Rooms were clean. Staff friendly. WIFI was free, it didn't have a strong signal. I had to go outside or in the lobby to get a strong signal. Besides the WIFI everything was great!

This motel is fine, the room was pretty clean and the staff was friendly and quick to help. It’s nice that they have laundry for pretty cheap. Unfortunately the internet setup isn’t great. I was unable to connect most of the time. That combined with a pretty lousy selection of tv channels made for a pretty boring stay.

If you're visiting for Disney this place is quiet and convenient. The bus stop straight to Disney is across the street. I chose to uber for flexibility which cost about $10 each way. Bring slippers as the floors are not cleaned very well. Other than that it felt clean and safe. There are reasonably priced vending machines available with water and electrolytes (other items too of couse). Saved me from having to stop at a store .

They have very poor internet service. It appears that their ISP is Spectrum (Charter) who apparently have no problem with selling consumer-grade crappy service to a business that needs commercial-grade internet service. Unfortunately the hotel does not have access to a real network engineer who could explain to the hotel management that they are getting screwed by Spectrum and it reflects poorly on the hotel. The employees are awesome. I don't remember their names but they were helpful and kind -- the employees reflect well on the hotel.

This hotel is a totally acceptable crash pads, especially if you're not looking for anything fancy/plan to spend most of your time in the parks. The bathroom was not the cleanest, showers had really poor water pressure, and we couldn't get a hold of staff to assist with any needs that arose. There was only one elevator and it was quite far away from our room so if you have mobility issues I wouldn't recommend this spot, there were also no carts for us to use to bring our bags up which wouldn't have been a huge deal but there was enough transient foot traffic around the hotel that we didn't want to leave anything in the car. Overall, we slept and got cleaned up just fine so if that's all you're looking for this is a great place to save some money and still have access to the harbour Blvd bus lines to the park (especially if you plan on eating breakfast in the parks anyways and aren't looking to take advantage of a hotel breakfast). We were happy with this stay but we did get what we paid for.

Great location. Good size room. However the room was dirty, ac unit full of dust, carpet needing shampoo and wash. Phone was old and stained . Overall a good room to sleep in after you clean it up a bit using wipes I brought at the dollar store. Lol

We got a room with the private hot tub. I did run a cycle before getting in because I was worried the jets would be dirty. However it was clean. The room was not as clean. When you walk in your slapped with the smell of must/mold. The bathroom floors desperately need a deep clean. I found long dark hairs everywhere. In the towels, floor, bedding. The beds were decently comfortable but the pillows were like rocks. Shower had really good water pressure. Air conditioner needs to be serviced and cleaned out to run properly. Staff was friendly. Parking was easy. Parking lot was quite confusing however because it has 2 different motel signs. I’m still not sure if it’s 2 motels, or just an old sign. Overall, I don’t think I’d stay again however I’ve definitely have stayed at worse in the area.

I stayed for one night after a solo trip to Disneyland, and overall had a great experience. Parking was very easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and surprisingly spacious, and I appreciated having both a fridge and a microwave. There are also vending machines for water and soda, which was convenient. The hotel is a bit older, but if you’re not picky about that, it’s an excellent value, clean, comfortable, and equipped with all the basic amenities you need.

I booked 2 rooms, one did not have a working shower and one had very low running water. One room had bed bugs. It crawled on my infant baby, and luckily I saw it. I do not recommend this property at all. The staff was not friendly or helpful.

As per photo - spotlessly clean. Has been remodeled, nothing fancy, but huge rooms, clean baths, comfortable bed. If you are looking for a comfortable and economical stay - this is the place.

The water pressure in shower was almost non-existent. I went into the lobby and there were hardly any choices for creamer or coffee. No spoons or utensils to stir creamer. Advertised ice coffee but no ice.

Location is just across to a shopping area where theres restaurants and Starbucks. Staffs are friendly and free parking. What I don't like is that it’s on a busy road and at night you can hear cars speeding. If you’re a light sleeper request room that is not close to the main road.

The property was way better than I expected. My boyfriend and I were only going to be in Anaheim for two nights, so we did not want anything super expensive or luxurious, but I think this hotel was perfect. The room was very spacious, the bed was huge, it was in a nice area. It was a lovely stay!! :)

we stayed three nights here the people upstair were so noisy and we couldn't sleep well. The ceiling is not insulated well enough so we can hear the sound of walking from people upstair a lot.

Rude customer service, when got the room for an extra day. Before check out time, the front desk banged on the door rudley so i can fill out the new paperwork. Also i ended up getting flat on the premises in the parking lot, and i didn't move my car in three days, so someone put a blade in my tire. When i asked front desk about it the gentleman did e en care or apologize for the inconvenience and i asked him about cameras in parking lot, he it wasnt working were i parked. Wort place ever i stayed, i dont recommend this to no one. Plus the tv was old, could hear the speakers and screen was off the center of picture.

The hotel was alright. It was very quiet, the parking lot was well lit, but small. The room was huge, the bed was fine for me, and too hard for my husband. The carpet was a bit dingy and there was hair on our towels. We also had 2 spiders in our room, which being afraid of spiders, was the worst!! This hotel is a bit far from Disneyland, and the driveway is in a spot where you have to make a u-turn just to enter the parking lot. So if you want that Disney feel during your trip, I would stay somewhere closer. It was ok for the price. I wouldn't mind staying there again, but it wouldn't be my first choice.

Nice clean property with easy access off Harbor Blvd. and plenty of parking. Disney Land is just straight up the street. Close to downtown Garden Grove, Little Saigon, Santa Ana.

The motel was very quiet. I arrived on a Monday so maybe that is why it was not that busy. The room was clean, everything in order. It had everything I needed including a mini frig, microwave and coffee maker. Basic shopping directly across the street, very walkable. Overall a basic nice clean room and safe place to stay.

We recently stayed here on a 4 day trip to the Disneyland resort and this is mine and my boyfriend’s 2nd time staying here and we love it. Very quiet place, not located in a sketchy area, lots of well known businesses around for our convenience and not to mention just a 6 min drive to the Disneyland resort, hence why we decided to stay here again. They make you feel welcomed, rooms are spacious and clean and the staff is very nice! We will for sures be staying again on our next trip in a few months !

The staff were friendly, kind, helpful and professional. There were a few instances that I needed assistance and they were happy to help! The only thing is the last time I stayed there they had a continental breakfast, but they don't any longer. The upside is they offer coffee. Thank you for your kindnesses and I look forward to staying there again in the future!

We stayed here for my birthday week. We looked for something nearby Disneyland. Uber was no more than $10 each way. The hotel is okay, nothing fancy. Front desk people are very kind. It’s quiet here and it is near some fast food restaurants and a Target 4 mins away. I think the hotel room was okay overall. The freezer was a little dirty. It comes with a microwave also. It is okay, not the usual hotel I’m used to. But it works out. I think if you’re looking for a cheaper place just to rest and lay your head this is the best you’re going to get. I didn’t like how there was a MOTEL right next to us. Just didn’t look too ideal in my opinion, but it’s okay here. I’ll rate it a 2.5/5.
