This place is a dumpster fire. Walls are paper thin. The street traffic is so incredibly loud. It’s impossible to sleep & get rest due to all the noise. The front desk person Renata is unprofessional, nasty & aggressive. When we went down to ask why our key wasn’t working she accused us of not rechecking in for our stay. Why would we recheck in the hotel mid stay? Makes absolutely zero sense. Worst part was getting stuck for 45 minutes in their elevator that should be condemned. Front desk person called the elevator company not the fire department which was two doors down to get us out. We had to call 911 to get assistance. Absolutely no apology or effort to help adults struggling to breath in a cramped space. They would rather save money than address an emergency situation properly. This place is a disgrace.

We needed a place to stay close to Westfield and not only was this hotel right in the heart of everything (extremely walkable and free parking!) but it was so NICE on top of it! Outstanding beds, spacious, excellent shower. If given the chance we will stay here again in a heartbeat!

The hotel was decent for our stay. Check in and out was easy. There was an odor of smoke, but overall clean. The elevator was slow, so we took the stairs most days. Our room door stuck and the shower door would not fully close. Overall, satisfactory but not fantastic.

We drove over 6 hours for a funeral and it wasn’t easy to find. We didn’t know where to park,it’s not clear and the entrance had a restaurant attached, that was not open for food, for the 3 days we were there. we had to ask people next door, how to get in the hotel because its not clearly marked and you have to walk your heavy bags all the way around the building, in through the front entrance, to get to an elevator. That needs some attention. There was a horrible odor through the parking lot and all through the hotel. The hotel itself, was clean and the room nice but the refrigerator did not stay cold. It was set to 50 degrees and the odor of the rugs permeated everything. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower and toiletries.

Cute, clean right near all the shopping and restaurants in Westfield. The elevator is a little old/sus so we only used it for luggage otherwise took the stairs. Bedroom was a great size, bathroom also very large and nice. Would stay here again.

It’s our go-to place in Westfield. It’s an old hotel that lacks any charm or quality repairs or maintenance. No pool, hot tub, or gym. The recent remodeling of the rooms is ok but nothing is squared or level. But there’s nothing icky about it and everything is always clean, the staff are nice, plenty of parking, and it’s within walking distance of downtown. We’ve tried AirBNB in town and we’ll always go back to this place.

The elevator was out of order. We got no call, email, or text warning about this. We were put on the 3rd floor and told we had to take the stairs. We would have cancelled if warned. That's probably a big reason why no one reached out to us. By the time we got there and found out we were too exhausted from traveling all day to look for other accomodations. The stairs also has a steep drop that is unsafe when going down. There is a warning sign but it's only visible when going up.

This hotel and its amenities were thoughtfully designed. I appreciated but hadn't expected the lovely bathrobe(s) that were supplied. This nice surprise included a lovely welcome from the lady at the desk. I will definitely stay there again when I'm in the area. I'm a woman traveling alone so I really liked the covered and well lit parking area adjacent to the hotel.

Parking for hotel very tight and very limited. Accomodates about 12 cars. When asked if there was additional parking, hotel attendant said no that it was the only parking. Suspect there was more but attendant didn't know or share.

Rooms are advertised as having refrigerators but they only have wine storage units set at 56 degrees. That is not even enough to chill wine! The one elevator wasn’t working. EV charger in the parking garage wasn’t working.

The room was never cleaned during our 3 day stay. We had to ask for towels. The elevator was broken during our stay. The coffee machine was broken in the breakfast area. Breakfast was horrible. We asked for late check out 11:30 instead of 11) and were harassed by staff at 11 and 11:30 to leave. Toilet got plugged and we were given a plunger to do it ourselves!!!!! Outrageous!!!! Hotel is in a beautiful town. Great location but the hotel stinks!!!! And parking spots are tiny!

We love this hotel and stay often when in area. Quiet, comfortable, good price, great location. Only complaint is breakfast. We appreciate it being offered but items are very poor and often not available including coffee. If breakfast was upgraded I'd give hotel a 5 star for sure.

The room was nice, lots of space, large bathroom, comfortable king size bed. The only problem was the ice machine was just outside our door and kept waking me up as it made or dumped ice every hour or so during the night. The breakfast was very nice - fresh fruit, omelets, options for toast, bagel or croissant. Conveniently located.

Back again after 4 years and like the refurb. All staff were very helpful, room was large. Only gripe was the wine fridge - I prefer the old fridges that were better for storage. The wine fridge was also so noisy that we had to turn the temp up high to stop it making a loud noise all night. Tip - ask for a room on third floor so you don't get noise from upstairs.

Everyone who worked the front desk was super friendly. The woman who managed breakfast each morning was very kind and great with communication. The location was clean and a great spot within walking distance to a variety of coffee shops, restaurants, and things to do.

When taking a shower the handled to shut the water on and off and control temperature fell off. When my wife was attempting to apply makeup and adjust the makeup mirror it fell out of the wall. The shower door wouldn't stay closed while taking a shower, and when we brought this up to the front desk all they said was a half hearted sorry but couldn't do anything about because it was the weekend. BEWARE. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

The room was fine, but I would not book this hotel again. I arrived early for my room after traveling since 4am, to be told by the receptionist that "Check in is at 3," nothing else offered. I suggested she could at least hold my bags as I had a full schedule of events that afternoon, which seemed like an inconvenience to her, and had to ask more than once if there was a bathroom where I could freshen up, which I was finally directed to. At checkout, I was waiting for my uber when another guest arrived, and was told by the same receptionist that "Check in is at 3 but we can get you a room now. No charge for early check in," and he was accommodated right away. Not sure what was going on there, but shouldn't all guests be treated the same? Even if no room was available, why did I have to advocate for basic service like holding my bags and access to a restroom? Also- plumbing was backwards in the shower- turning the knob to hot gets ice cold water.

Upon entering the front desl clerk maybe he was the owner he was extremely nice.As for the Hotel it was decorated very up to date and really nice,also the hotel was IMMACULATE, which is very important. We had a delicious free breakfast. 10 star in my book

The only drawback is that it’s right in front of railroad tracks!! Train station right down the street. That noise doesn’t bother me - but I’m sure others might be bothered!

We love this hotel and stay often when in area. Quiet, comfortable, good price, great location. Only complaint is breakfast. We appreciate it being offered but items are very poor and often not available including coffee. If breakfast was upgraded I'd give hotel a 5 star for sure.

Efficient and friendly service. Well appointed room - great TV; nice to have a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator available even though we stayed only one night. Bed was very comfortable. Only two suggestions for the room: add room-darkening blinds, and reduce brightness of lights (or add dimmers). Breakfast was very good; breakfast room was cozy and well-managed; staff was very friendly. Hotel is right in the heart of town, walking distance to a birthday party we were attending at Yestercades. Overall a great hotel!

The room was nice, lots of space, large bathroom, comfortable king size bed. The only problem was the ice machine was just outside our door and kept waking me up as it made or dumped ice every hour or so during the night. The breakfast was very nice - fresh fruit, omelets, options for toast, bagel or croissant. Conveniently located.

The breakfast was pretty horrible. Microwaveable omelette and frozen pancakes that were as hard as cardboard. Watered down coffee. The laundry machine was broken for the entire stay. The staff were all wonderful and helpful and the hotel was clean.

Stayed at the Westfield Inn 2 or 3 times in 1990s; liked it then. Recent renovations left the feeling of a small, welcoming hotel intact, also everything (room, hallways, breakfast room, entry/concierge room on 1st floor) felt and looked to me current; clean, contemporary, stylish bathrooms and bathing supplies (hair and body cleansers, towels), pillow top beds. etc. I could ell instantly that entry/concierge room looked familiar yet had been updated. Again, clean, fresh, but no sense of anything just done in slapdash manner. Everything carefully planned and done in renovations/updates. Good breakfast in a comfortable, modern breakfast room. Selections for any food choice or requirements (omnivore, vegetarian, gluten free, vegan). And of course waffle maker and freshly prepared food brought out if anything ran low. Pleasant and unobtrusive staff available, efficient. Good hotel within walking distance (zero to six blocks) of a downtown that has and continues to change from the 1990s: Vibrant town, shops. Cuisines from around the world; personal care, growth, training; most open, others with "approved permits" in window almost ready for business. Exciting town, but still retains small-town character. I had a great stay and would highly recommend this property. Clean, spacious, modern rooms, convenient layout. The hotel staff are great, especially those team members who work at breakfast -- everyone in the breakfast room was extremely friendly, kind, and professional, and made guests feel welcome. Otherwise, the room and bathroom were clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable. The refrigerator in the room didn't go below 48 degrees, which was not sufficient for food; only beverages.
