The resort staff are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is close to everything. We have stayed there many times over the years. We love it.

Our bathroom was awful. Needed updates & there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. The main High Peaks hotel entrance was Very dirty & insufficient matting for the amount of traffic. Floor in main entrance needed to be updated. Restaurant needed new floors as well & not kept clean. Restaurant table tops needed to be refinished or at least table cloths utilized. Views were great but disappointed for the weekend pricing!

The room was not clean, my sink drain would not drain and I notified the staff and they never came to fix it. There were kids running up and down the halls yelling and screaming and knocking on doors all hours of the night.
