Clean room, friendly personnel

A very nice and clean resort. Every staff member we talked with were very pleasant and cheerful.

Perfect, relaxing, chill, staff was excellent and catered to us making us feel very special! It’s a nice change for 2 older woman traveling! Usually we are overlooked but not here!!

Clean room, great food

I would rate this resort with the following stars: 5 star for personel service and kudos to Angel the golf cart Driver, David the time share Promoter, Bartenders Jessica, Gabriel and the Best one not sure of her name at the main adults only pool Mariolis? the bartender. 5 Facilities where really nice and manicured 3 stars for food in general, breakfast was the best, we tried some of the a la carte restaurants like Bloved and Toscana, in one of them they offered grouper and gave us red snaper instead without telling us, The food in general was just like banquet hall food Very lame. 3 Star for The room. We purchased an upgrade to access to the pool directly from the room was a big plus. But we had to kill more them 8 little tiny cockroaches and the bed was too hard for comfort.
