I called prior to booking a room as to the hot tub. Was it operational, hot, etc. Desk clerk said it was set at 103 degrees. When we got there and checked it out it was cold but the jets were working. Carlos said he'd get it working, it would take a couple of hours. Much later it was still cold. Pool thermometer was at 80 degrees. Then Carlos said "someone" had pushed the "emergency stop" button and he couldn't do anything about it, but the jets were still working. The next day was the same excuse. It is a health violation and also false advertising to claim the "hot tub" is "hot.". I chose your motel because I was told the hot tub was operational. I come to Sierra Vista frequently as my oldest son lives there. I'll not use your motel again.

Nice variety of breakfast choices. Pleasant staff. Entering the parking area, located behind the hotel, was not clear as we checked in. (You can't park out front due to the ADA spaces unless you are authorized.) Back parking entrance was cluttered with odds and ends; the bbq area needs a separation from the parking lot to be of more privacy and better used.

Excellent stay. Only drawback was they had no rollaway beds and, even though there were only three of us in a room with two queen beds, we would have preferred each had their own bed. But, the hotel was clean, the people were friendly, the facilities were nice, and it was handy to where we wanted to be. We did laundry one day and it was easy and a good price. We also used the fitness center (treadmill was out of order) and it was just ok. The breakfast was also good. Overall a good stay.

We drove 10 hours from Chula Vista Ca, arrived at 3pm on our arrival date, and all we wanted to do was to cool down in the pool as it was over 108 degrees. They gate to the pool was locked, and we were unable to use our key to open. NOT ONE single staff member including the manager could locate a key to open the pool gate. We were informed that they would let us know when it was opened and never received a follow up on the status. After waiting 2 hours to use the pool, we gave up. Complete disappointment that the manager on duty did not even reach out to tell us anything- just completely ignored. pretty bummed about our stay

This is a pet friendly hotel but, I can't speak to that as I didn't have a pet with us this time. The room was very clean as well has the hotel. The Hotel is right outside of the Main Gate of Ft. Huachuca. There is a Restuarant right next door that you can walk over to that is family friendly. With a lot of outdoor seating space and a grass area for kids to play in. The Hotel has a great firepit and seating and a nice pool and a hot tub. The free hot breakfast is wonderful! This is a excellent hotel to stay at.

When we arrived in our room, there was pee around the toilet and hair on toilet seat. It had not been cleaned. I immediately called front desk and she came right up and cleaned it. She stated that they had a new cleaner that day. They should have followed behind the new cleaner to check her work. Also my bed needed rechanged as there was a hair between the sheets. The front desk clerk took care of all of that and no other problems. Great front desk staff

Great stay! The Friday night rate was pretty high, given it’s a small town. The room and bathroom were very clean and it was very quiet, despite the brewery next door having a big event. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom is very small but nice.

The place was nice, very clean, and had a pleasant aroma. I had a great one-night stay and will definitely come back. The only inconvenience was finding access to the building due to the construction happening nearby. Other than that, the experience was good, and it was quiet at night.

We loved this hotel. It's very close to Fort Huachuca where our son is stationed. Easy on and off the major highways. The hotel is very clean, looks recently renovated, and well designed. The staff was professional and friendly--even despite checking in late at night. They assisted us in canceling our last night and were helpful and gracious about it. Only 30 minutes to Tombstone and Bisbee. Plentiful free parking. Circle K across the street for snacks and gas. I can highly recommend staying at this hotel when visiting Sierra Vista and the Army base. We'll be back.

I regularly travel to Sierra Vista for work on weekends and have stayed at most of the hotels there. I will say that the service at BW is the nicest and most accommodating I’ve received. Jason was incredibly friendly and helpful. Having employees like him definitely makes the place stand out amongst the other hotels in town. The entire property and the room were very clean. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had at a hotel. All in all, a great stay (and the room was $100 less than the other places in town for the night). Thank you so much!

I got room 216, king bed with a huge balcony. I was able to see my vehiclenfrom the room and had a great view of the pool. Thisbis an older property but was remodeled nicely. The complimentary breakfast was far better than many other chain hotels I stay at frequently. Lots of hot and cold choices, and some of the tastiest turkey sausage patties Ive had. Tombstone Brewing Company has a location next-door with great food, beer and a nice outdoor spqce in back. Pay a little more to stay here, you wont be disappointed! I know I'll be back.

We had to change rooms because the tub wouldn't drain properly. One morning the smoke alarm started going off for no reason. Bed was sagging in the middle. Shower head water pressure was terrible. Don't think we will be staying there again.

We didn't like the small bathroom in our king bedroom. Plus the water pressure was almost nonexistent. The breakfast was really good and kudos to the ladies who took such good care of the breakfast area. The staff was pleasant, close to Tombstone Brewery and clean overall.

One of the more quiet hotels I\'ve stayed in. I didn\'t eat anything from the free "breakfast" offered because I\'m a picky eater and not especially hungry in the morning, but it looked like the standard fare. I did have coffee from the machine and that was fine. Nothing spectacular, but sufficient for my needs. Staff was friendly. Everything seemed clean and shower worked well, so no complaints and would stay here again.

My check in took FOREVER ! I was the first guest for a new front desk trainee. I was polite and didn't complain. But I should have. We had only 75 minutes to rest after a 9 hour drive before working for another 6 hours. The check in took near half of our much needed and anticipated rest time. In the future it would be much more courteous if the training clerk would ask the arriving PAYING guest if they have the time to work with the trainee. I was quite put out and disappointed.

Lobby staff was not that friendly and neglected to mention the pool was not available even days before when I called asking specifically about that. This was one of the main reasons to book the property besides the fact of it being pet friendly. And, the area where dogs are allowed to be is extremely small and kind of disappointing

The rooms were clean and cool. They also let us drop off our luggage early because we had other obligations and didn't want our luggage sitting in the car for a few of hours. We got back to the hotel an hour and a half early. They found a room that was ready, and let us check in with no extra charge.

The hotel was clean and quiet. I enjoyed my stay. The road was almost shut down due to a lot of construction coming into the hotel so it could only handle one way traffic. Other than that it was a good stay.

Nice, clean hotel, breakfast is good and clean, and had the variety of different coffees as well since it was the expresso coffee machine. Able to see the sun rise. Only 5 minutes to the military base. Feel safe. The road is under construction.

Property & staff were great. Room was clean. What I didn't like was being awaken during the night by barking dogs in neighboring rooms. I would have preferred a room with the sink area outside of the bathroom area. Breakfast was okay. I wanted pancakes but the pancake machine was not working. Turned out they forgot to put pancake mix in it. My hsband hated their coffee. He went across the street to Circle K for "good" coffee.
