator), and was immaculately clean, modern looking and comfortable. Donna really put a lot of thought into the room not only with decor, but with providing simple instructions (for ceiling fan operation, TV operation, etc). There was a microwave, refrigerator, table for two, dishes, silverware, coffee maker, etc. Anything you could need or want, was there! The hot water was plentiful. Noise in the inn was minimal. We would HIGHLY recommend this motel, and look forward to visiting again someday soon!

The major issue we had with our room was that the shower didn’t work. It was late at night and we didn’t want to call the office because we didn’t want someone coming into our room at that hour. In the morning, when I went into the office, no one was there. We didn’t call out or try to find anyone since we were on the way out and just wanted to report the shower. Instead we left a note in the room with the tip for the person cleaning.
