En general está excelente todo,solo para personas con problemas de caminar existen 9 escalones para accesar al elevador y es incómodo....aparte si tienes equipaje en carro,debes de caminar aproximadamente 90 metros para llegar al hotel...en síntesis ya que estás dentro del hotel ...super bien.

Property location can't be beat. Parking is a hassle as a valet needs to meet you on the street and takes your car from there. The hotel is only a few doors down from here, but you're on a busy, busy street and the ability to park and swap with the valet could be dicey. I ended up waiting over 15minutes before a valet showed up even though i had communicated with the desk 30min before arriving and provided an exact eta. You will need to give the desk a 15-20min heads up to get your car... that said, i never used or needed the car once while staying at this location. And other than the initial delay in getting a valet to take the car, the staff here is excellent and very accomodating.

Muy buenas habitaciones y baños, muy limpias, buena cama, buen internet, buen servicio, excelente relación precio calidad, localizado en plano centro histórico de Queretaro. Únicos temas a considerar es que no tienes restaurant pero hay muchas buenas opciones cercanas y el estacionamiento está a 3 cuadras pero hay Vallet parking lo que resuelve el tema.

Everybody was super nice! Very cute hotel! It was a bit tricky to find because it's in the middle of the block in an enclosed street where only people walk. Make sure you check emailed instructions to call beforehand. They will be ready to take your car.

Great location, awesome rooms, the restaurant was average, the only thing was the parking, they offer vaket parking however if you visit the place in a special Holiday then it will be highly likely that near streets will be closed and you won't access to the address where you should delivery your car.

Perfect location, a bit noisy from the people staying next door but overall is a very nice and clean hotel. I only didn't like the fact that you have to valet every time you want to use your car.

Great stay ! Clean room, comfortable bed, and the customer service was outstanding, I asked for early check in and they where able to accommodate ! I asked for a wheelchair for my loved one and immediately they found one which we where able to use while I stayed there ! Highly recommend this beautiful hotel !

Property is centrally located, right on a walkable shopping strip. During the day there are many pedestrians walking up and down the strip, but the hotel is quiet. The rooms are clean, AC works great, service is provided daily, staff is diligent and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

First of all: location! Steps from key sites in the Centro Histórico. The rooms: very nice and well-equipped, albeit in our case small and windowless. Relatively quick hot water in the shower and very nice fixtures in the bathroom. Minor cons: No access by car to the front door of the hotel; free valet parking helped as did quick offers for help with luggage. We expected breakfast to be available at the hotel (per the Expedia listíng), but the listing was in error. But several good places for breakfast are available nearby. The quoted a price equal to the room cost divided by 24 per hour (in this case $3), for late checkout. Highly recommended!

The site is located close to everything yet tucked away enough to muffle the noises nearby. My room was clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable and the AC was super quiet. Lastly, the staff was great.

The hotel is very pleasant, clean, and service was outstanding. The only things I would mention is that the rooms do not have a minifridge or microwaves. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. I needed some ice for an injury and they got me what I needed at no extra charge. Location can't be beat. Would definitely stay here again and recomend.

Hotel céntrico, muy bien ubicado en en una casona histórica. Carece de frigo-bar. El Wifi es de buena calidad. Se detecta, sobre todo en la parte trasera del hotel, un leve ruido de fondo (como de maquinas) latente, pero que puede llegar a molestar a personas sensibles a esas frecuencias.

We rented 2 rooms with double beds for 4 days total. Our first night was a separate reservation. Price was $50 per room per night. We were put in the correct rooms as they were superior doubles. We stopped at the front desk the next day and we are told my daughter will move to a double room with balcony but the other room is a king room way at the back of the hotel with no windows and our room rate is $30 more! We went back and forth with them but they said it was the only room they could offer us cause they were sold out. I made these reservations in February for Dia de Los Muertos which happens to fall on my daughters birthday. We were previous guests of this hotel and stayed for over a week during COVID in 2021. Very disappointed in their front desk staff and Yasmine was rude and condescending. We won’t be returning to Hotel Madero again.

This property was in a great location in the historic district, so there was a lot to see and do within a very walkable distance. The staff was extremely helpful. The front desk attendants mostly spoke english in addition to spanish, which was awesome for me! I'd stay here again!

If you, like I, are intersted in the colonial, historic part of Querètaro Hotel Madero is THE place to stay. Situated in a beautiful part of town, in a street with no cars, just great local atmosphere, a little plaza and people playing music. It doesn't get better.
