Online it was listed as having parking onsite. It did not have that. I was not happy about that. Otherwise most of the people gave me such excellent service. The room was perfect and spotless clean. All of the staff that assisted me were so wonderful, especially James at the desk and Gonzales with my luggage and a few others as well. There was limited dining in the area. But it was nice to be able to heat food in the room. I loved the tv choices in the room. Thank you so much for a wonderful, lovely, extremely clean room. I was very happy with my stay. Just the check in and not having the parking like it said when I made the plans upset me, but all else was excellent.

I was switched between hotels when I arrived. The room in the adjacent property - from the one I had reserved and paid in advance for - was ridiculously small and yet still the same inflated midtown price. The lobby was very loud due to music and chaotic. The elevators in the morning were so poorly timed that after waiting 10 minutes another guest and I were forced to walk down 15 flights of stairs. They also had ridiculously over-complicated controls and UI, just silly bad property decisions. I’d not recommend this hotel considering how many alternatives there are.

The staff were very helpful and the room was clean. Waiting for elevators during check-in and check-out times was bit chaotic. Breakfast areas were very organized. Overall, stay was exceptional.

The room was so small i couldn’t open my suitcase on the floor. Didn’t have no room to walk. On the website it say parking available and that’s one of the reason I booked this hotel. Come to find out there isn’t no parking available. Parking cost $60 per night and if you come out the parking lot you got to repay six dollar again for the same night.

Really enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the great gluten free options and how safe we felt. Only trouble was the elevators - long wait times and one day we walked down 39 flights of stairs because they were inoperable.

The hotel was ok. Very small/confined space inside room. It felt like a motel, bathroom was so small. Very crowded and elevators were always going, so many people. We waited 15 minutes to get an elevator because we stayed on the 22nd floor and could not walk down the stairs that far down. Overall, it was ok

Staff was great. Breakfast was good. Rooms were small but that was understood when booking. Great location by all the flower shops. Elevators were an issue. Could be long waits during busy times. Especially for the top floors.

The room was very small but clean and pleasant. The big problem was that 2 of their 4 elevators were out of service for several days creating a terrible backlog. The staff recommended that you call the main desk when you needed an elevator -- and they sent one. But it was ridiculous and I'm sure out of code.

Wonderful hotel in the heart of NYC. Our room had a fantastic view from floor 30. The staff were very helpful and our room was kept very clean throughout our stay. Breakfast was nice and varied and the waiting staff did a great job. We loved that there was tea/coffee available in the lobby too. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is large, which means lots of activity in the lobby and sometimes a wait for the elevators, but not terrible. Room on the 37 floor was so nice, great view of the city. Quiet the higher the floor. Could not hear any traffic or city noises. Location was ideal for exploring midtown on foot, and access to two subway lines nearby. Would stay here again

I had a 2 bedroom options for my wife and 2 kids… is just to small, really uncomfortable, they reduce the space significantly. Beside that is was clean, quite, nice and everything. But 2 beds is just for 2 people not to add kids due to lack of space to put luggage or anything

While the hotel looks nice the rooms are tiny and you cannot set down a suite-case anywhere. Largest distance between bed and wall was like 20 cm. The doors to the rooms are not silent and leaves a lot of light shining through at the bottom making it hard to get a dark room (for sleaping). The AC make litterally (I measured it) between 55-60dB all the time meaning sleaping there is hard. Added to that the breakfast is sub-par with few options. Now with all this negative the prices are fair and view is stunning, the elevators are super fast and over all we had a great time in this newly refirbished hotel with walking distance to many places.

Fabulous view from the room. Breakfast was ok, could be more variety. Staff were ok but noone smiles and everyone seems stiff but maybe it's just the difference between US and UK culture. Room was clean. Rooms are tiny but we knew this from the reviews and that did not bother us. Price to pay for beautiful views, we were ok with that.

The rooms are pleasant but extremely small. Don’t be misled by the word “suites”—this setup is best suited for a solo traveler. With two people, there’s zero privacy, especially with a sliding barn door on the tiny bathroom. They do make smart use of the limited space, but it’s tight. We had a large suitcase and a carry-on and ended up using the only chair to hold them. We also waited 10 minutes for an elevator, which was frustrating walking wasn’t an option from the 35th floor. That said, the location is excellent, and the staff was great. If you can live with the size and lack of privacy, it’s otherwise a solid stay.

The location made the hotel an easy walk to so much in NYC. The Red Line stop is on the corner and Penn Station is nearby for connections to anywhere. We didn’t have a big issue with street noise. The room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. The elevators came pretty quickly. I gave it 4 stars for comfort b/c of the size of the room and especially the bathroom. There is nowhere to put more than 1 carry-on suitcase and no shelving except on top of the safe. The hotel bathroom is the smallest one I’ve ever seen, and that includes European hotels. I’m 5’3” and could touch both walls at the widest spot. A person in the shower could barely get out if someone was at the 10” sink. I think the place is much better suited for a single than a couple.

This hotel is great for a quick 2 day stay but definitely not meant for more. The room was so small I had no where to put my suitcase and the air conditioner was very loud. The phone buzzed throughout the stay when I finally had to take it off the hook. The breakfast was not very good either but I do say they had a lot of choices.

Reserved two rooms with king beds and neither was available. Only found this out when we got to our rooms. Staff could’ve told us when we checked in. Offered a small discount but not enough for the inconvenience. Won’t be going to there again.

We enjoyed 4 nights stay and had no issues at all! We were greeted by kind staff “Ashton” who was very welcoming and made sure to give us a room with a fantastic view for our first trip to NYC! The elevators were super fast and even being on the 44th floor we never waited long. The breakfast staff were all super kind and on point with organization! Hotel was in walking distance to everything we wanted to explore and we felt safe were ever we walked. The street literally comes to life during the day with beautiful plants and flowers up both sides it’s like you are in your own oasis. I would definitely recommend to others and I would stay here again.

Spent 3 nights here with my 2 adult daughters. Perfect location for exploring NYC. Room (if somewhat compact) was ideal for a base in the city. Comfortable beds, good shower, clean everywhere. Staff very accommodating and helpful with travel tips. Happy and polite staff all round. Breakfast was delightful lots of options hot and cold. definitely recommend for short stay.

28th St with its flower shops is amazing. Hotel is conveniently located for Empire State Building, Times Square etc. Metro just around the corner. Really nice room esp when in Midtown Manhattan. Complementary breakfast was amazing. Only thing annoying can be the escalators. Even with all four in service, there can be significant waiting times.

The view from the city view rooms are spectacular, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of options at the complimentary breakfast.

Location was perfect, right in the flower district, a few minutes from the subway. Lots of food choices and convenience stores around. Room was small, as expected in NYC, but the view was spectacular! Breakfast was great each morning with enough to keep us going. No issues with room. Just a fantastic stay!

Don’t bother with breakfast - huge queues to get in to eat and then pretty poor food choices. Not enough lifts for the size of property. Could be waiting 5 minutes or more to get a lift down from 34th floor. Don’t use the travel concierge desk in the lobby - ordered a taxi to airport and ended up sharing a minibus and having to pick up people on the way. Wasn’t told about this and journey to airport ended up taking 2 hours.

Room was clean and staff very helpful. But, I was surprised how small the room was and was expecting at least a drawer to place clothing but only had a small closet space. The breakfast was very good but gets really packed without much arm room to move around.

Great location next to 2 MTA stations and close to Penn Station. A short distance to Empire State building and Koreatown. The hotel is directly across from a great taco shop called El Prieto which opens until 1AM so great spot for a late night snack. The breakfasts are decent but does get a bit crowded around 9AM. The rooms are rather small but I think that is pretty typical in the midtown NYC.

Good value for your money the location is super next to everything and to subway stations the hotel is safe and clean the stuff is very cooperative and not as expensive like other hotels. The only bad thing is the poor breakfast. Still I would return there.

We upgraded to a city view and it was well worth it. Front desk staff were always willing to help. Breakfast was a full sit down breakfast(you could box it and take it with you) Staff were very good there also. Great place to stay
