Truly beautiful property. Excellent amenities and simply stunning natural environment. A tropical paradise in every sense. When we visited it was not too crowded and therefore extremely pleasant. Two inconveniences: one has to wear a bracelet to use facilities and I found that less than ideal. Secondly, our car was parked on the premises and scratched and we received absolutely zero support (we were told to report the issue to the police, call our insurance, etc etc). In short, our problem and zero support (nor even the offer of a one night stay to say sorry). Overall though a beautiful place and great people (the minor accident with the car could and should have been handled better...but as they say in nyc it is what it is).

Very well maintained grounds and pools. The apartment we stayed was clean, new and very nicely decorated. Felt very safe too.

Great place! Apartment for 5 people impecable. Great service and kindness from reception desk. Beautiful place to snorkel and dive due to rocky small cliffs. Not the place if you look more for sandy beaches. Stayed there with 3 kids and had a great time. Strongly recommended.

When I checked in, I noticed that there were no towels in the room. Two lamps in the bedroom were unplugged simply because the plugs were unsuitable for the outlets. The television did not work. I tried to arrange for a massage for the following day. No one would answer the spa phone. In fact, no one is around to help you after 7:00 pm. The food at the restaurant on the grounds was overpriced and underwhelming. Finally, the resort advertised transportation to the airport. I arranged a trip through the information desk. It was to be paid for by credit card. However, the driver apparently did not know and wanted $100 cash. Be aware that they add on 18% for the right to use a credit card.
