Brut Hotel

Hotel is easy to find and staff was extremely friendly. Lobby has a great vibe and rooms are generously sized. The rooftop restaurant/ bar has incredible views and great food.

Beautiful, clean, unique. After staying for a night, I'm already trying to talk a friend into doing a week-long getaway at Brut just to relax and take advantage of the spa offerings.

The staff was very kind, professional, and personable. They met every need I presented without any hesitation and shared amazing stories about the hotel alongside some of their fun experiences. The rooftop restaurant provided beautiful views and delicious food. It served as the perfect date spot for my wife and me. We got coffee from the coffee shop, which is located in the lobby, the following morning after checkout, and the barista was also very kind and personable. This hotel/restaurant combo is definitely a gem in the Tulsa area.

The room was beautiful and spacious, the staff was so attentive and quick to respond, and I loved the coffee shop and restaurant onsite. I haven’t stayed in a hotel this lovely in such a long time. And they have complimentary transportation to and from the airport!

Beautiful hotel with rooftop seating and restaurant. The pool area was very nice with an excellent bar and snacks served; however, we didn't get to enjoy it this visit because it rained. This experience was not as nice as our first. We were placed in an adjoining room, which resulted in constant noise from the other room. TV was loud, talking was loud, children were loud, and the second night, there was a barking dog. We made our reservations in advance. It was obvious we were 2 older adults traveling. Why would we be placed in an adjoining room with no noise control? This was a very disappointing stay.

The hotel was amazing! The room was so so so nice! Parking however was atrocious.i did not like that i had to pay to park because the 5 spots the hotel had were occupied. The alternative was to park along the grass, but it was also full. 0/10 for parking, 9/10 for the hotel itself.

Parking is confusing. Also when booking it doesn’t say that parking could cost $15 a night. Fees for hotels are bad enough. It’s not like we have choice in parking. It seems completely unnecessary to charge the customer to park at your lot.

Overall the facility was clean, the staff very friendly, the room large and comfortable. The only unfortunate thing was the shuttle to the Performing Arts center stopped running at 1030pm. We were not out of the play until 11:00 and were told we did not have a ride back. We were not told this when we took the shuttle to the play. My daughter and I had to call an Uber which was uncomfortable late in an area we were unfamiliar with.

Excellent location with convenient free shuttle within 3 mi of hotel. Shuttle driver was very friendly and prompt with both drop off and pick up. Friendly front desk and valet. Wonderful rooftop bar!!

Very quiet, clean and great staff

Bad experience. Pest control is a concern. I had a video for cockroaches in my room. The hotel allowed a god in the room next to me where the dog keep barking at night. When I complained about pest control, nothing done till I called them again.

The room I had previously customers hair inside the bed, the floor surround the bed was dirty and there was a couple of hair strings in the sink. I also heard banging from the wall around 1 am that woke me up early. Pay to park is a horrible option to make customers pay every 12 hours vs daily. Kace, the customer service rep was amazing. This was the best part of the stay

Loud music playing late into the evening, air conditioner sounded like chopper landing all night. Mold growing in the bathroom tile grout, dirty floor with hair. Staff was friendly but I didn’t ask for a refund because I knew I would be ugly and it wasn’t their fault the housekeeping dept sucks. 10/10 would not recommend.

The property is unique, nice, and the rooms and bathrooms are spacious. There’s room to have a mini kitchen in there, at least a refrigerator/freezer and microwave could be placed in there. I suggest adding to some of these amenities! They do need to clean rooms better. We have asked for a deep clean on our room, but the floor in the bathroom hasn’t been mopped at all since we have been there. It is a concrete floor, so they need to mop it! The carpets in the hallways are stained and dirty. It’s a shame, because it could be a really cool hotel!

We had such an enjoyable stay at Brut Hotel! It’s beautiful, clean and incredibly friendly! Our room was impeccable. The pool was perfect. Coffee in the hotel lobby was delicious. We don’t have one complaint…everything was absolutely perfect. We will be back!

Nice hotel, clean lobby and room. Nice rooftop restaurant. Staff very friendly, welcoming, helpful. Breakfast bar stocked with lots of drinks, snacks, pastries. Barista super sweet! Would definitely stay if returning to Tulsa, OK

The room was clean and the staff was courteous. I thought them a bit unprofessional in their attire and some staff were lounging in the front lobby right by check in. I have never seen that in any other hotel I have ever stayed in. We were shocked by the concrete floors. Felt like we were in a basement. It made the room have a very bleak atmoshphere. If we had known this was the standard, we would have stayed somewhere else. The bed being raised on a platform we had to step up on and off was challenging. We are in our 70s and it took quite a bit of caution to manuever this. The tub was also very high sided and challenging to step in and out of safely. The tub itself was also VERY slippery with no grab bars of any kind for safety. The first day we had to ask for clean towels, because housekeeping did not come to our room. The second day housekeeping still did not clean up our room. Have no idea why this happened, but it was highly unsatisfactory.

We had an excellent stay while in town performing at a local venue. Room was clean. Staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again!

Fun place to stay with cool design and great rooftop bar views. Only issue was a bunch of really bright led lights inside the room from various electronics. Had to throw towels of fridge, tv, etc

The Brut Hotel is super cute and unique. Our suite was very nice with boho-chic decor. The rooftop lounge and restaurant (Soma) was very nice and worth going to. Our suite had an extra room that had a really nice bunk bed set-up, so we had plenty of room for our family. Very nice, boutique hotel with a hip vibe.

The room was on the corner of the hotel so we had multiple windows with different views, it was great. The floors were all concrete and made the room a little cooler. I loved the additional couch in the corner and double sink in the bathroom.

Concrete floors in any season but summer, make a room cold and uninviting. Yes, easy to clean, but not pleasurable.

The hotel had a great, calming vibe and the staff were very nice. The only problem we had was the WiFi. It would time out every hour on the dot. Working from the hotel was not an option without having to use a hot spot unfortunately.

The rooms were very attractive, but not necessarily functional. Bed on platform caused us both to trip, bathtub had no grips on the tub floor. Cement floor was cold and the rattan rug Also cold. In room coffee was not very good. I would appreciate a complementary cup of coffee in the morning brewed in the lounge area. The restaurant on the roof was very nice. We enjoyed the park nearby, A Gathering Place. It’s a great place to walk and a great playground for kids. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Nice, spacious rooms and bathrooms. The double vanity is a plus! Great location, comfortable beds & the corner rooms are very quiet.

The AC is very loud and inefficient. Had a poor night’s sleep because of it.

Beautiful property! Felt like a California retreat in the middle of Tulsa. Great location. Loved the amenities of having a text line for guests if we needed anything. Lots of people here for what seemed to be a wedding reception? Perfect space for that, however as a guest the walls are the thinnest for a hotel. I was on floor 8 right below the restaurant and could hear constant chairs being moved, live music, and every conversation of the very intoxicated group on the wall next to me. I was staying for a me weekend/retreat. I think if i were here for an event it would be great, but was much more lively and hard to sleep than the typical hotel. Also zero of the outlets in my room worked to charge my phone and it died, so i couldn’t text the first hotline. If noise isn’t an issue this is a great hotel. Also pool is on the smaller side if you have kids wanting to play, but great for sitting next to with a good book. Had a snack/taco bar at the pool.

This place is great! Staff were SOOO nice and I love how they text you to see what you need. Full recommend!

During one of the hardest weeks of my life, my stay at Brut Hotel was the perfect reprieve that I needed each night after spending hours in a hospital room all day with my father. The staff were all incredibly kind, professional, and very reliable. They offered shuttle service to and from the hospital for free each day at times that were convenient for me. The restaurant served high quality, delicious, health-forward options with very friendly, quick service as well. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable, thermostat worked well, very cozy bathrobes and slippers provided. I also loved having a proper tea kettle in the room with wonderful morning and evening tea options available at no extra charge. The fitness center and business center were great options to have as well, right in the basement of the building. Traveling solo, I felt safe near the hotel and in the shuttle at all times. This wellness-focused hotel was the perfect choice for my 4-night stay in Tulsa.

They handed me a hot iron and let me grab the hot side. They also ditched my group and left us without a shuttle for almost half an hour.

Do not expect to get the room that you book if you book through Expedia. I booked a Magee room specifically for the lighted platform bed and hammock which my 7 year old daughter was very excited for. We checked in on the day of our stay and were not informed of any changes at check in, got to the room and realized we had been downgraded to a plain room with no special features. I went back to the desk to explain that there had been a mistake and was only then informed that they had purposely done this because "Expedia overbooks our rooms" and that all of the Magee rooms were booked and there was "nothing they could do". It wasn't until I voiced my displeasure and asked again if there were any other rooms with more redeeming features that were available that I was told there was a larger room with a small living area that they could move us to. I was not informed of this overbooking prior to arriving for check in and I was not informed upon check in either, I feel either of these options would have been more appropriate and given me the chance to look at other options. My daughter was very disappointed with the room and I was disappointed with the service. The hotel itself was fine, clean, not in the best neighborhood but not unsafe. The room service and snacks were overpriced and the hotel itself is overpriced in my opinion, especially since we didn't get the room we booked. I would not stay here again or recommend it to my friends or family.

Long on promise, short on delivery. First time stay for a concert. Promised easy ground transportation, shuttle overbooked. Elevators super slow, restaurant ran out of glasses. Otherwise, room design was great and comfortable. Great potential but plenty of other options in Tulsa.

We have stayed here twice and both I had to wait more than 10 minutes to check-in while someone on the phone was being catered to and I received no aknowledgement. Otherwise, the hotel is great. Easy parking and access. The bar/restaurant is nice with incredible views. Rooms are large. Comfy beds. Convenient location.

The Brut is one of my go to stays in Tulsa. The location is perfect for the purpose of my travel, their food is excellent, rooms are large and well appointed. I use and appreciate their courtesy shuttle often as well.

This is a beautiful property with amazing staff. The rooms are spacious and have unique decor and special touches. It’s located close to both downtown and the Brookside area as well. We loved it, and it’s our new go-to spot in Tulsa.

The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was nice, beds were comfortable. I'm not sure on the scandi theme and the kitchen area has little purpose without eating untensils ect but thats a personal thing. The shrine and Mercury Lounge are 2 minutes walk away, was worth the stay just for them, fabulous venues. The hotel had free self parking which was a big plus. We walked Downtown which took about 30 minutes. We didnt use the restraunt but the roof top bar was nice.

Great location with easy access to the river Trail. Within walking distance from some nice restaurants. Great brunch in the upstairs balcony restaurant.

The property was really nice, the staff there was exceptional, it isn’t really in downtown so you can’t walk to the shops & restaurants but there is the rooftop restaurant & bar.

Wow, this place is absolutely adorable. As an out of towner, I really didn’t know what the best areas to be in and this was perfect! The hotel is across from a huge park which was beautiful to look at! They have ample amount of self-parking ( + a valet option). The room was spacious, up to date, and gave off a boho chic feel, right up my alley! Absolutely perfect. Brandon was incredibly helpful as well. Wonderful manners. Will be back!

Stylish decor, clean, inviting. Staff friendly and went out of their way to see to our needs. Conveniently located to river park and downtown. Wish we'd had time to go to the rooftop restaurant Soma or the next-door 1820 Spa. Next time!

Loved staying here for a long weekend visiting our son. We enjoyed the rooftop bar several times and SOma for brunch twice. Excellent! Still working on some staffing issues in the restaurant, but cheerful, good service overall.

The food from the restaurant was amazing, they delivered our food quickly and courteously. I wanted to check the restaurant out, because they said it was on the rooftop, it was amazingly beautiful, I stopped and ordered desserts for our room that was also amazing, due to having a pet with us, we would of most definitely dined in the restaurant. Hotel room was very comfy and clean, though it did smell like air fresheners.

Very nice rooms. I love the “organic” look and cement floors. For convenience, I do wish there was filtered water or bottled water available in those nice refrigerators. Also, some Kleenex. Otherwise nicely appointed. Was not impressed with the restaurant on the roof. Got 3 orders wrong out of our group of nine. Food was good but not great.

Very clean and nice. We loved the pool. The coffee in the room is not good.
