**My stay at Playa Bachata All Inclusive in Puerto Plata was the worst resort experience I’ve ever had. I do not recommend this place.** The resort was very dirty and poorly organized. Our room was filthy, the fan didn’t work, and there were mosquitoes and flies everywhere. The bathroom was old and in poor condition. Unfortunately, the problems went far beyond the room—the entire experience was disappointing from start to finish. I also had a serious issue with my reservation. I booked accommodations for four people—three adults and one child—but upon arrival, I was told that the reservation was only for three adults and did not include the child. As a result, I had to pay an additional fee. While I was dealing with this issue, another guest nearby was arguing about the exact same problem. I later learned that another family had reportedly been forced to pay for an additional room because of a similar reservation issue. This made me feel that the resort may be misleading or overcharging guests. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying away from Playa Bachata All Inclusive. It was the worst hotel resort experience I’ve ever had.
