The room was very large, clean and well appointed.

Our 5 day stay was great. The property was very clean, staff super cheerful and helpful, the room was spotless. The only thing I didn’t read ahead of time was there is no daily housekeeping but that wasn’t an issue at all. We got extra towels from the front desk. We didn’t need the bathroom cleaned or the bed made every day. One disappointing thing was that the pool and hot tub weren’t opened (we looked forward to that) but honestly in early May it was a bit too cold anyway. We loved the fact that the building was key entry only (very safety conscious on their part). Having a kitchen and a table was fabulous. We bought coffee and some breakfast items at Walmart and saved money. The bed was comfortable but be sure to bring your own pillows (we did). The ones they have are small and very fluffy. It’s kind of like not having a pillow at all unless you like that type. The location is perfect. So many places to eat right on Richmond road and it’s very close to Colonial Williamsburg. There is also a few grocery stores cclose as well as a CVS. Overall, the property is run like an airB&B. Take out the trash, run the dishwasher, collect all towels,etc. office open 9a-7p. Oh and when you walk into the building, the smell is very pleasant. It’s like they pump in gain febreeze. It makes the experience even better. 10/10. Definitely recommend and if/when we return to Williamsburg we will stay here again.
