Hostal con una ubicación de 10. Todo en muy buen estado, muy nuevo. Habitaciones cómodas y funcionales. Áreas comunes agradables. El personas es muy servicial, atento y agradable! Por poner algún pero, algunos servicios básicos son de pago como toalla para ducha o taquilla. Se agradeceria que proporcionen candado para la cajonera para maletas.

sehr tolles Hostel - super Lage mit Blick auf die Ponte Dom Luís Brücke. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Für Alleinreisende bieten sie einen tollen Ort der Vernetzung: Bar, Dinner, etc. Es hat mehr Sterne verdient.

Localização ótima, perto do rio e de frente para Vila Nova de Gaia. Dá para ir andando para quase todas as principais atrações da cidade. Hostel moderno, com excelente infraestrutura e super limpo. Vale a estadia, seja ela curta ou longa!

Relaxed, modern and a pretty unique hostel as it functions with strict processes & procedures like that of a 3-star hotel in a great location. Special unique touches like a "welcome drink", wooden keycard & carpets in hallway common areas.I have enjoyed my stay here special thanks to Thiego, Victor, Maria & Felix and everyone else who made my stay memorable!

Great location, only a block from the river. I was in a room with 7 other females, and loved the privacy curtain and charging USB plugs. The place didn't feel like a hostel at all besides that. There were 2 elevators: one for even # floors, the other for odd. Nice, chill lobby but hardly anyone interacting. I used the side lounge area around 2-3a and I was the only one there. There's personnel at the front desk 24 hours. The main issue was the setup to get to the top bunk bed was not the safest; there is no real stairs to climb, and getting myself up there was a challenge while trying to keep the bottom bunks curtain close for her privacy. Also, the restroom is a decent size (and inside the room) but gives you enough privacy. However there was no refill of 'body wash' or soap or toilet paper the 2 days I was there even though we notified several people while they were inspecting and/or cleaning the room. The shower door had an enormous gap on the bottom that invited large amounts of water to leak out. There was a towel placed there by someone one day and picked up by housekeeping the next day and not replaced. There are 2 sinks which is great and cubbies for each bed under the sink. Just wish there was a bigger shelf inside the shower and somewhere to hang our clothes and towel. A lot of male personnel kept coming into the room to clean but they were very friendly. And the drawers under the beds were very spacious but if you have a big suitcase, it won't fit

The hostel is located near the river which is nice. This is usually a pretty active area at night so it can be a bit noisy till late night. Close to the metro station (about 10 mins walk) but Porto has a very uneven landscape so be prepared for an uphill climb. The room was spacious and nice. What I really liked was the fact that the room and shower/toilet were in physically separated unlike most hostels in Portugal/Spain. So it's less disturbing if you are in sleep when someone else uses the toilet/shower. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around so you never run out of options for food. I had a bit of an issue at the reception as they charged me twice for the stay. The full amount has already been paid before my check-in but after my check-out they charged on my card again without notifying me (only received the bank notification). However, they eventually processed a refund but it took more than 3 days for me to receive money which wasn't great (I was already on the last day of my trip when I received the money back so I essentially had to top up my card again due to no fault of my own). This could have been avoided easily if they checked before charging my card again. There's no kitchen onsite to even get some water/refill a water bottle which is a bit of a let down. The breakfast was great. There were fruits, cereal, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bean, bread, coffee and even pasteis de nata (though for these you had to come in rather early). I could hear the traffic down the street, and that was rather noisy during the festive period. The common room has a huge TV, but it does not work (it was rather disappointing, as there was no sign on it, but reception confirmed it was not working).

I recommend this hostel for its location in the heart of events in Ribeira. Comfort, cleanliness, decor, design and services with a great restaurant and a music room for guests. Hostel excelente, superou as minhas expectativas. Cama confortável, limpo, espaçoso e silencioso, apesar de ser hostel. Café da manhã farto e saboroso. Únicos pontos negativos: barulho dos carros e motos à noite na rua e o banheiro quando alguém tomava banho molhava todo o banheiro, pois não retia apenas na parte de tomar banho.

+ Super nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, die Lage ist unschlagbar, Betten sehr gemütlich und Dorms nett eingerichtet - Es ist sehr laut, Sauberkeit und Einrichtung der Badezimmer lässt zu Wünschen übrig (Duschkabine im Dorm fiel komplett auseinander und auch das Wasser lief 4 Tage lang nicht wirklich ab, Türschloss klemmte extrem, Toilettenschüssel nicht fest...)

Unfortunately i did not have breakfast i left 7am in the morning where the breakfast start at 8am but overall was good except i saw my bed there’s hair on my bed which isn’t my colour hair and I’m afraid that the sheet haven’t change at all, but overall I’m pretty satisfied with it.

Excelente estadia. Os quartos e banheiros são amplos e limpos. As roupas decamas são limpas e confortáveis. Ar condicionado funxiona muito bem Café da minhã é excelente. O espaço de convivência é amplo e agradável.

I would not recommend this hostel. They seem understaffed. Check in was very slow although I registered online “ to skip the line”. The rooms were not cleaned properly. I had to speck to them several times to get a huge mess left all over the floor by a late night party goer. Slick marketing but not a great experience. Needs to get on top of management to make sure rooms are cleaned after each guest and all their junk is removed.

A hospedagem é quase na beira do rio, menos de uma quadra. O que quer dizer que para ir para as outras partes de visitação terá que subir ladeiras. Me deixaram fazer check in mais cedo tipo 1hora antes, foram extremamente cordiais, o quarto era limpo, e não era tão barulhento quanto eu pensei. O café da manhã era de hotel 4 estrelas praticamente, tinha muita opção para comer e muito gostoso.
A hospedagem é quase na beira do rio, menos de uma quadra. O que quer dizer que para ir para as outras partes de visitação terá que subir ladeiras. Die Unterkunft ist super! Sehr nah am Fluss, wo man abends gut sitzen kann. Perfekt für einen Tag in Porto bevor es auf den Caminho Português geht. Die Kathedrale zum Starten ist nicht weit. Zur Sauberkeit: Ansich alles super. Wie in jedem Gemeinschaftsbad hat man halt leider Leute, die nicht hinter sich sauber machen können ... Tipp zur Umgebung: Lauft ein bisschen durch die Gassen und geht mal bei einem kleineren Restaurant was essen. Die sind auch super, bleiben aber oft fast leer, während am Flussufer tausende Leute bei moderater Serviceleistung sitzen...

What a fabulous location, bang in the centre of Porto. At £27 per night it was incredible value. Dormitories are not to everyone's taste but careful layout of bunks and privacy curtains make the experience more than pleasant. After 12 nights on the Camino de Santiago, this was just another routine sleep.

When all 8 beds in dorm are full it gets a little crowded. Most guests checked out within a day or two… Shower and toilet within a pretty small space and water was getting onto the floor in front of toilet. Sinks for getting ready are open concept and right on the way out so a little awkward. Other than those things it was a good experience and a pretty good spot to meet other travellers. Staff was always friendly and helpful! Right near the Douro river so lots to see and do plus many photo opportunities!

Ich reise seit 20 Jahren un die Welt, davon viel alleine und insbesondere als ich noch jünger war, war ich sehr viel in hostels. Ich habe lange überlegt ob das mit inzwischen 41 das richtige für mich ist. Drec, Lärm und grölende besoffene Teenies brauch ich nicht mehr. Ich habe es riskiert und muss sagen: ja es bleibt natürlich ein hostel - aber eins mit Stil. Modern eingerichtet, bequeme Betten mit Vorhang und eigner Steckdose + Licht. Sehr schöne Gemeinschafts-Areas. Alles auch überwiegend sauber. Im Zimmer selbst kommt es natürlich auf die Leute an, die es bewohnen... Mein Bett fühlte sich auch sauber an, die Bettwäsche roch frisch und angenehm. Die Lage ist zudem top. Das Frühstück auch. Habe in keinem hostel je so viel beim Frühstück geboten bekommen! Alles in allem wirklich gut wenn man mal wieder solo unterwegs ist und nicht Unmengen für ein Hotel ausgeben möchte. Aber es gibt auch ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Es gibt im Bad quasi keine Abstellmöglichkeiten und auch keine Haken an denen man Handtücher aufhängen könnte. Platz dafür wäre genug! Hier sollte man unbedingt nachrüsten! Kostet wenig - bringt viel. Zimmer & Bad: - Die Duschtür ist unten offen was zur Folge hat, dass das komplette Bad permanent unter Wasser steht. Das ist unnötig ekelhaft und müsste nicht sein, würde man die Tür der Dusche bis ganz runter schließen. - Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen --> keine Frischluft Frühstück - Raum für Frühstück zwar sehr schön aber viel zu klein und zu w

Local super bem localizado, em frente ao rio Douro com varios restaurantes, bares ao lado. Local limpo e apesar de ser um albergue moderno, tinha otimo cafe da manhã, funcionarios muito simpaticos e limpeza diária. Gostamos do nosso quarto, pegamos um individual para casal. Quarto espaçoso, como melhorias deveriam colocar um frigobar no quarto, Compramos agua e nao tinha como deixar gelada e mais tomadas no quarto, alem de um espelho grande fora do banheiro. Para mulher era dificil se arrumar pois o espelho fora do quaryo era pequena. imulinação tb poderia ser melhor, achamos o quarto com iluminação ruim e poucas tomadas, poderia ter mais. Mas foi otimo!

Great location, only a block from the river. I was in a room with 7 other females, and loved the privacy curtain and charging USB plugs. The place didn't feel like a hostel at all besides that. There were 2 elevators: one for even # floors, the other for odd. Nice, chill lobby but hardly anyone interacting. I used the side lounge area around 2-3a and I was the only one there. There's personnel at the front desk 24 hours. The main issue was the setup to get to the top bunk bed was not the safest; there is no real stairs to climb, and getting myself up there was a challenge while trying to keep the bottom bunks curtain close for her privacy. Also, the restroom is a decent size (and inside the room) but gives you enough privacy. However there was no refill of 'body wash' or soap or toilet paper the 2 days I was there even though we notified several people while they were inspecting and/or cleaning the room. The shower door had an enormous gap on the bottom that invited large amounts of water to leak out. There was a towel placed there by someone one day and picked up by housekeeping the next day and not replaced. There are 2 sinks which is great and cubbies for each bed under the sink. Just wish there was a bigger shelf inside the shower and somewhere to hang our clothes and towel. A lot of male personnel kept coming into the room to clean but they were very friendly. And the drawers under the beds were very spacious but if you have a big suitcase, it won't fit

The breakfast was great. There were fruits, cereal, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bean, bread, coffee and even pasteis de nata (though for these you had to come in rather early). I could hear the traffic down the street, and that was rather noisy during the festive period. The common room has a huge TV, but it does not work (it was rather disappointing, as there was no sign on it, but reception confirmed it was not working).

石造りの、歴史がありそうなかっこいい建物です。 唯一不便だったのは、二段ベッドの上でしたがハシゴがなく登りにくかったです。 部屋はバスルームふくめ清潔で問題ありませんでした。特筆すべきは料金に含まれるビュッフェの朝食で、フレッシュな野菜や果物がたくさん用意されていて気分があがりました！

I would not recommend this hostel. They seem understaffed. Check in was very slow although I registered online “ to skip the line”. The rooms were not cleaned properly. I had to speck to them several times to get a huge mess left all over the floor by a late night party goer. Slick marketing but not a great experience. Needs to get on top of management to make sure rooms are cleaned after each guest and all their junk is removed.

A hospedagem é quase na beira do rio, menos de uma quadra. O que quer dizer que para ir para as outras partes de visitação terá que subir ladeiras. Me deixaram fazer check in mais cedo tipo 1hora antes, foram extremamente cordiais, o quarto era limpo, e não era tão barulhento quanto eu pensei. O café da manhã era de hotel 4 estrelas praticamente, tinha muita opção para comer e muito gostoso.

The hostel is located near the river which is nice. This is usually a pretty active area at night so it can be a bit noisy till late night. Close to the metro station (about 10 mins walk) but Porto has a very uneven landscape so be prepared for an uphill climb. The room was spacious and nice. What I really liked was the fact that the room and shower/toilet were in physically separated unlike most hostels in Portugal/Spain. So it's less disturbing if you are in sleep when someone else uses the toilet/shower. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around so you never run out of options for food. I had a bit of an issue at the reception as they charged me twice for the stay. The full amount has already been paid before my check-in but after my check-out they charged on my card again without notifying me (only received the bank notification). However, they eventually processed a refund but it took more than 3 days for me to receive money which wasn't great (I was already on the last day of my trip when I received the money back so I essentially had to top up my card again due to no fault of my own). This could have been avoided easily if they checked before charging my card again. There's no kitchen onsite to even get some water/refill a water bottle which is a bit of a let down. No free luggage storage. They have lockers for which you have to pay extra.

We must be frank and admit that the success of this experience is essentially thanks to the very attentive team of the hostel. I recommend this hostel for its location in the heart of events in Ribeira. Comfort, cleanliness, decor, design and services with a great restaurant and a music room for guests. What a fabulous location, bang in the centre of Porto. At £27 per night it was incredible value. Dormitories are not to everyone's taste but careful layout of bunks and privacy curtains make the experience more than pleasant. After 12 nights on the Camino de Santiago, this was just another routine sleep.

Localização ótima, perto do rio e de frente para Vila Nova de Gaia. Dá para ir andando para quase todas as principais atrações da cidade. Hostel moderno, com excelente infraestrutura e super limpo. Vale a estadia, seja ela curta ou longa!

What I really liked was the fact that the room and shower/toilet were in physically separated unlike most hostels in Portugal/Spain. So it's less disturbing if you are in sleep when someone else uses the toilet/shower. There are a lot of restaurants and cafes around so you never run out of options for food. I had a bit of an issue at the reception as they charged me twice for the stay. The full amount has already been paid before my check-in but after my check-out they charged on my card again without notifying me (only received the bank notification). However, they eventually processed a refund but it took more than 3 days for me to receive money which wasn't great (I was already on the last day of my trip when I received the money back so I essentially had to top up my card again due to no fault of my own). This could have been avoided easily if they checked before charging my card again. There's no kitchen onsite to even get some water/refill a water bottle which is a bit of a let down. No free luggage storage. They have lockers for which you have to pay extra.

Ich habe es riskiert und muss sagen: ja es bleibt natürlich ein hostel - aber eins mit Stil. Modern eingerichtet, bequeme Betten mit Vorhang und eigner Steckdose + Licht. Sehr schöne Gemeinschafts-Areas. Alles auch überwiegend sauber. Im Zimmer selbst kommt es natürlich auf die Leute an, die es bewohnen... Mein Bett fühlte sich auch sauber an, die Bettwäsche roch frisch und angenehm. Die Lage ist zudem top. Das Frühstück auch. Habe in keinem hostel je so viel beim Frühstück geboten bekommen! Alles in allem wirklich gut wenn man mal wieder solo unterwegs ist und nicht Unmengen für ein Hotel ausgeben möchte. Aber es gibt auch ein paar Verbesserungsvorschläge: - Es gibt im Bad quasi keine Abstellmöglichkeiten und auch keine Haken an denen man Handtücher aufhängen könnte. Platz dafür wäre genug! A hospedagem é quase na beira do rio, menos de uma quadra. O que quer dizer que para ir para as outras partes de visitação terá que subir ladeiras. Me deixaram fazer check in mais cedo tipo 1hora antes, foram extremamente cordiais, o quarto era limpo, e não era tão barulhento quanto eu pensei. O café da manhã era de hotel 4 estrelas praticamente, tinha muita opção para comer e muito gostoso.

The breakfast was great. There were fruits, cereal, boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, bean, bread, coffee and even pasteis de nata (though for these you had to come in rather early). I could hear the traffic down the street, and that was rather noisy during the festive period. The common room has a huge TV, but it does not work (it was rather disappointing, as there was no sign on it, but reception confirmed it was not working).

Excellent place to stay for a few days exploring Porto. Central location, nice rooms and friendly staff. We booked the family room which was just as nice as a much more expensive hotel room - only this was more spacious than most hotel rooms.

Superb location for exploring Porto, in a modern, stylish and quality hostel. Included breakfast was better than we thought it might be! Only downside is the road outside is noisy as there’s a tunnel that every plonker with a noisy motorbike or car decides to rev the hell out of it to blast through the tunnel - so bring some earplugs! That didn’t detract from an amazing “luxury” hostel in a fab location. Highly recommended!
