The room disgusting cracked mirror ,television don’t work nor phone I was told that is all they had available the room was filthy I complained to the front desk I had 84 year mother sat up all night scared go to sleep what shame and disgrace whom ever was above our room made loud banging noise

You get what you pay for

Well I booked a queen bed and I got the insurance and when I showed up I was told that they don't have any queen beds they only have two doubles and it was a non-smoking room. So I didn't get to sleep with my wife we had to sleep in separate beds the room used to be a smoking room because they were cigarette Burns on the edge of the bathtub the floor in the bathroom was coming up there were stains and all sorts of crap in the sink the air conditioning fan was only on low it wouldn't go to medium or high. So they gave away my room to someone else even though I paid for the insurance the room was a wreck the check-in was a disgrace the lady had to get up twice and go to the back room and speak in Spanish so I wouldn't understand what she was saying so from beginning to end it was a nightmare will not be staying there again and I recommend anybody thinking about staying there you find somewhere else. I also wasn't given a discount of any kind for them giving away my room which is again horrible horrible business. So my experience might be different from others so it's up to you whether you want to give them a shot or not. But my recommendation is stay away

Front desk person was sampling perfumes/colognes upon my arrival. Had me wait 10 minutes while she was finishing up. A line was forming behind me. Cops were there dealing with an issue. Children were unattended running around the lot. People were outside their rooms smoking weed. Our door kept getting stuck, couldn’t open. OUR ROOM SMELLED SO BAD OF CIGARETTES. IT WAS DISGUSTING! My son has asthma and had a hard time dealing with the smell! There were cigarette burns on sink, toilet and shower ledge. Had microwave and mini fridge…,had to move entire thing (microwave was attached permanently to fridge) over to teach the plug. Seriously a joke! Would never recommend or stay there ever again! We only spent the night to attend a concert at people bank arena. Bad idea.

Hotel has 7.2 rating no idea how. The condition of the buildings and general cleanliness was pretty poor. Probably should be a 4-5 rating
