There was mud thoroughout the halls, perhaps from nearby cnstruction workers for the interstate, but never cleaned up or swept for days, one elevataor was out, Breakfast was very good. Also garbage left outside one room on the thrid floor pizza box etc was left there for two days. Host for the 5pm shift at the front desk was very nice, although she was eating and it was all over her shirt.

Everyone who worked there was so lovely and helpful!! Our room was clean and nice. We slept so well. And the pool was very refreshing!! We would absolutely stay again and we would suggest this hotel to others.

The hotel is new and clean. I have stayed here 3 times for business and 2 of those stays there was no tv service. I was told it was because of the rain, but I do not think anyone really knew what the issue was and had no interest in investigating. During another stay the fire alarm was accidentally set off by an employee at 3am. I will not stay again.

Didn't like that small bar soap (more gentle for face-cleansing) wasn't provided. The tub/shower didn't drain well. The staff was friendly. The TV/cable service provided was very clear and high quality.

Our room reeked of dog urine. It was so disgusting. I can understand how housekeeping didn’t have the rugs cleaned before allowing a guest in the room. The smell was coming from the rugs. There wasn’t another room available that could fit our needs to we were stuck with it. Won’t be staying there again because I’m not taking the chance of that happening again. We stay in that area frequently so will be searching for another hotel.

The sink and counter top had ants crawling every where. I reported to the front desk and said they were aware. The ants come up the sink drain pipe in cold weather.

The hotel overall was nice, clean and well maintained. My room, not so much. The bed was comfortable and the room was very standard. The bathroom had ants and the shower floor was horrible. It has not been cleaned properly in a long time and now it has dirty down in the floor creases. Nothing some clorox and a bristle brush couldn’t fix. The towels were very dingy and looks like they were not clean. Bring shower shoes, towels, clorox wipes and some lysol and you’ll be ok.

We enjoyed our stay, were pleasantly surprised the hotel looked brand new! Our room was great, location and amenities were ok. The only downsize was the road noise, maybe if we had a room on the other side of the building it would have been better. Overall, we would stay here again, recommended it for sure.

Staff were super friendly and overall the property was well kept. It was very clean. The room faced a 24 hour gas station and did not have black out curtains. Even with the shade pulled the room was still extremely bright.

Decent facility but a terrible location. Noise from passing dump trucks—which go by every few minutes—lasts late into the night and overnight. I had to play white noise from my phone all night, just to give me a chance at staying asleep.

Joe at the front desk was amazing. Very informative, welcoming and friendly. Room was clean, beds are comfortable. Shower was hot. We are 2 female family members traveling and felt very safe. On our 3000+ mile trip with 8 different hotels this one is definitely in the top 2, and Joe was definitely the single top employee. Don't hesitate to stay

I booked this hotel through Expedia - almost three weeks prior to our stay. One hour before leaving our home to head to the hotel, we were notified that the hotel overbooked and that we no longer had a room. Very disappointing! I've never had this happen before and my daughter wasn't able to stay in the same hotel with her friends.

Let's start with check in. Had to wait till she stopped face timing with a shopping order. Made me pay a $50 deposit, which was not in the agreement. Said it would be in my account the next day. Still isn't back in my account. Reserved two queen beds, got 1 king bed. 3 people, one bed not happening. No more vacancies. After her facetime call was over she called the manager. BTW this must have happened before because she said "again" when she described the problem. After hotels.com couldn't do anything, we took the room. Which the chair had stains on it, the ironing board was gone, and only two towels for three people. She then said, "Have a nice night." REALLY?! I said I wouldn't then she started yelling across the room in front of another customer, who had NO IDEA what was going on, who also started yelling. I just walked away. Then to escalate the situation she called the room. Just keep driving to Spartanburg next time!

Was a good family trip overall, however, on our last night my vehicle was vandalized and the manager did nothing to assist or accommodate for the damage. Several other cars were vandalized also. Need to add security before I stay here again

the floors in the lobby and rooms were really slippery, dangerously slippery, even worse when my feet were wet from the rain, the floors and carpets in the rooms were dirty and stained, feet and socks looked like i had walked around the block in them. the staff however were fantastic !!! the hot breakfast food items (eggs, sausage etc) were awful too. this wouldn't stop me from staying again, just minor inconveniences
