The residence was clean, spacious and well appointed. The rooftop patio was a real plus! If you are driving a car, access is somewhat challenging with narrow streets but manageable. The central location made it very easy to walk to see the sights of Seville. we would highly recommend this property for your visit to Seville.

The location is unbeatable, but the property itself does leave much to be desired. I found the floors to be dirty, and the apartment in a bit of disrepair. Flaking walls and flies coming out of the drains, and our apartment on the ground floor was dark. It was safe, central, and comfortable enough, just didn't live up to my expectation.

Loved the central location as it was walking distance to everything we wanted to see, our relaxing outside patio, our unexpected joy of learning a washer was included in our unit, the layout and decorations. Didn’t like one of the twin beds made wire squeak noises with every turn and it took us a while to figure out how to open and lock all the windows… but we got it and they worked well and we’re safe.

This apartment hotel was very conveniently located near the Seville Cathedral and the Alcazar. The apartment itself was clean and roomy for us three adults. The kitchenette came in handy as we could make our breakfasts before heading out. The property provided us milk, orange juice, water bottles, and some sweet tortillas to get us started.
