The staff was amazing we needed housekeeping for a spill and they came right away. Unfortunately the big bummer was pool hours as we arrived after 5 and my plan was to swim and use the hot tub however closes at 6. I stayed there for the pool but otherwise everything was great

1. The person who checked us in was not warm, did not smile, needs some courtesy tips. 2. We did not like paying an extra $100 even though we will get it back.3. The indoor pool needs to be open many more hours. 4. The valet service and the luggage people were excellent!!!5. More dinner options that appeal to the middle class people. Wahlburg's was great! 6. The lower roof needs to be cleaned up...does not look good at all! 7. We did not get our tickets which we paid for three weeks in advance from Stub Hub...we did not get to go to the show Beachboys..will never be back. May try Mohegan Sun possibly though.

There was food and spillage still in the refrigerator. Behind the TV and lamps was lots of dust. You could see they only vacuumed the center of the rug not the edges. The elevator had lots of fingerprints all over it. The ice machine has graffiti on it.

Asked for a smoking room, which we got. The room was dusty, carpet was not vacuumed, bathroom had spots on the walks and mirror. This room was replaced with a non smoking room that had to be cleaned

We got to the check in desk and were told they were giving us a room with two queen beds instead of the king we thought we were getting, when we asked they told us we only bought “the privilege to a room not the actual room” Well the room was disgusting, dingy stained carpet, dust everywhere, and there was a light in the wardrobe that shined into the room that we couldn’t turn off and kept me awake all night, needles to say we won’t be returning to this place and will think twice before making a hotel reservation via Expedia

Absolutely Stunning Stay! The suite was everything we hoped for and more—spacious, beautifully designed, and truly exceptional. We had a wonderful time from start to finish. And the tub? This is Avery nice hotel with plenty of dining options and gaming . The staff is very nice but my only complaint was the room itself because the king bed mattress was very uncomfortable as well as the pillows

The room was nice enough, but a few things to note. Upon entering, there was definitely a smell. I can’t pinpoint the exact smell, but somewhere in between musty or smoky. It could possibly be due to the fact that we were on the 9th floor where the pool is and the hall smells heavily of chlorine, but the room had a different scent. It could definitely use a deep clean or some sort of automatic air freshener. Other observations, not enough plugs- only plugs by the night stand. There need to be plugs by the desk for laptops. The refrigerator had strange temperature controls. You can either have it running all the time (which ends up freezing what ever is inside) or 8 hrs on, 2 hrs off. It was weird. Just have a normal refrigerator. We had a two queen room and there was only one light on the nightstand so if one person wanted to go to sleep, the room was completely dark. 2 queen rooms should have lights above both beds to accommodate both sides. Shower pressure decent, not terrific. There was only one towel hook in the bathroom. It looked like a towel bar had been there at one point, but never replaced. If you are looking for a view, the 9th floor ain’t it. We were looking out onto a roof and directly into rooms across from us. Windows were not tinted, so you can see inside other rooms. The pros: the beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean.

We had a one-night stay on a Friday night. The hotel and casino were busy but not a madhouse. Check in was swift and easy and the desk staff was terrific. Very fortunate that our room was ready early. If they enforced the 5:00pm check, it would have been a deal killer for future stays. Enjoyed some wings and beer in Guy's. It was a short-ish drive down to Mystic to spend the afternoon at the aquarium. The room was clean and comfortable - but didn't like the pillows, they were hard / overfilled. Will stay again for our next trip to Mystic. It helped that we won a few dollars in the casino... the sugar on top of our trip.

Great room however... a room for 2 needs 2 similar chairs to sit in, other than that cosmetic upgrades or even a step in to the future and make them smart rooms.. housekeeping NEVER came after first night room was as we left it when we came back from concert. However the registration staff was exceptional!

The property and design are awesome. Management needs to be reviewed. There was a line of people waiting to check in on mother's day, and only 3 front desk staff members to check people in. Unacceptable. The toilet in our first room overflowed from use as we first entered the room. You'd think the housekeeping staff would have known about the toilet situation. I've always liked this casino in the past. Sad to find out, there's no more buffet to enjoy the seafood dishes. That was always a big plus during my visits.

Gorgeous property and rooms. This place truly feels luxurious, down to the very carpets. Our room was comfortable and made me want to come back for a longer stay so I could take advantage of that nice deep bathtub. Even the casinos themselves felt classy and not messy and sticky like some do. My only real critique was that the signage was really confusing in a lot of areas, so we got pretty turned around trying to get from our car to the lobby and then from the lobby to our room. Otherwise a genuinely delightful stay.

Stay was great! No noise when in room. Most things and restaurants was located within walking distance except Fox Tower was a little longer hike then expected so if your doing things in Fox Tower maybe stay in Fox Towers.

The Hotel is a solid 3 out 5. It’s large and can be somewhat tricky to find your way around and we had to ask more than once for directions. Food was good. Room was clean, was a bit of noise on our floor during night. Played Bingo, enjoyed it. Overall a good experience. It was our first time so next time we will prob be able to navigate more easily. I would go back.

We celebrated our 2nd wedding anniversary, what we will do different is go on a weekend. Due to some venues where closed. But we still had a nice time, we had a great dinner at the Prime Steak restaurant. We did our favorite thing which is gamble. The room was okay, I was given an upgrade chose via email, but I guess it wasn't available which was a bummer.
