Nice staff and entertainment. The place however needs bit of refresh as carpets, kettles etc are dating.

Uncomfortable bed, no option of fresh air because windows didn’t open. bad smell. (Old peoples home)

Amazing facilites. Plenty for the kids to do. Really clean with friendly staff. Only minor complaint i have is the wait for drinks at the main bar. Highly recommend for a family break

Lovely hotel, old tired but its nice. Had so much to do, my 10yr old wasnt board once. Allday and evening. The beds were a but lumpy. The pool was way to high in clorine it burnt my eye balls, and was even stronger in the jacuzzi, which on day two was extremely hot. The steam room didnt have the eucalyptus, which is a shame as really does make a difference. The out door pool was cold as ice!! I jumped in and couldnt get out fast enough, i then suffed with my chest cramping after for a short while. I really dont know how the kids handled it. The food had a little to be desired for, but was fine for a few days. We didnt want to venture much. BUT All in all, we will be going back, and probably for xmas, as its so close to home yet feels so far away, we even came home looking like wed been on holiday! We met mascot toby and made our own bears. We heald reptiles and bunny's. Tho we did make a dash for it when the snakes n tarantula came out. But it really was a great few days away.

Bed was comfy. Bathroom was basic nowhere to hang your clothes while having a bath. Lift to rooms was very slow. Overall I won't recommend it
