We got the two room, king bed, queen sofa unit which included a kitchenette and two bathrooms. This was amazing! Our room 1101 was very quiet and near to the office. The room and fixtures were quite beautiful and look very new. They provide the usual toiletries along with dishwasher pack, dish soap and sponge. Both the king bed and the queen roll out were comfortable. Air conditioning was fully functional and there was enough hot water for everyone. We were able to park very close to our room on the first floor and the room was very easy to access. We were pretty far from the pool but we did make it there. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, however all but two of the hot tub jets seem to be broken and the water is warm but not really hot. The staff was helpful and nice during our stay. If you book through Expedia you will not pay the $20 resort fee until you get there, but Expedia did tell us about that. The only negatives to mention are that the coffee maker in 1101 has a broken button, but we found a way to make it work and the master bathroom floor needed to be mopped because it had spots on the floor that were clearly from the last guests. The carpets in the unit appear to be clean but if there was one remodeling upgrade I would suggest for the hotel it would be solid floors throughout, instead of carpet. The positives of this place far outweigh the negatives and we would certainly stay there again and recommend it to others.

The room was very clean and spacious. The property did not have a working ice machine or an indoor pool, but it did have a game room. I will stay there again and recommend it to anyone.

It is an awesome hotel! Beautiful and clean. Our room had two full bathrooms! The full kitchen was great for a family vacation. The pool and hot tub were wonderful I especially loved the closing time being at 10pn you could get back from your activities and still enjoy the pool. They also have a nice picnic table with a grill for use in the pool area. Note you do not have daily housekeeping if that is a must for you. It was an ideal space for our family! Centrally located for all major attractions in the area

This might be the cleanest property I’ve ever seen. The whole place is beautiful. They also have a little internet lounge area and a fitness room with decent equipment. They have a lovely outdoor pool and hot tub area. The room was amazing. It was like a little one-bedroom apartment and the master bathroom was nicer than mine at home! It looks like they keep up with renovations regularly and invest in maintainable whereas a lot of big chain hotel franchises seem to not care anymore.

Our stay was exceptional. The staff was friendly and our room was clean. The pool was staffed and had towels. The hot tub was amazing. The only thing i would change would be the shower head in the master on suite.

My room was clean and large. Patriots inn is in a great location. The only disappointment was that the pool does not open till Memorial Day.

Check in was GREAT - due to Alison's energy and friendliness. The grounds were nice. However, the air quality was bad. The air vent at the entrance was disgusting (wish i had noticed sooner). To make matters worse, the vents and filters to the HEATING/AC UNIT in the sleeping area was horrendous. I couldn't figure out why i was having issues breathing every time the unit kicked on. I finally checked the vents and filters... absolutely disgusting! The one in the common space wasn't nearly as bad, thankfully. The hallway carpet could use a little cleaning as well. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable and the room looks nice.

Staff was friendly,however we were placed in one of the older buildings. Building was dated and stuffy. While the room was nice,I was awoken in the night by my wife yelling after she had seen 2 cockroaches in our bathroom. Overall 5/10, used to be a lot nicer but with the cockroach sighting it raises concerns.

I enjoyed my stay in this very large room. it was extremely clean, and included a full kitchen as well as an adorable fireplace. The entire hotel is spotlessly clean on the outside and in the rooms. Parking is easy and plentiful. About a mile to campus. Much nicer and more convenient than many of the major chain options in this city.

Clean room

The area is ordenary but close to everything. Restaurants, shopping, attractions are within a few minutes drive. Room was clean. Two bathrooms, was a first for me. TVs in living room and bedroom. Nice, fully equipped kitchen. While the room was very clean, it did not have a clean smell. There was a lingering, low stinky smell. We thought it might be the carpet so we sprayed the entire floor with lysol. Help a little but smell came back. The area is quiet and safe. The suite was roomy. Laundry facility on each floor was nice. Gym is not really a gym. Two or three old pieces. AC worked excellent. We couldn't open windows to get it fresh air. They tried to deny my VIP perk but gave it once I persisted. They don't provide any room service. Everything is do it or get it yourself.

For what I paid, the room was very large and comfortable. Unfortunately, the bed was very uncomfortable for me. Lumpy and soft.

We love the layout of the suite will full kitchen, living room, bedroom, and two bathrooms. Great location with nice breakfast restaurant next door. Safe, quiet.

Location was super convenient. The room was slightly dated but clean and very spacious. Loved having the fully stocked kitchen. The checkin was easy and staff was friendly! Note that desk is not 24 hours so plan accordingly if arriving late.

The beds were terrible

The room was huge - 2 rooms, and 2 bathrooms. Very nice to have so much space - dining table, full kitchen with all items needed for cooking and eating. The bed was adequate, but not the best mattress and the sheets were not good quality. But everything else was great.

Nice big 1 bedroom /living room suite -2 bathrooms- full kitchen and dining area. Remodeled and comfortable sitting area with fire place yet Smaller tv’s in both areas - that was hard on us. Lights all over but with dim bulbs. Road noise is a bit loud and the wall unit AC - loud! Lastly needs better pillows.

I love the rooms, they are spacious and comfortable. My favorite is the shower in the main bedroom, it\'s huge!!! The few things I don\'t like are the dinning table in the common area is glued to the wall. It makes it difficult to play a board game or a game of cards when you don\'t have access to the other side of the table. Also the television in the main area is VERY small, I\'m not even sure it\'s a 32 inch. At least a 55" would be better in that space for a family to watch a movie together, plus you cannot access the inputs on the tv to hook-up a game system or a firestick to watch movies. Other than those things, this is my favorite place to stay in Williamsburg for the price and the location.

Check in is awful

Loved the full kitchen! Very spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again. Only drawback is that the front desk staff called our room and tried to set us up for an appointment for them to sell us a timeshare. Wasn’t interested. Don’t answer the in-house phone unless you’re expecting a phone call. Otherwise, awesome!!

People nice place to stay...Lady at the front desk was rude and didn't even offer a upgrade and she talked like she ain't want.to be at work but other then a rude lady at the front desk rooms are nice

They were great we needed to add another night at the last minute and they helped us out and we were able to stay in the same room. Would highly recommend!

Staff was cold and not at all welcoming. My presence felt like an inconvenience to them. I requested a late checkout, which was approved. But staff continuously called my room and knocked on my door 20 minutes prior to my approved check out time and rushed me out.

I visit Williamsburg 3-4 times a year and this is always my go to hotel. Friendly staff. Always clean. Great location.

No one at the desk after 9pm. Hotel was dated and the bed was like sleeping on on brick.

Staff was very friendly and accommodated our request for early check-in. Maintenance team was very responsive and non-intrusive in completing a repair. Our one bedroom suite was spacious and nicely decorated - very large bedroom, bathroom and second large TV/dvd . Was very comfortable for 3 adults. Kitchen offered the basics plus some extras. No complaints and would definitely stay there again.

A great location, we didn't drive anywhere in 2 days, could walk to Colonial Williamsburg and many restaurants . A safe,clean and quiet place to stay. Also a very spacious and comfortable suite to stay.

The room was clean. Quiet area. Located close to Colonial Williamsburg. Friendly staff. Lots of room for 3 travelers. Having the furnished kitchen really helped with the costs of meals. Definitely recommend staying here.

The Patriots Inn is a hidden secret! For about $150 on weekend nights and $100 on weekday nights we got a beautiful 2 room suite located at the intersection of Richmond and Bypass Roads - excellent for quickly getting anywhere in the area!! My wife could sleep in while I watched the morning news in the next room.

Definitely on our list of places to stay for Williamsburg….perfect for a family of 4 with tons of restaurants to choose from that are walkable from the hotel.

We were extremely pleased with The Patriot’s Inn! Patriot’s Inn to saved the day! They had all the amenities, more than most places! The facial wipes saved my day as I forgot mine. The kitchen towels, wash clothes, sponge and small dish soap were an unexpected plus! The room was nice and clean and very quiet! We rented a 1 bedroom and were so surprised it had 2 full bathrooms!!! Such a plus! Check in and check out were easy! The pool and Spa were very nice and not crowded. There was a great pizza place and a cookie place right in the parking lot. We were only there for a short stay, Saturday-Monday to go to Busch gardens, which was 15 minutes away. You do have to take out your own trash, which we did not mind. They also do not replenish sheets or towels, unless you ask and do not clean the room for your stay. With us only being here 2 nights this was not an issue. We will definitely stay here again!!! Highly recommend.

Everything was good about the property. I just didn’t like the idea that there was no complementary breakfast, but that’s really no big deal overall it was a great property to stay in. I would stay there again.
